Stopped by at 9:00 AM today in 7 degree weather and was told I couldn't park my scooter in the corner of the waiting area for the five minutes it would take for me to pick up my order. Well, I was eventually told that by an employee; the security guard wouldn't even do me the courtesy of opening the door to speak to me, he just gesticulated incomprehensibly through the window at me while I stood in the cold.
This has not been an issue at any other dispensary. I was told that it would be a "safety hazard" because someone might knock it over, which is basically impossible when the handle is folded down.
Bud and Rita, despite your miserable customer service, I will do you the courtesy of providing a free training module on how to not knock over a scooter for your apparently inept staff:
Step 1: Don't knock over the scooter.
End of lesson.
Shop at Ivy Hall if you don't want your scooter stolen, folks.
