If you don't want to be charged bogus damage fees, find another rental company! First off, I reserved a small car and when I arrived, was told the only cars available were an enormous pickup truck or a large minivan. I had no choice, so I took the minivan. I returned the vehicle on time, was told everything was in order and then a MONTH later I receive a letter in the mail claiming, with no proof, that I caused tire damage, and would be charged about $90. There was no damage when I returned the rental, and this is clearly a scam. I've called customer service several times and am simply getting the runaround.
Avoid this fraudulent company!
