Budapest Marriott Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise (castle view). The room was clean and well-maintained. What really stood out was the staff – everyone was nice, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Specifically Lilla at the front desk and Andrea in the gym. The breakfast was simply amazing – a wide variety of delicious options (both Hungarian and international), fresh and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Just had a wonderful stay, we arrived on my birthday so they offered and spent time finding an upgrade for us- worth the wait the views were amazing all the staff were great, Tamas as the concierge desk was very helpful and friendly. I was cautious of booking as it is so ugly from the outside, however inside was lovely and modern. The room was a decent size and very clean. The roof bar at Liz and Chain was great and all the staff we met were extremely helpful. Hotel is in an excellent location.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the hotel. I was warmly greeted at reception acknowledging my Titanium status and every employee we encountered was genuinely nice. The room had a beautiful view of the Danube River and we were treated to complimentary breakfast. The M room was one of the nicest I’ve been to. All in all I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The view is absolutely amazing overlooking the Danube River. At night it is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and well.equipped. Breakfast is excellent but I thought the dinner menu a little disappointing. The reception and restaurant staff are very good helpful and friendly. The only negative was the toilet in my room which was so low it was difficult to get off it especially when I have an arthritic knee. It would be helpful if there was a hand rail to.assist.

I had a wonderful three-night, four-day stay at the Marriott Budapest. The staff had already inquired about many details in advance before my arrival, and during my stay, they took exceptionally good care of my 70-year-old parents. Additionally, the hotel's facilities and dining experience are the best among European Marriott properties. The lavish breakfast and M Club dinners were truly unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel on the Danube. Excellent views, but most of our time was spent touring. The hotel is conveniently located on the Danube, near the site of many tour boats. It is close to tram lines and many Budapest sites. Easy walking to Parliament, Chain Bridge, Shoes on the Danube, Central Market Hall, and just across the river from Buda Castle. Service and quality top notch.

Marriott Budapest - A Great hotel |We stayed for 6 nights at The Marriott Budapest .|Bottom line - really a great hotel.|We arrived after midnight and were greeted by Ms. Barbara who took care of our late night check in at the Reception Desk. It was a professional and very friendly start. |The location of the Marriott is probably the best possible location in Budapest . It is centrally located 3-5 minutes walk to the city center yet it is first row to the Danube river with an amazing view all day long and absolutely magnificent view at night. |We took a King Bed Executive room on the 8th floor . Room is reasonably spacious but the bathroom could and should have been larger . It is small !|Breakfast is with an outstanding enormous variety of dishes and with eggs made to order . The team at the breakfast room is professional attentive and very vert friendly.|Mr. Levente who served us a few days was highly attentive and very friendly. |The Executive lounge is serving warm and cold food from 17:30 to 19:30 with a variety of wines and drinks.|DO NOT MISS sitting at the RoofTop terrace where you get literally a breathtaking view of the opposite side, the Pest side, of the Danube. Truly a magnificent place to sit and enjoy.|Marriott on the Danube will be our place of choice next time we come .

I love inside jokes. I'd love to be a part of one some day. The hotel is located in a beautiful location with great views. Plenty of nearby dining options and excellent staff. The rooftop bar is also excellent. Highly recommend for work travel, but only with the most fun coworkers.
