Buffalo Wild Wings

First, I can't stress enough that this place should be a Charlotte GEM. It's not. The food quality is horrible, the staff, not much better, and atmosphere could be the best (but.... it's not). The exterior is dirty (I'm being kind). The interior could be great. You've got 2-3 staff that care and try to keep it clean. Craig-Awesome. Keith-Trying, but needs hospitality training. Kayla- Not trying to be mean, but this job is not for her. Please resign. The quality of the food is poor. The qualities of service is not consistent. From the hostess to the bar tender, service is lackluster. We had dip, wings, a sampler, cocktails, and salads. Sorry, Craig was great, but I'm not going back. The food wl could have come from a fast casual restaurant. The drinks were just OK. The fried pickles were under cooked. The mozerella sticks were over cooked or freezer burned (unsure). The salad has half the dressing it should have, but the portion size was good. Seating. Outside seating is not a thing during the day we were told. Then, we see every tourist sitting outside eating to go meals. We witnessed 3 homeless people early in with cups and use the fountain drink area to help themselves. We, followed suit because service was talking that long. I waited 15 minutes on water and a cola. A lady was dressed in a black shirt, exuded authority and confidence; pretended to work there and got our drinks and napkins in 5 minutes. No joking. Needless to say we left early. We had intended to enjoy two games. We decided half of one game was enough. Thank you to Craig for being so kind and attentive. He went above an beyond.

This place is a disaster for its location and brand. Came to almost empty place , sat down and ordered almost right away. It took 41min for 2 drinks to arrive and 49min for food to come completely cold. I could not bare with that. Paid for drinks and left. All of this while understaffed and manager just standing at front not helping . Do not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst BWW I have ever been in. My waiter was terrible. Other people came in after me and when I say other persons I counted 7 groups of two or more that got served by their waitress(2) with drinks and appetizer. I wanted to leave but my husband was hungry and then when I decide to ask for another area the waiter came took our order and as I write this have not seen him not my drink in 20min do far(where is Waldo is his In feeling) Guess what my food came at 5:46pm still no drinks, napkin. My husband has hot chicken no drink. I'm sure the other groups had a good time since they had a waitress(2) that came within a reasonable time being they both had alot of tables. 5:49pm still no drinks. Been here since 4:50pm. 5.55 went to the person that sat us and she got my drinks.

Our experience here was okay. The service was bare minimum and some things we ordered were forgotten more than once. Nothing memorable. The food was pretty good and came out quick, although our to-go order we placed during the meal took a very long time to come out. No carrots and celery that we ordered or napkins were included with the traditional wings you eat with....your hands in our to-go order. Simple stuff that could be easily fixed. Bdubs has been going downhill. This is my 3rd location in 3 different states this year where the service has been questionable. Food can be hit or miss. I really used to LOVE this chain.

Ordered the 15-piece wings and a chicken salad—everything was fresh and delicious! The wings were crispy, saucy, and full of flavor, and the salad was fresh with tasty grilled chicken and crunchy croutons. Definitely hit the spot, I’ll be ordering again!

Walked in and no one was at the host desk to greet me or seat me. So, walked over to a server and asked if I could sit in his section. He said yes. I ordered the Classic Chicken wrap with pulled chicken. I distinctly said "pulled chicken" twice to make sure he heard. When the wrap came, the chicken was fried. Honestly, I didn't want to wait any longer so I started eating it anyway. When the server stopped by to ask me how everything was, I politely told him (even said I wasn't trying to be a Karen) that I ordered pulled chicken, but went ahead and ate because I didn't want to wait for them to remake it. He grabbed a menu off the table and said it can be confusing because even though the options are boneless wings or pulled chicken, you still have to specify grilled or fried. What?! I was so dumbfounded I didn't know what to say. Either BWW needs to be more clear on the menu or this guy is full of it. I have to imagine if I ask 10 people what pulled chicken looks like, at least 9 of them are going to say it looks like pulled pork on a bbq sandwich; and it's definitely not fried. And, if what I received is "pulled chicken", how is it any different than boneless wings? Btw, my bill had the word "crispy" next to the description of the chicken. Not one word in the description of the classic chicken wrap on the menu mentions "crispy". If this guys is right, I will change my review. I'm a fair person, and in that case it really is the fault of BWW corporate. Would also like to point out, that I see the owner directs reviewers to the BWW FAQ page and click on "orders and visits". "Orders and visits" does not exist on the FAQ page. In fact, if you click on the Contact Us link in the page it directs you to click on the "reach out" link at the bottom of the page for customer support. This link does not exist either.

I took my grandson to lunch at this location before going to the Charlotte Car Show. It was convenient but it took over an hour to get our food once we were able to order and the waitress got the order wrong. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich but got spicy chicken sandwich that my grandson ordered. I told the waitress my sandwich was not buffalo chicken. She offered to get some buffalo chicken sauce. She also said the buffalo seasoning is in the coating, which it wasnt. I would have insisted on getting my order correct, but considering it took an hour to get our food, I couldn't wait another hour. It wasn't that busy, but it is loud in the restaurant, so maybe that is why the waitress got my order wrong. It will be my first and last visit to this location.

