Clean and bright. No seats available if you get tired and the eating are was packed. It was still a very nice shopping area and at least bathrooms were free. I was pleased to see Whitley Tea, even though they discontinued my favorite tea, but they did make it into cocoa. Huge selection of cocoa. H.M Samuel was there as well.

This shopping center Buchanan Galleries is beautiful and offers a wide array of stores. It would be even more enjoyable if seating areas were available.

I loved this shopping centre so much. An extensive and fabulous selection of many great shops. Can spend hours in here.

I experienced something strange today. A security guard, about 25 years old, a little overweight, with short blonde hair, was standing outside on the street. And when he saw me, he spat and then turned into the mall....

Its usually really crowded here so if you are someone who likes space or breathing room to shop come during a weekday. For the gals that like beauty, stay away from the beauty boutique on the first floor. I got my lashes done here, got an infection and allergy, 3rd day had them removed, while the technician said she does lashes all the time for people of (she assumed, incorrectly, my demographic) and their eyes are usually streaming because they are sensitive. 3rd day, went to a different upscale salon to have a removal, they burned like no other for 15 minutes, had to have two lash technicians remove them and they both stated there was an overabundance of glue and improper application. I was sent to the pharmacy to get antihistamines and only on the 5th day have they gone down, meanwhile my right eye had pus nd blood on it from scabbing. Save your eyes. Why the salon hired their technician I don't know. Avoid the beauty boutique on the first floor and go to an upscale boutique that properly vets its technicians. This entire experience was a nightmare.

Again been here many times but it feels a bit dated now yeah the normal popular store are there but there is no buzz about it especially the food court that is really bad just caters for fast food lovers only so not for me

Just remember,make sure the bank balance is ok so you know you have money,as when you leave youll be totally empty.i will stick too walk about argyll street etc that way you got something left.should have come myself you ladys are so much hard work and damn expensive..can you get pre,nups here in scotland...maybe divorce procedings . all i get is socks and boxers.and cheap crap too.😫happy new year too all.

Great shopping centre right in the heart of Glasgow. There’s a good mix of well-known brands like John Lewis and H&M, as well as some smaller stores. The place is clean, well-organised, and staff at the info desks are friendly and helpful. One of the best things is that everything is indoors – perfect for a shopping trip, especially with the unpredictable Scottish weather 😉. It’s also really well connected, just a short walk from Queen Street Station. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the limited food options – a few more cafés or restaurants wouldn’t hurt. Still, you can grab a quick bite at Pret or Greggs. Overall: highly recommended, both for locals and visitors!
