Buckhead Pizza is within walking distance to several hotels nearby. On my first visit there, we tried the Margherita pizza and it was fresh with just the right crunch too! On another day, I tried the steak and cheese sub with fries and it was delicious along with their sweet tea. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was laid back inside and outside. I'll definitely come back when in the Atlanta Buckhead area. Thanks!

Google
Edit: still one of my top go to when ordering to go. This place is always amazing. We usually order togo, but today with family in town we dined in. Everything was perfect, drinks down to dessert.

Was looking for something that was a close walk from the intercontinental and decided on this place. Muhammad suggested the side salad with balsamic vinegar dressing mixed with ranch dressing and it was superb. I also ordered the Buckhead personal pizza and it did not disappoint either. All the ingredients were fresh just like the salad and the crust was cooked just right. I asked Muhammad his recommendation for dessert and he quickly suggested the tiramisu. I’m a huge fan of tiramisu so I couldn’t resist. It was a perfect ending to a great meal. Stop by and ask Muhammad for suggestions and he won’t steer you wrong!

Solid option for pizza. It’s great they have vegan cheese and were able to modify pizzas for us. The garlic knots were not too special and this isn’t the craziest place to go to for dinner. Parking is a bit of a doozy but if you work or live in walking distance, I could see this being a good lunch or happy hour spot!

Google
A great place to get food in Buckhead! I was here on vacation and was excited to go to a place that was open late. The staff was super friendly and they were great about my girlfriend's nut allergy. They food portions are medium-large. We got the chicken tender appetizer and it was basically a meal. Like 10 tenders and a full side of fries. We also got the garlic knots and they were HUGE. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO EAT HERE. Get takeout if you don't want to sit and eat but the food is delicious and affordable.

Google
What a joke. Ordered meatball sub and mozzarella sticks, got a tiny sub with 3 little meatballs that did not even fill the bread. Gave me fries instead of my mozzarella sticks. Cost $26 with the soda! Would not recommend! This was a takeout order. Did not know I was shorted until I got back to my hotel.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Buckhead Pizza for over three years, visiting weekly and spending well over $1,000. My go-to order has always been the same: hot honey wings and an espresso martini. During my recent visit, I placed the usual takeout order. However, I received buffalo wings instead of hot honey. I informed the bartender, who acknowledged the mistake and said she’d have the kitchen correct it. Unfortunately, when I got home and tasted the food, it was clear the wings were not properly remade instead, buffalo wings had simply been covered in hot honey sauce. The result was a completely off flavor and very disappointing. I returned to the restaurant to express my concerns. I explained to the owner, Sam, that I’d been coming there consistently and expected the same quality. Rather than acknowledge the mistake, he argued with me over what I had ordered, despite me clearly explaining the issue. I mentioned that it was lazy for an employee to throw sauce on the wrong wings instead of remaking the dish correctly. That comment sparked an unnecessary argument, even though the bartender later admitted that’s exactly what happened. Eventually, I received a refund, but the entire situation left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service from a place I’ve supported for years is unacceptable. Sadly, I won’t be returning. Consistency and customer respect matter and on this day, both were missing.

Google
DO NOT ORDER THE GARLIC KNOTS they were terrible, cold and hard. Pizza was okay, nothing to call home about.

Yelp
This pizza shop is tucked away between condos and office spaces. It's easy to miss because you can't see it from the street and the lion share of business is corporate employees or tenants. We walked over from our office one afternoon to this restaurant and were immediately seated at about 12:30 PM for a party of 7. There were a few people at the bar and a large group on the patio. There's plenty of seating and a fully stocked bar. For lunch we ordered 2 large pizzas, garlic knots, salads and beverages. The prices are very reasonable for Buckhead and the food came out fast. The Margherita Pizza had fresh toppings and was piping hot. The Ted pizza is a meat lovers and looked delicious. The food was plated very nicely and portions are generous. The salads came with a garlic knot and a large pizza has 8 slices. The Manager came out to greet us and offered to refill our drinks. It was a pleasant experience for our work team - they got us in and out within the hour. I would definitely return. We often order delivery for meetings but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy your slice.

