Buckman Field Park

Monday to Friday between 11am there's a soccer game.. Come play for fun and keep in shape and hone your skills with the youth and old. All gender welcome..Come rain or shine there are always a 1 to 3 matches going depending on the number of people available. Dark Vs White so bring either or both tops to switch as and when the need arises.

A great field. Enough space for two 9x9 games and an 11x11. Restrooms on premises and Voodoo donuts right next door. Parking is a pain so bring your patience and possibly find something directly north or south of the field on one of the side streets.

Great place for a track workout, I think the loop is 550 m, which is atypical. Great that it also has a drinking water fountain!

Grasses are good, looking good soccer and sports fields. Boy and girls can exercise together. So many teams are there so much fun each other. But parking is horrible problem. They don’t have regular parking spaces. Always parking near by some buildings parallel parking lots. But no safe at all. Sidewalk is not big enough. Couple construction jobs are around there. Super busy place so drop kids off and watching game and pick kids up and drive back so hard.! No public restrooms in there. If you have wheelchair, stroller you might be so tough to get in there. Entrances are very dangerous and narrow. So many pot holes so drive and walk carefully.!

Buckman Field Park is a charming city park that features a spacious field and a public running track. Additionally, children can be observed having fun on the playground with their parents. Furthermore, the park serves as an excellent place for dog walking and having picnics. I highly recommend visiting this park for an enjoyable experience.

I’m a runner so the review is only about the track, which feels like a little bit of a let-down. It’s not a standard track (more rectangular than oval) with only four lanes. It feels a little out of maintenance as well, with some uneven spots here and there. On top of that, the whole complex feels too dense with different facilities crowded into one public space. As I ran on the track, an off-leash dog barked from the little park right next to the track.

Brand new turf in great condition. Huge open space and a nice track. The smell of baking bread from the nextdoor bread factory is a fun added touch 😁
