Buena Vista Del Rincon Eco Adventure Park, Hotel & Spa

I loved the placed from the moment I arrived. I came for 2 nights and ended up staying 5! You can’t get bored. I was able to do horseback riding and the 3 waterfalls (which was extremely fun) the hotsprings, sauna, mud bath, waterslide, walks in the nature (animals everywhere), massages, pool and I wasn’t able to do everything the place has to offer. Food was delicious. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Victor, Carlos and Will (restaurants), Lisette (Operations), Daniel (horseback riding) and every single one of the staff I had the pleasure to encounter. The best place to come and recharge energy. I will definitely come back !

We had a great time at Buena Vista. The resort is a great destination for a family vacation. There is something to do for everyone. The best part of the resort is the people that work there. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We especially enjoyed our interaction with Victor, Carlos, Noel and Selmira. They were fantastic!!

Absolutely I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely welcome. The environment is perfect—comfortable, friendly, and full of positive energy. A special shout-out to Victor, Daniel, and the entire kitchen team—they’re all absolutely amazing. You can tell they truly care about what they do, and it shows in every detail. The service is genuine, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food… just incredible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home with top-notch quality in every way!

Our family had a fantastic three nights at Rincon Buena Vista. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and keep us comfortable. We were especially appreciative of Victor and Carlos who ensured all our meals were delicious, and even sourced special martini olives for us! We can’t recommend the stay enough.

We did a day pass, because it’s rainy season that they pass is really good. You get to still enjoy all the amenities but not have to stay there. I would recommend to stay there instead of doing this so you have more time to enjoy and relax. There is so much to do in the thermal water is one thing you might wanna just do the whole day as supposed to have everything to do in one day, which is a lot. I still believe it’s a good deal during the rainy season but I will definitely recommend to be careful and to get there as early as possible so you can take a vintage off the Hot Springs and everything else before it starts raining in the afternoon which really take away any fun you’re having. Be aware that there is a tractor that has to take you from the main area to where the Hot Springs are and it is a pretty wild crazy ride up and down the mountains very steep heels so just be aware of this and be ready for it. It’s a little bit scary, but it’s pretty fun Overall the service was really great. Everybody’s super nice and very friendly and we enjoy everything we did.

We did the 12-in-1 day pass and it was amazing! Our guide Jose David went above and beyond. I have been traveling to countries all over the world for over 5 years and Jose David is the definition of a charismatic, caring and hard working person! Not only was he extremely patient but after the day was over and I was heading back to my hotel I made the mistake of locking my keys inside the car. Jose David stepped up and helped us with a smile on his face. His work day was over but he did not leave until he made sure we were okay. That is something that cannot be taught and I am extremely grateful to have been able to meet such a kind soul. He is someone who should definitely be in a leadership role. 10/10 definitely recommend.

An Unforgettable Stay at Buena Vista del Rincón! Our time at Buena Vista del Rincón was absolutely wonderful—an experience we’ll treasure for years to come. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the immaculate grounds, lush with greenery and so beautifully maintained that it felt like we were walking through a tropical dream. One of the standout moments of our stay was watching the spectacular sunset from El Mirador—a breathtaking view that perfectly captured the magic of Costa Rica. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us plan a full day of activities tailored to our family, making sure we got the most out of our visit. We did the full immersion experience and opted for all the packages—and we’re so glad we did! From the cultural experience to the bridge walk, ziplining, waterslide, horseback riding, and finally soaking in the hot springs, each activity was unique, fun, and incredibly well organized. The staff at every location were informative, helpful, and so accommodating, ensuring we felt safe, engaged, and excited throughout the day. A special shoutout to our guide, Jose David, whose deep knowledge of local agriculture, wildlife, and the area’s history added so much meaning to every moment. His passion for Costa Rica truly made the experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have picked a better way to end our trip. Buena Vista del Rincón exceeded all expectations, and we’re already dreaming about our next visit. Pura vida—and thank you for everything!