Yelp
Nice neighborhood feel for the entire family. Paid parking in adjacent parking deck. Variety of pizza toppings with gluten free and cauliflower crust options which was nice to see. Personal sizes or larger. The personal size can be shared based on your appetite. For those with tomato sauce sensitivity they do offer a tasty white sauce option. Pasta dishes also available along with a bar with drink specials and beer. Several desserts also on the menu.

Yelp
Some might prefer a New York style pie, others like Neapolitan and a few midwesterners will swear by deep dish. Buckhead Pizza opened in 2008 and aims to define an Atlanta style pizza, with several locations now across the city. Regardless which style of pizza one desires, a few things about pizza should be consistent. The quality of crust is perhaps the most important factor to consider and this is where Buckhead Pizza struggles the most. A very cardboard like consistency that is simply unpleasant and largely tasteless. It's somewhat reminiscent of old Domino's crusts back in early 2000s and while I'd hope the that Buckhead Pizza is less synthetic than the big chains, the bottom line is that the recipe needs a lot of work. The rest of ingredients were fairly as expected, but pepperoni was minimal and even the cheese does not taste great, with odd artificial aftertaste. All around, Buckhead Pizza is a disappointment on the pizza quality itself on a delivery experience. Perhaps dining in is better.

Yelp
Nice casual location surrounded by lots of more expensive restaurants. Very clean, service was very fast, loved the ambiance. I was dining alone on business but it would be a great place for a family as well. Within walking distance of my hotel. Food is average for a pizza location. I enjoyed it, it was just what I was looking for.

Yelp
A very mediocre restaurant that probably caters to the local hotel guests that will likely not be return customers anyway. I had the Lennox Pizza, hot wings, and some gin cocktail. The cocktail wasn't particularly good, a bit too sweet for my taste. The pizza seemed flavorless and doughy. The wings were actually pretty tasty and well seasoned. The service was friendly but a little slow. I would recommend trying other places but if you're looking for some basic pizza and nearby it will deliver with modest expectations.

Yelp
I ate here twice within two weeks and I liked it both times. The first time I got the Hawaiian pizza with garlic knots. Second time I got the Alfredo with a salad. Loved the pizza and garlic knots. Good amount of pineapple and ham and garlic knots were cooked perfectly with plenty of garlic! I did not care for the Alfredo or the salad. Bland pasta and salad dressing sucked. I had balsamic vinaigrette, but it wasn't very good. Pizza is where it's at. Cannot speak to the dine in experience because I had my food delivered to my hotel across the street. I can say however that the food came very fast and online ordering is very efficient. Overall, I will come here again.

Yelp
This place is tucked off of Peachtree Street near the hotels in Buckhead. The place was a nice size with plenty of tables and the fire roaring waiting for your pizza. I got the side salad which was actually bigger than I was expecting. They had a variety of pizzas available. The pizza was good. It wasn't the best I've have but it was good for lunch. I walked there from a hotel so I'm not sure about parking. The staff were nice and accommodating. There is outdoor seating on the patio if the weather is nice.

Yelp
Looking for great takeout lasagna and garlic knots? awesome crispy wings? Buckhead pizza is it! Although I haven't been inside or had the pizza (yet), every order has been spot on. The garlic knots are pretty good. The portion of the side salad for the lasagna is great. My partner orders the wings extra crispy with the sauce on the side so they do not get soggy during transit. They typically are perfect. Everything (except the side salad) reheats well in the air fryer-- I preheat 5 min.

Yelp
We had a great dinner here recently. The garlic knots were excellent. The white pizza was ok but the chicken fettuccine alfredo was tasty. The portion sizes out match the price. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. They accommodated our daughter with a high chair. Check them out!

Yelp
New York style pizza and smiles from a satisfied belly to follow. I really enjoyed the fast seating and quick serving.

Yelp
It was good, but I came for pizza by the slice and arrived, learned they don't sell slices and paid $11 for personal pizza. It was good, but it was much more than I planned to spend for a slice.

