"Bufad Pizza, Chinatown The Loft District by True Hand Society. Honestly who doesn’t love pizza? Bufad specializes in wood-fired pizzas. They’ve also got a great selection of southern Italian small plates. If you’re looking for great Italian food, Bufad is the place for you. It may even make you want to book your next trip to Italy ASAP."

Went here with 3 friends and had a very nice time. It's a little pricey but the pizza is high quality and the atmosphere was very nice. I would say this is more of a place to take someone on a date or maybe a special occasion. I tried three different types of pizza and the carbonara was my favorite.

Pizza selection is great and you can get your pepperoni or be daring and try the summer corn pizza. Dessert is very tasty buy leaves you wanting a few more bites due to the small size.

Great local spot for pizza/Italian. Location is ideal if your attending any event at the Union Transfer as it is two blocks away. Makes for a great night of drinks (byob) and dinner then a show. Parking is also close by if you don't want to park on the street. I reccomend ordering two pizzas and sharing, always try the specials too! You won't be disappointed!

Service was friendly which is a big plus. Daily specials were written out, and we tried the brisket pizza (good for sharing between 2-3 people). I also had the sausage and gravy (pic) which wasn't as heavy as it sounds, but I did find the gravy a bit too rich.

What a great little find just north of City Hall! We went for dinner on a Sunday evening and they were able to seat us right away. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My guest and I viewed both the standard and specials menu and ended up getting the margherita pizza, the roasted beet salad, and the antipasti platter. The pizza was crispy and flavorful and since it's cooked in the brick oven, you get bits of that charred dough with each bite! The pie was a good size for two people, but I guess it could be a personal pizza as well (I guess any pizza is if you try hard enough =P!) The antipasti platter had a nice selection, with interesting mixes of finger foods including a carrot/yogurt salad, a cauliflower mixture (YUM), eggs, and of course a few assortments of cheese and compote! We had fun mixing and matching the options and also incorporating a few of the platter items into the beet salad. The beets salad was the unexpected favorite of the night. Along with the beets, the salad had nice hints of citrus from the oranges and the vinaigrette. The addition of the ricotta cheese with the toasted almonds was a nice touch to help balance the flavors. Pro tip: The place is BYOB (unfortunately no alcohol on site), but you're able to go next door to Prohibition Taproom and purchase beer if you prefer, and return to drink it with your meal. Will be returning to check out more of the menu!

It was a teeny tiny place but boy was the food good. It was an entertaining night, cold but the ambience inside was super warm. The vegetarian pizza we tried was amazing.. super delicious and they were very considerate when we told them about our whole no meat policy! We want to make sure that you know their ice cream is made in the house and was super duper delicious.. my person couldn't stop clicking pictures.. their chocolate icing was made in the house.. I felt like nutella but something additional to nutella.. either way give me chocolate.. and I will say I love you. Before we left, they made us have a complimentary shot of something made in house and boy was it strong.. totally took away my whole flavour of ice cream from my mouth but boy oh boy, do they love to have fun!! So creative to think of it before your guests leave.. Disclaimer: do not be drunk and sit on their high stools, we saw a very nice lady fall off the stool.. We didn't know whom to blame.. nor could we look away!! Beware of the stools.. jk don't go in drunk :)

Stumbled upon this place on the way to a show at the Union Transfer. Unique personal sized pizza options. Pizza came out dark on the top and slightly undercooked on the bottom. Liked the chilli oil and bread crumbs for pizza toppers. Limited beverage options. The atmosphere was very nice. Service left much to be desired at $15+ per person (pizza, water, tax and tip). Would go again but I wouldnt go out of my way.