The worst. The restaurant was understaffed knowing there was a NFL playoff game I town. We were greeted by a hostess telling us the wait to seat people was long and did we want to stay as every seat was full except two and they couldn’t clean them right now. She was rude and unprofessional so we decided not to stay but to place a takeout order instead. We asked if it might be faster and she said yes. My friends order was placed at 9:58 pm and mine was at 10.01. We both got 10 wings with fries and veggies respectively. Her order came out at 10:50 and mine was even 10 more minutes at 11:01. The wait area was chaos with express meal delivery drivers standing around waiting for orders fo more than 1 hour. I have never seen a business so ill prepared for business and will never go back.

Wings were served with great amount of sauce, thai curry and parmesan garlic were on point and no one beats Buffalo Wild Wings in parmersan garlic so far. Manager attended us since staff was short, and the service seemed seamless, and maintained a welcoming environment. I had a great experience here and although skin can be chewy at times and chipotle ranch sauce has changed in flavor, the wings were really good! The place seemed clean and full of TVs to watch sports.

Lots of TVs nice open areas with every TV you can imagine to watch games on I though the menu was better than in the past but only had time for a quick bite 6 wings medium sauce Problem - wings were lukewarm after 20 minutes of waiting after order how could that be ? Cook it and serve it even place it under hot lamp would make it hot Poor kitchen procedures !!

1 star for each of the patty melts they made me...The only reason the 2nd one was better than the first was because at least the cheese was melted. 1st patty melt - aoli and onions, no where to be found, cheese not melted. The server brought out the aoli after I noticed it wasn't on the sanwich. When I noticed the onions were missing, he offered to bring me some on the sode and I declined, asking for a correctly made sandwich instead. 2nd patty melt - comes out the SAME WAY! Now...I ask you, if a customer sent food back because it was wrong, wouldn't you CHECK THE RE-ORDER BEFORE IT GOES OUT? Apparently that's not what they do.. So...I explained to the server the sandwich was wrong AGAIN and asked for the missing onions. I'll be playing Build-a-Patty Melt tomorrow for lunch. My friends were finished with their meals and I didn't think "third time's the charm" would apply to this situation. Service SLOW. In addition, I sent my food back once and it wasn't right the 2nd time. It came back EXACTLY the same way: no bacon aoli, no sauteed onions. After making it known...did a manager come to the table? No! Now that I think about it, I have to take away a star. Ambiance....typical b-dub Would I go back? Not for a patty melt. I guess that's what I get for ordering something besides wings.

As everyone else has stated.... By far the WORST service. They apparently had no hostess so we waited over 10 minutes to even be seated. We waited over an hour for our food. When mine came out it was dried out. Manager stated they only had two cooks and no hostess. They should have mentioned to people coming in that they were short staffed and wait time would be long. Absolutely awful. This is our second time and both times were horrible. We were trying to give it a second chance but it was even worse than the first time. This place needs to be ran under new management

I'm writing this to help save this place from the travesty that it already is. Came on a Friday night, and well I wish I hadn't. Ordered food to go said it would be ready at 11:50 wasn't ready until 12:30. Service was bad but also there was a lot of people waiting for food. Clearly they are under staffed, but also they stacked up all the dirty plates on the main tables in the dining area. They gotta do better or just close it down. The door is also broken so don't let it hit you on the way out . This Buffalo Wild Wings is on E Martin Luther king jr blvd and well he needs this travesty off his street.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Order was wrong. Food was not cooked well. And let me tell you something, not my first rodeo at a Buffalo Wild Wings and I'm not usually one to rate chain locations unless it's either really bad or really good. But this place was AWFUL. Whoever is management needs to be replaced ASAP cause it was just unprofessional from all parties involved, front of house and back of house included

If you have a parent over the age of 80, this is the place for you. Before you get your food, they'll have passed away, you can write their eulogy, and then rehearse your speech at their funeral. Be careful though, you might miss their funeral before you get that extra side of ranch.

Pretty awful all around. We arrived before 3. Got a table at 3:30. Ordered at 3:40. Got one of our drinks at 4:00. The other drink came at 4:05 and it was in a dirty cup. Waited forever for our server to exchange it, and she finally showed up with our food and drinks at about 4:15. We ate fast because we had to be at the convention center across the street ten minutes ago. She brought us the wrong order. Not the correct wings. She then brought the correct order and said she mixed it up. Both orders were lukewarm, like they had been sitting there, but not delivered. Waited even longer to get our check. They are too busy and too short staffed, and no one seems happy to be there. The only thing that seemed to be right was my son's order of chicken fingers. I feel bad that I really have nothing else positive to say, but I really cannot find any positives.