Grace R.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place; I was excited to see what "Atlanta pizza" is. I got a generic crust, bland sauce, this topping mix that seemed oddly cooked maybe even microwaved? My Greek salad had the palest tomatoes, otherwise was good. The ambiance was bizarre, it was mostly empty and also mostly empty of service. The employees who were there, were excellent. Something is happening here and it doesn't feel good.

Yelp
Worse pizza I have ever had. Tasted like eating a spoon full of flour. Don't waste your money!

Yelp
It's a pizza party for one over here baby! Do you all remember when we could turn in those little coupons for free personal pan pizzas for good report cards and reading challenges as kids? I miss that. Using my own money really isn't right after years of privilege. Sigh, the good ol' days. But at least these days, I can choose where to have my pizza, enjoy all the toppings I want. and even pair it with a beer - heavenly. So when I'm craving pizza, I try to make it an occasion. So when it was a day for pizza, I packed up my handy iPad and airpod combo (essential to solo dining and easily swapped for books and notebooks on some days) and headed over to Buckhead Pizza. I was in the area earlier in the afternoon and hopped over to Yelp for a recommendation. I initially planned on going to another pizza spot but couldn't find parking and landed on Buckhead Pizza, so off I went! Buckhead Pizza is situated in a small plaza in a calm neighborhood surrounded by hotels and apartments. Not a bad place to be for lunch! There were only about 4-5 parking spaces outside of the restaurant and the only two open at the time were reserved for pick-ups. But luckily, there's a nicely-sized parking garage that was easily accessible. It was incredibly easy to find garage parking on this weekday afternoon and I was super happy to see that when I went to pay for parking, it was free. We love to see it! (When I walked down to the restaurant, all of the spots had opened up, I almost hollered LOL) Upon entry to the restaurant, it pretty empty besides two employees sitting at a back table talking. I was promptly greeted by the female employee who I learned would be my Server/Bartender for the afternoon. She was super sweet and great the entire time! My next impression of the restaurant? It was hot as HELLLLL. And I'm from Florida, I know heat. Turns out that their AC was broken and by the time I realized it, I was already settled in my seat, iPad out and Housewives on and I was just not moving. But, sheesh! But I only had to sit there for lunch, I was hoping that the employees were somehow keeping cool! I wish I had a lil church fan with me or something. Because of the heat, they kept the doors opened which provided a nice breeze but also welcomed in flies that hovered over my pizza and put me into fight mode. Like, I just came here to chill, why ya'll harassing me?! And now I have to mention them in my Yelp review, smh bad for the mosquito brand, lol. My beer was served in an ice cold glass each time which was so refreshing. Both my Caesar salad and pizza came out quickly, but both seemingly prepared fresh. I mean, there was nothing too innovative about the salad but we all know how a Caesar goes. It was a refreshing start to my meal, but I couldn't really tell if the dressing was homemade but it worked! I went with a veggie pizza + pepperoni (pls leave your judgement at the door) and and prepared to have my pizza cravings fulfilled. I absolutely love pizza and don't have a type. Give me thin crust, stuffed crust, pan or deep dish - I will eat it! This pie was okay, not my fave in town so far but it worked. I would have loved if the bottom was a bit thicker and more well-done and if they would have let it sit in the oven a bit longer, as my veggies could have used a little more time. But guess who ate that whole pizza? Tuh, lol. All in all, a good experience and worthy of another visit someday soon! I truly wish I could give it a 3.5-star. Truly appreciative to the three-person (that I could see) team that worked through the discomfort of a broken AC on a hot Atlanta afternoon to be so helpful and prompt with those of us who dined in. I'll definitely give them another try once the AC is fixed!

Yelp
Tasty pizza. Great friendly service. Stopped here for a bite to eat and to watch some nfl football playoffs and was very happy. Pizza was loaded with topping and the chicken fettuccine Alfredo was great!

Yelp
Okay for a late night snack/dinner after a long flight. Open until 2 AM, ordered a white pizza, ricotta, mozzarella, basil and oregano, and a stuffed hummus. The hummus was plain but loaded with feta cheese, onions, tomatoes, olives and cucumbers and served with pita slices that tastes a bit like cold plain pizza crust. The pizza was okay as well. Walking distance across the street from the Buckhead Embassy Suites. Check in on Yelp for a 50% discount off appetizers.

