Buenos Aires Nights Steakhouse - Ashford

My first time dining at any of the 3 Buenos Aires Nights restaurants (Ashford, Maidstoneand Canterbury). I knew it would be a little bit more expensive than I'm used to in Ashford, but the food is impeccable. I think this is THE best steak I've ever eaten. I went for the 200g sirloin (2nd cheapest steak on the menu), cooked rare, and the quality of the meat was undeniable. It was cooked and rested perfectly, not a drip of juice on the plate. Served with a choice of hand cut chips, side salad or mash potatoes at just under £27. There are bigger cuts, more expensive cuts, and that's before you look at the premium Argentinean cuts between (£30-£70). If my budget allowed, I would choose to go up in the quality of cut rather than the weight of steak, just to really experience quality steak. I had mine served with a dressed side salad, which was beautiful, and clearly prepared freshly. My starter was the olives, served in a little silver bucket. £7 for 7-8 huge, tasty olives felt a bit pricey, but again incredible quality and in a lovely, zesty dressing. I finished with lemon cheesecake, obviously made in-house, rich, creamy but not sickly in any way. The staff were jovial and attentive. Highly recommended. Parking in Ashford is some distance away now that the two close car parks have been closed for redevelopment. However, that's not the restaurant's fault. They do have a cancellation policy, and online reservations are secured on a credit card, which is charged if you cancel late or are a non- arrival.

This little hidden gem just on the outside of ashford high street is lovely place to a nice dinner out. Little pricey but considering the quality of the food and drinks is absolutely worth it. Delicious food, best burger I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection. Cocktails are very good, absolutely bursting with flavour. Definitely was the perfect place to take my partner for Valentine’s Day, very happy with my choice. We had a lovely time. On one of the busiest nights of the year they did seem a little short staffed and all rushing around but they still went out there way provided an excellent service, very cheery and customer service / hosting was 10/10 Would 100% highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

My partner and I have been here 10+ times and have always had a perfect evening! Mark and the team always take such good care of us, everything comes out in a timely fashion and exactly how you’ve asked for it. And the food speaks for itself! Best steakhouse in Kent for sure so very lucky to have this on our doorstep! Will be seeing you again soon!

Restaurant was extremely busy as expected for valentines, it was a bit cramped with tables very close to each other, staff were amazing being that only 3 of them had to contend with such a busy restaurant. The chap serving us made some lovely recommendations, was able to answer all our questions and helped make the evening very special for us, it was me and my partners first valentines together and we plan to make this our go to restaurant every year for valentines. We were given a dairy milk chocolate as a gift when settling up which was a very nice touch.

Best Steak I've had this year! Good quality meat cooked to perfection. So glad we chose it for a family birthday and a special treat. Absolutely loved it.

We visited this evening for my friends, joint birthdays.. we had a baby with us, and they catered well for him, high chair already at the table, and kids menu available. Everyone really enjoyed their food, fantastic Argentine cuisine. I had Sirloin steak, which could have been a little rarer for my taste, but I loved the Malbec salt that accompanied it. My friend had Chicken a la Parrilla, which was so tasty! The cocktails were great. Service was so attentive, and they always had a smile, not hovering, but there when you needed them. All round lovely meal out, would definitely go back for another visit.

Buenos Aires Nights in Ashford is an exceptional steak restaurant. The food is genuinely London quality, tucked away in a quiet corner of Ashford High Street. The gentleman who looked after us was brilliant — friendly, great with the kids, and helped create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The steak is outstanding — easily rivals Hawksmoor in my opinion, and I rate their steaks very highly. It’s on the expensive side, but don’t let that put you off — it’s worth every penny.
