Needs a renovation and then it would be good value. Really disappointed that the WiFi did not work. The shower tap needs a new washer it dripped all night. Bed was comfortable. Bad design in the bathroom as it was hard to wash one's face as your head would hit the stupid shelf fixed above the basin. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We stay here all the time when coming from the Riverland/Mildura to Adelaide. Now it's called Glenelg Dockside Motel and under new ownership - MG Hotel Group. they are upgrading the outdated rooms, poor PR and amenities left from past ownership and have a 24/7 contact line. Close enough to airport, Andrews car parking, shops, beach, the city. Ring them direct as they will price match other booking apps.

Pre booked and paid. Turned up at 6.45pm reception supposed to be open till 7.00 but no one around. Had to get a code to access key safe. Checked in to the room. Toilet light doesn’t work and exhaust fan so load impossible to leave on. Complained to after hours service number, still waiting for a solution. Worst service and facility I have ever experienced. Cross it off your accommodation list

The cleanliness standard has slipped to an all time low. Carpet stunk and when I walked on it my feet turned black from the filth. Room needed a good dusting. Won't be staying there again. Shame because the location is great.

I rocked up as a late check in only to find my room wasn't even cleaned or made up at all. I ended up calling the property manager and she turned up and provided me with another room that was clean but there was no genuine apology for it. It was late at night after a long day of travel & I had to wait outside in the cold for some time before I was able to finally rest in a room that was clean. Except the next morning I noticed a dirty towel behind the bathroom door on the floor.

Rooms ok shower curtain was so dodgy put up made room look untidy. Even though organised a late check out they kept knocking on door early not good at all.

As soon as we walked in the room smelt very stale & dank, there was mould in the bathroom, dirty marks on wall near toilet paper dispencer. Vanity bench rough & damaged, no soap provided to wash hands. Beds were firm but comfortable as we like hard beds, bedding was clean, the room was definitely not worth the $145 we paid.

Nice clean room but in the early morning I could clearly hear other guests moving around and talking outside. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice location close to beach and shops at the end of Anzac Hwy.