Yelp
The 3/5 stars on Yelp for Buckhead Pizza seems to be accurate. The service was limited here. It was empty (on a Friday night at 6 p.m.), but it took awhile for us to get seated or even acknowledged. When we had service, it was friendly. Once we did, we split a large cheese pizza. It was a solid... meh. It passed the eye test, but the flavor profile was lackluster. Super floppy crust and greasy. 6.1/10 on the Dave Portnoy One Bite Scale. At the end of the day, pizza is pizza. If you're in a late night pinch, you can get your pizza here.
google avatar

Lynn B.

Yelp
My daughter and I shared a pie. We sat in. And had a pepperoni with pineapple pizza. It was extremely fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

S B.

Yelp
Picked up a pizza, it was cold. Being such a thin pizza, the cold makes it extra floppy and gross.

Yelp
This place is good for a quick bite. They have a variety of options for pizza, calzones, flatbreads, salads, pasta, and sandwiches. The service is good and it was relatively uncrowded for a Sunday lunch. We ordered the mozzarella sticks to start and they were delicious. They add Parmesan to the top and serve it with marinara sauce. My white pizza however was ok. It was a good portion for two even though it was the personal size. It was light and nice but could've used a bit more flavor. My friend got the salmon sandwich and it looked like you get a huge portion when you order that. I think the appeal of this place is the hours it's open, but I would say it's a good pizza place but not the best in the city.

Yelp
I stopped by for a quick meal decided on Appetizer since all appetizers are half off On the yelp application the bar tender said I have no idea what that (app) is when I received the chicken tenders they tasted like a frozen patty They had no mustard ..I couldnt finish the meal It was so basic , I reminded the bartender of the Coupon on yelps o was checking out she went and got another lady her Demeanor was not happy she simply looked at my plate and turned towards the cash register no communication nothing, not a good way to bring people to a restaurant or allow me to bring others ..

Yelp
Have been going for years. Service used to be a little slow but now its great. Food has always been absolutely great. Love going back.

Cynthia A.

Yelp
I wish I lived closer to this place - ate here regularly when I worked a few blocks away. The pizza, lemon pepper wings, Greek and Salmon salads are my go to picks. Lucky for me my friend lives nearby and I get to have more frequently. A solid choice.

Yelp
So good! Great ambience, service and food are all amazing! FYI: That cauliflower crust is amazing!!!!

Yelp
This is a review on appetizers, as we only stopped by for drinks and a snack. We had the Hummus and Garlic Knots. Both were delicious! The server was very nice and welcoming. The ladies sitting next to us did order pizza and seemed to be enjoying what they ordered.

Yelp
I recently ordered delivery from this place and it didn't dissapoint. The medium pizzas are huge. Enough for two people. Of course it's not gonna be THAT hot because it's delivery, but the quality of the ingredients is A+. Had the Ted pizza and Chastain pizza. Totally recommended for all meat lovers out there
google avatar

Frankye J.

Yelp
I return for a "Redo" but the manager offered me a 25% on a pizza. However I advised him that the manager suggested free pizza. Manager Sam said he would have to talk to the night manager because customers were only to receive 25%. I advised him to keep your 25% and that I did not want to jeopardize anyone's job. Sam advised that no one was in trouble and I picked up my redo pizza.

Yelp
Great quick place to eat. Easy walk from my hotel. I ordered the loaded hummus and it is a meal on its own. What a monster! Food was great and service was really attentive and friendly. I will be back.

Yelp
First visit to this location couple blocks away from the office. There are many pizza options. I walked in very indecisive and I asked the chef what was his recommendations, he provided his top choices. I got the white pizza wig spinach and chicken. What a great option!! It was very flavorful. I will be back.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza! We had this catered for a birthday party, and we were pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
Not quite what I expected on the inside for this iconic establishment. We sat ourselves and ordered two beers off the menu only to be told they were out of that beer. The waitress recommended another beer, we agreed. She came back and told us that they were out of THAT beer. We tried a third option, which they had. The beer was served ice cold and that was nice. We ordered The Buckhead pizza. It came out fairly quick. I loved the fresh cut toppings and the pizza was amazing. I'd recommend Buckhead Pizza.

