Buena Vista Ocean View Apartments Santa Teresa

I had an amazing stay at these apartments! The location was perfect, the view was absolutely stunning, and Shanti, was simply the best—so helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Highly recommended

Fabulous apartments 🤩 Great ocean view. Great pool - sometimes in the sun, sometimes in the shade. Really good beds Zzzzzsnoosss. At night you hear the waves and monkeys and racoons. Very clean. Host Shanti and cleaning lady Eli are very helpful 🥰 Pure hospitality 👏 Very good kitchen and lots of cooking tools. When we come back to Santa Teresa , we will stay here again. BUT The Road to get there is indeed very steap. A good ATV driver of 4x4 car is indeed necessary. Or very fit sporty people 😉

Everything is perfect but two things you should be aware of: construction and the hill up. 1. Theres was a lot of noice during our visit. We didnt mind that much as we had surflessons early. Its temporary so check with hostess if its still noisy. 2. The hill- we called it the daily challenge. Its steep and if you are not keen on getting a high pulse everytime you go out, rent an ATV or get a car. Besides these things our 18 day long visit was a dream at Buena Vista. Polite and friendly staff! Will return if possible!

We had an amazing time at Buena Vista ocean view, starting with the swarm of butterflies that greeted us at the entrance, the warm welcome from the host and the incredible views from the main room and living. Everything was clean and the apartment fully equipped. Hope I get the chance to come back to Santa Teresa and this one of a kind accommodation. Thank you!

Don’t let the view fool you. I originally had a long term contract with this spot but had to leave after 3 months. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in rentals over the 4 years being in Santa Teresa. Everything they built the place with is done with cheap material. The doors are made of sponge and the walls are so thin. For more than half of the stay, we hardly had consistent water and it felt like we were camping. Alejandro the property manager is also very unprofessional and hardly a problem-solver. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place! We had an apartment on 3 floor. The view was spectacular. Only a short stroll down to the beach and locals cafe and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, good WiFi and kitchen was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything! We highly recommend to stay there for your time in Santa Teresa beach.

Place with spectacular views, clean and tidy accommodation. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach, without a doubt an incredible location in Santa Teresa. The host was friendly and answered any questions we had, additionally the rooms have a lot of information that helped us get to know the area.

This is pretty bad experience . There were absolutely no signage and the road leading to the villa is horrendous , is full of pot hole and so steep it is like climbing Everest. Is extremely risky to stay here and go up and down that steep road, 1 can easily trip and fall. Owner shud make full disclaimer on the overview as to the potential risk. I am abandoning my paid stay and moving another hotel tomorrow
