I booked the superior room because they state in booking.com that it has a balcony.
When I arrived there and went up the long stairs, I found out there was no balcony.
I asked for a refund and the receptionist's first response was that it wasn't their policy to do refunds.
After talking to her manager she agreed on the refund.
In the meantime she was extremely rude to me, wanted me to cancel without a written confirmation of the refund, etc.
I have checked and they haven't corrected the false information since then.
Summing up, dishonest and rude. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