Yelp
This was really a great experience the staff was welcoming and polite very comforting. The owner was amazing made great suggestions with food very compassionate about his work and the food was exactly what I needed and very reasonably priced I'm glad I wondered into this place. I will definitely be coming back . I just arrived back from Italy and while traveling Rome and Sorrento I had the pleasure of having great authentic pizzas, calamari , mussels, and fish fresh out the water. This Mediterranean owner pack a bunch of flavor into these delicate dishes and I'm impressed to say the least , great time great drinks great food and sports with an awesome staff you simply can't beat it check this place out , makes for great lunch and cocktail bar !!

Yelp
one thing i know for sure is pizza. Its not just bread, sauce, cheese, and toppings, You got to put some LOVE in. This spot was referred to me by a local that this spot was great. So me being the fat always hungry pizza lover thought i would give this a try. I get there, and the waiter was like sit where you want... MEh, ok so i sat away from everyone else because we are still in a Panorama lol ( pandemic ) so i look at the menu, its ok i am not a big fan of whole bunch of choices when it comes to pizza, thats just my opinion, but if you like new and exciting tastes, they have it. so i order a pizza that had veg, and meats. It actually tastes good, the curst had a nice crunch like it had been proofing for a few days. generous toppings, and cheese pull was minimum but it was there. the sauce tho, was alittle bland to ME, now i might have quarantine tongue, but it could have used alittle more herbs and spices. the environment was nice, i think if you go, you will like it

Yelp
Me and my family came from Dallas on a vacation to ATL it was late and we needed something to eat....well well well we definitely found something. The pizza was sooo good, the chicken Parmesan, and the mussels was not disappointing! We called our order in it was ready when we got there!!!

Yelp
Would order again for a quick bite in the area! Very quick and accurate delivery (through Doordash) Personal size pizza was a generous portion, generous cheese, tomato base sauce, chewy fresh dough, not greasy Green olives addition was perfect, they have so many options Ordered on Saturday night and expected a wait but there was almost no wait! Thanks guys for being a reliable go-to pizza spot in the area.
google avatar

Katiuscia R.

Yelp
I had a pizza Margherita delivered, with Doordash... I liked it, I like the dough, the taste.... It's hard to find a good pizza, close to the ones we got used to eat in Italy! I don't like the Napoli's style, btw , no thick borders at all!!!!!!!!! Very good! Thank you!!!! Next time I'll order a bigger one Didn't take a picture, I was too hungry

Yelp
So disappointed in this establishment. We stopped by before the big game for a bite to eat. Food was meh but we asked about parking. We paid the max rate for a full day. We came back from the game still within the day and our vehicle was booted. The company responsible for putting the boot on tried to extort 75 dollars from us. To make matters worse, they made us wait 30 minutes to extract the device.
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
Pizza is hot fresh and very good. Worth the 15 minute wait. Staff very friendly and happy and makes you feel at home.
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
The pizza is very good. There are no complaints about the food. But the service SUCKS. Seems to be very disorganized. As soon as you walk in you'll be confused as to what you should do. There's usually no one there to greet you and offer you a table. You'll probably stand there for about 6 minutes before someone acknowledges you. Your best bet is to order online for pickup. But again, the service is VERY bad so if you don't care about service, the food most DEFINITELY makes for lack there of. Very good food. It's a nice little chill spot that also has patio outdoor seating. No one would disturb you there not even the wait staff. BELIEVE ME. They'd probably forget you were there anyway until you try to skip out on the check.
google avatar

Millie S.

Yelp
Tasty pizza!. Medium pie and dessert, was just the perfect seize for a little fun in the sun! We had it delivered to us therefore can't say much about anything other than the food. I must say the pizza was quite good, toppings were overflowing...and the fried cheesecake was delicious. Secretly I wish we'd order two portions since I had to share. Can't wait to try them again once this pizza parlor opens up its doors again. To be continued...

