Buckeye Lake Margaritas

Always good sometimes at five or six it’s a little busy, but the chips are hot. The caso Foito terrific. we love their chicken fajitas.

Bright, cozy atmosphere to devour some delicious margaritas and Mexican food. The pollo Al pastor is delicious, as well as their burritos and enchiladas. They also have my favorite salsa out of any Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Some of the best customer service I have ever received in the restaurant business. Cannot speak highly enough of this fantastic eatery!

Excellent service!! Food was outstanding, ask for the spicier salsa - very good flavor and perfect spice. They also have grilled jalapeño that isn’t on the menu but is perfectly grilled and full of flavor. Restrooms are very clean and the music and atmosphere is spot on. Cost is very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. We will certainly return in the near future.

I could give this place 7 stars if I could. Everything was good. The Salsa was fresh, Guacamole was tad spicy but was complex and satisfying, the entrees were fresh and somehow came out perfect. Decoration was cultural but not over the top. The service was very warm and homely. Everyone knows how to smile. We certainly left happy and smiling that we discovered this place.

However, the queso was really good. I had the fajita quesadilla. It was not bad and although it did not have a variety of peppers in it the taste overall was really good. My boyfriend had the beef chimichangas which looked like they were the size of eggrolls. Lastly, my piña colada was good with the exception that I never dreamed a shot of rum would cost as much as the drink itself

went here after an event this weekend with a group of 7 and the service was fast and attentive, the drink and food were great. i recommend the tricolor enchilada combo. good prices great music and the decor made the experience. will be coming back next year! thank you to our server alex.

A small group of us went here after the 4th of July parade and had lunch with drinks! The food and service were great! I'm glad they opened this place up where they did and can't wait to go back!!

Service and food are great! Little pricey, but you always get big portions. Love coming here. Would recommend to anyone who's never been!

Good Mexican fare and service. I had the chicken fajitas which was good and my wife had the Hawaiian quesadilla (see pic). The restaurant was decorated nicely. There is an up charge of 3% if you don't pay in cash. Service was okay, but you have to really get their attention to come back to the table. Definitely a good stop.

Good great. Forgot our appetizer but it's ok. Drinks were wonderful. I do wish they would replace their menus with correct prices. The prices were all wrong or we were overcharged. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The service was very great. We were immediately sat and our drink order taken. The margaritas were good. Not overly strong but not weak either. My husband and I shared the pollo loco. The chicken was tender along with the zucchini and squash. I wish it had just a little more cheese sauce. My kids shared the arroz con pollo and they loved it. We will definitely be back.

Best street tacos ever. And the salsa is homemade and absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Owners are awesome people. Support small business they are starting out and appreciate everyone's business.

Really, it's the setting that makes this place worth going to. It's fun to sit lakeside and watch the world pass by. The cocktails I had didn't seem to have much alcohol but the apps were tasty. And for such a busy place, the service was adequate. The servers seem to work very hard.

First timers and we will definitely be back! We got there just before dinner, and it was perfect timing!! They were starting to fill up when we were leaving! Huge menu so it took a few to look over! Fast service and very friendly workers!! The decor was very pretty and I loved that they decorated for Halloween! Lots of steaming options, booths and tables, and also outdoor seating! Wished they had soap in the bathrooms, not sure why there wasn't, kind of scary! Other than that, it was great! Food was delicious, the sour cream salad was super fresh, almost made me wish I had gotten a full salad because they sounded/looked delicious! Everything seemed fresh and flavorful. Couple parts of my chicken seemed tough but the rest was good!

This place is adorable! The queso was good and the salsa had a kick. The quac could use some more lime! The burrito was massive. And yummy. The steak in the quesadilla tasted quality which was a surprise for a Mexican restaurant. I would definitely come back if in the area.

We were looking for a Mexican restaurant. I went to Yelp and found this place. We got the appetizer with the three dips. We ordered Birria Tacos, Enchiladas, and Fajitas. Portions were generous and the food was very good. I also got a Pomegranate house margarita. Yum!

Stopped in for lunch; pipping hot chips, delicious salsa, tasty tacos, rice prepared perfectly and an easy de cold beer. See you again soon!

This is kind of surprising place as it doesn't present too well. We went there because there wasn't much else open. We ate on the deck overlooking a not so attractive waterway. But, the food was excellent and the staff were very nice.

We were visiting from Florida and my boyfriend and I both love Mexican food so we saw the good reviews and decided to try here for lunch. And this place has great reviews for a reason! The inside was nicely decorated and both of our servers were extremely attentive to our table. The manager came over to talk to us a few times and was super nice. The chips and salsa were great to much on beforeo our meals came out. We ordered the Buckeye bowl and steak quesadillas and both were delicious and hit the spot, as well as the wildberry frozen margarita. Next time we're in Ohio, we'll definitely be back!

A hidden Mexican restaurant gem in Buckeye lake, Oh. Love this place! Food is always fresh & portions are large. We enjoy the street tacos. But every plate that the server walked by with looked delicious. Always a great meal. Friendly staff & festive atmosphere. Of course my husband enjoys the chips & salsa & the margaritas. We come here often

Amazing food, amazing service, and margaritas that taste good and are worth the $$. Best margaritas on the lake! Definitely stop by and give these guys a try! Thank you guys for an amazing birthday! My family and I had a blast!

My wife and I stopped for lunch and loved it! One of our new favorite restaurants on the lake. We went in expecting the same old Mexican restaurant menu, but were pleasantly surprised at the selection of great salads and menu items. My wife got the shrimp and avocado salad, and I got the house specialty, which was a steak burrito and a chicken burrito with a light mild cheese sauce and topped with chorizo. Really delicious, excellent flavors with fresh ingredients! We also got margaritas, which were clearly made with fresh lime juice (versus a jug of green sweetened goo). Must try spot in Buckeye Lake. Great service, fresh great tasting food, welcoming staff, well made drinks - we'll definitely be back!

Prices are a little high.... I had the chimichangas and they were okay . Service was good. The place looks authentic.

Best Mexican food in Buckeye Lake. The service was great, servers were nice and friendly and we were seated quickly. We were served chips and salsa and immediately asked for a hotter spicer salsa, the waitress brought us some real good hot salsa, so do not be afraid to ask. We ordered the mixed fajitas, and for drinks we ordered a margarita and long island ice tea. Everything was great. We would come back here and would recommend this restaurant to friends.

Had heard nice things about this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed great service, a yummy margarita and taco salad. Will definitely be back!
