Budget Hotel Pension Stoi

Advertised as a budget stay, but far exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and warm. Excellent mattress. Mini balcony which we used to keep our drinks cold. Really well placed for access into town. Staff welcoming and friendly. Only small negatives; no fridge, not a problem in winter and the walls are thin so you can hear noises. Having said that it did everything we needed it too and had two really good nights sleep.

Decent stay very close to old town and main train station. Rooms has TV but has no fridge. Perfect for 1 night stay Pro tip: the property does not have lift, so you need to carry your luggage across floors.

Great location just 2 mins from train station. Easy check in. 3 rooms shared one seperate toilet and bathroom, the room had a sink. Huge spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower, all very clean. Towels could do with an upgrade! Also would have liked to have been told about the Innsbruck card ? Apparently if you book 2 nights you are entitled to this which gives discounts and most importantly free local public transport, I would have utilised the trams more had I known this.

Great option for innsbruck- while it's not a 5⭐️ accommodation- I've given ot 5⭐️for everything. Firstly, it's family run and they are super friendly. It's really clean and surprisingly quiet - I had a garden view with private bathroom. The rooms are bright and colourful with comfy beds. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and slept soundly. Finally the location- I booked this for it's proximity to the station and was concerned it was 'out of town' - no need to worry, Innsbruck is small and within 15 minutes flat walk I'd reached the hungerbann bottom station - well, I would have if I hadn't got distracted taking photos!

One odd thing was our shower was outside the bathroom so some of the family members did not feel comfortable showering. Also the body/hair soap dispenser was empty. The blanket/cover was not soft but we all did sleep comfortable

Great location for the train station and also for the town centre. We had two nights here, one before and one after a long hike in the Alps. The hotel kindly stored a suitcase for us while we were hiking. One room had a shared bathroom and one was ensuite. Both rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Friendly people. Things to consider, there is no lift so if you have heavy items or can't manage stairs then i do believe they have ground floor rooms. No air conditioning, not a problem for us in September though.

Super great location, and amazing service !! Receptionists were super kind and helpful We were even able to get a place on the (small) parking offered for customers in front of the guesthouse (caution in the picture the car was making a turn around, that was not the way we parked!) Thank you again for everything 🙏!

A warm welcome, comfortable room and super helpful staff made this the perfect base for exploring Innsbruck - 10/10! 😍