Yelp
Great place. Very convenient from the Hyatt. Good food. I had pizza and wings. Great prices and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Yelp
We went to Buckhead Pizza on a Thursday night around 10 pm when most places were closing. We were grateful to find a place that was open and also had outdoor seating. It was quite windy, so we did end up sitting inside, but we felt comfortable since we were distanced from other tables and right by the open patio door. Our server was friendly, and we received our food quickly. We got a large cheese pizza, which was much larger than expected! We took most of it home, so next time we'll probably get a medium. We also got a Caesar salad and chicken tenders. We enjoyed all of it! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ambiance in the restaurant is so-so. We were seated near the bar, and there was a drunk person who was very loud. This same person came very close to our table after we got our food, and started commenting on our food with no mask on. This situation wasn't at the fault of the restaurant, and I think our server did a good job of interacting with the person. I think we will definitely return for a casual dinner, but it wouldn't be a place we'd go for a longer dinner experience.
google avatar

Whit F.

Yelp
Nothing is worse than spending on food and it's trifling!! Ordered a personal pizza and it was decent but I wouldn't purchase it again. Stay far away from the chicken tenders and fries though! The chicken tenders were soggy and didn't taste done while the fries were very plain. Their ranch even tasted bitter like it was expired. Do not recommend this place at all, the price I paid for food don't match the quality! On the bright side the customer service was good!!

Yelp
I have actually never heard of Buckhead Pizza until today. I was attending a conference across the street at the Grand Hyatt, and went out to take a lunch break. I got in the car with the two Knights with me (Medieval Times), and we didn't even get the car out of park before I noticed we didn't even need to drive anywhere. We all got out of the car and walked over. It's not much looking at it from the outside (blends in with the building pretty well), but cool little spot inside. There is a screened in patio option and then booths and tables inside. It wasn't overly busy on this visit. We were seated right away and brought menu's. They offer many options besides pizza, and we weren't sure what to go with. They also have a bar with beer and wine, plus mixed drinks. I noticed they had personal pizzas ranging from $9 - $12, so we all decided on that. I got a cheese with pineapple and jalapeno, plus we ordered the traditional humus for all of us. The humus was VERY good, and I loved the pita bread they used for it, with flakes of parmesan sprinkled on top. The pita was warm, and part crisp/part soft. The personal pizza came out, and was perfect for somebody hungry. It had 6 decent slices and fairly thin crust. The ingredients tasted fresh, and big pieces of jalapenos and pineapple on top. I downed it fast, and really liked it. The service for this trip was good too. I didn't get a chance to try the beer options due to it being a work lunch, and not sure when I'll be back in this area to try it out again. The ONLY downside on this visit was the aftermath. My stomach didn't settle well with something I ate, and the other Knights felt it too. That wouldn't hinder me from coming back, but if it were to happen again, then that would cause concern. Overall, great experience, and would recommend stopping here!

Yelp
My flight got in later than expected to Atlanta so I was very hungry! Luckily, Buckhead Pizza was still open once I was all checked into my hotel. The man in the lobby recommended it so I walked over. It's a cute little place sat among a bunch of corporate offices so I'm sure they see good business during the day. It was pretty late so they weren't very busy. However, they only had one person working (that I saw) the tables and there were at least 5 tables cycling in and out. She seemed a little new or stressed out. She was so friendly though. Service was a little slow but I can't fault her for that if a manager sent everyone home. I tried the garlic knots (with mozzarella) and the chicken pesto flatbread. The garlic knots were good but getting the extra mozzarella wasn't worth it. It was mainly piled on one of the knots. There was a Yelp coupon for a discount on appetizers which is why I decided to go all in. The flatbread was good. Nothing special but hit the spot. I tried a local beer and I was shocked that it was $8 a pint. Mind you, I am from California so it shouldn't be a shock but I can go to a pizza place here and grab a local beer for less. All in all, I was happy to have food and a nice beer at the end of a long travel day. If you're looking for a late-night eat in Buckhead, it's not a bad option.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite watering hole. Food rarely fails. The Lasagna is absolutely my favorite. #chefskiss to Rashid. Buckhead Pizza pizza is my next to fav. Love Rosie the bartender!! Great amazing energy she has! Always look forward to her smile and amazing cocktails. In the area, this is the spot. And if you're not, it's definitely worth the drive.
