Super beautiful church right in the heart of Aalborg! Didn’t go inside, but the outside alone is worth a visit. The white façade and tall tower make it stand out, and the bells ringing give the whole area a really nice vibe. If you’re walking around the city, definitely stop by—great spot for photos too!

Interesting kirk with loads of history. Very ornate and detailed decorative artwork. Large pipe organ which plays often. Entertaining bellflower. Well worth a visit if you in the area. Just for useless info, the entrance door is very poorly signposted and easy to miss. If you find the door, just push it hard and it should open..

Large and full of fascinating detail. We were so excited to stumble upon this cathedral during our walk around Aalborg. While the outside is a bit plain (although impressive and inviting), inside is a very well-maintained and marvelously decorated example of a Danish Lutheran cathedral. The white cathedral ceiling, with towering arches illuminated via high-fixed windows, is really picturesque. Budolfi is absolutely worth the stop.
