Buena Vista Del Rincon Eco Adventure Park, Hotel & Spa

This was such a fun experience!! We came for a Bachelorette party and we had a blast for all the activities! What really made our trip so enjoyable was our tour guide JB he was so kind, and funny! He really took care of us and had so much joy in doing his job. He also takes amazinf pictures btw! We would definitely come back because the place and service was so great!

Zip line- wow Stephen and Marlowe took great care of us! Water slide so much fun!|Hot springs and mud bath a great experience. |Delicious food in the evenings and unforgettable sunsets. Bismarck took superb care of us and his picture skills are top notch. |We really enjoyed our three days and two nights at Buena vista del ricon.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time! It is very remote and on top of the mountain, but the views are worth it! As well as everything to do on the property. The staff and tour guides for each of the activities were knowledgeable, friendly and over all awesome! We did horse back riding, Zip lining (with our 3 kiddos age 7/4/2 who loved it), hanging bridge, water slide through the jungle, and thermal pools (spa). The pools are a 30 ish min tractor ride away, so factor in enough time to get there and back… but there is a bar and restaurant on site. There are several restaurants on property, but not always open, so have to be mindful of the hours. You can always find a bar though! The property is huge and tons to explore to see wildlife.

What a great experience we had at Buena Vista! We were there for three days and enjoyed the scenery, the people, and the cultural education. Right outside our room, we could do birdwatching, and saw some precious agoutis and monkeys. We even got to see three toucans, vividly sharing their colors. We bought the Eco Day Pass, which included the water slides, zip lining, horseback riding, hot springs, and the education about sugar, coffee, and clay pottery production. About an hour drive from Liberia airport, this was a great way to start our trip to Costa Rica before we hit the touristy Tamarindo! Thanks especially to David, our tour guide, who did a fantastic job of describing the animal, trees, and history along our excursions. Be careful of the cute little birds at breakfast. They are ready to swarm if you eat outside! 😂Machos Gustos!

Great experience. Several Restaurants available. Enjoyed an amazing sunset at one of their Restaurants on top of the mountain. Breakfast and the hot springs are included in the package. You need to make reservations ahead of time to be taken to the hot springs where you can find 4 different pools, a sauna and facial clay from the volcano. Great for all ages. Hiking trails, swimming pools, and lots of other activities available. Great place to get away. Around an hour and a half from the Liberia Airport.

Our family of 5 spent Christmas at Buena Vista del Rincon this year and loved it! The cabins were spotless, private and had air conditioning.||Victor and the food and beverage team were awesome! We had the special Christmas Eve menu at El Jaguar and watched the sunset at El Mirador.||We bought the day pass and enjoyed the hot springs, hanging bridges, zip line, horse back riding and the cultural tour. David knew so much about all of the local plants and animals!||The only thing we would have changed driving in in the daylight. The country roads are bumpy and much better by daylight.

This was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We stayed here for two nights and had the pass to access different activities. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The park grounds and service buildings were well maintained and clean. The staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and then getting the pass to access zip line, horseback riding, water slide, hanging bridges, and eating at the restaurants on site. There is a lot to do therefore staying there is better than just getting a day pass. The access to hot spring was a cherry on top; it was tranquil site and we felt very relaxed after.

What an adventure stay at Buena Vista! It was a last minute addition to our trip, we wanted to try something different than the coastal life. The rooms were clean (thin walls though), tons of amenities and overall a fun stay for two days (no more). Breakfast was great with vast selection. The thermal baths (included) were unreal.. and huge! Hiked to the waterfall nearby and also beautiful. Did a horse ride. Super nice staff. Then finish the day with the sunset at Mirador, cocktail in hand. Note, most things closed at 8:30pm so expect to sleep early and rise early too. There is no communal kitchen or fridge, you’ll have to eat onsite