Horrendous service. We waited over an hour for our food after ordering. They did keep trying to bring us other people's food, but not what we ordered. They brought out a salad with no silverware. When the food finally did arrive they only brought 1/2 the order, and the wings were cold. The last part of or order came out another 45 minutes later. They did comp us the last part of our order, but when it finally showed up, it wasn't what we ordered. 100% fail.

2 star average on over 300 reviews should have been my clue, but is correct. The only saving grace is the food was completely as expected for a Bdubs....the issue with this location is the complete lack of service. There is no reason why this location shouldn't be raking in the $$$$. In the hour I was there I saw two tables leave (a couple after ordering drinks, but couldn't wait the time for food and the other table of 4 guys waited 10 minutes and no one spoke to them so they all left). It took 25 minutes for us to get a drink and over 50 minutes for food. Although there was baseball and fight night, my TV was on a skin care infomercial....again, lack of attention and no urgency. Someone needs to snap this location out of it. Best of luck.

Customer service was pretty bad. Not very friendly and not much communication. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no side. I was rung up with a side and I said no, I only want the sandwich. I was told it did not come that way. I pointed to the menu where it was clearly an option. After some time he figured out how to ring it up. Then the wait. The speed of getting my lonely chicken sandwich was slow--over 20 minutes. The sandwich was great, but I was late to my meeting. What I thought would be an easy fast take out order was not. Perhaps if I sat in the airy well lit dining room I would have gotten better service.

Awful service, to the point that it made me think it had to do with management and staffing. Our waiter was so aloof to our needs and when we repeatedly asked for water and drink refills. The response was a kurt and most often without follow through. On a number of occasions when I attempted to get water by asking another staff member, they got extremely defensive as if they were the only gatekeeper and no one else could help us .

My buddy calls this location sorry ass wild wings. When you go, you will see why. That is the TLDR, now here's the whole scoop. My friends and I, all of us visually impaired only went to this location because it is the only one we know for sure paratransit will take us to. First thing I noticed, no one greeted us whatsoever. Usually people step their game up, even in places with reviews mentioning bad service, I guess I have to give them kudos for being equal opportunity across the board with their lazy slow selves. The only thing remotely cool about this place is that it is right inside the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the food is exactly what you came here for, when you get it. Place feels very understaffed. It's a shame people uptown can't get good Buffalo wild wings. This place is really an embarrassment to NASCAR, the city of Charlotte and Buffalo wild wings as a brand.

Tonight we enjoyed chit chat over bottomless appetisers and we were rather fortunate to have Lakevia as our server. She was very friendly, making sure to share a laugh and frequently asses our needs. Not only did the appetisers come out nice and hot, but they were also constantly replenished. In addition to Lakevia's stellar service, the manager, Simone made sure to stop by and check on us. I will definitely be back to be greeted by the kind and humorous team of North Lake. Inside you'll find chill music and huge TV's to watch various sporting games.

This place is grossly understaffed. Went for the new all you can eat. But it is really all you can wait. We ordered the first 10 and they came out in a reasonable time mainly because we were there when it opened. We ordered the second round and never got them almost 2 hours after we first arrived. We finally gave up and asked waitresses to give us a discount or just charge us for 10 wings. Her response: I am the only one working and I can't do that but I can get you a box for the reorder. We asked to talk to a manager which her reply is they are busy in the kitchen. We never got the reorder after over an 1:20 of waiting. This was on a Thursday lunch! Good luck when it gets busy. Manager never came out. It was a struggle to get drink refills back also. Also managed to mess up the correct split for two of us on the credit card charge. If you want to pay 28.00 for 10 wings and water and have 2 hours to burn this is your place!

Terrible! Order was wrong! Tables not clean. Service was bad! The tea was uncovered directly by cleaning solution. The manager simply stated "We were busy!" I contacted BWW directly over two weeks ago & NO response! No comp! Just a loss of $80 for a family of 4! I waited for the restaurant to make it right and they never did!!!

My last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was a great experience compared to times before. The staff were a lot more helpful the bar was lively and the food came out quickly and was all made to order. There were a few games on that we could watch giving the authentic sports bar vibes we were looking for.

I want to give the Uptown Charlotte BWW a positive review - and it reflects how I feel. I came here after the Panthers-Bengals game, hoping to catch some 4 p.m. NFL action. As you can imagine, it was busy. During my wait, I was allowed to watch football at the bar. As soon as my table was ready, my server brought me to a prime location where I could watch my Cleveland Browns (I know, suffering fan haha). The food did take about 30-45 minutes to come out, but it was perfectly cooked. This BWW seemed a bit understaffed, but the employees who were working were extremely helpful and great at their jobs. Do not look at the other negative reviews when deciding where to eat Uptown. Give BWW a try :)

These reviews honestly are one of the most truest things ever. Went and had to wait over an hour for them to tell us they wouldn't take our orders and proceeded to sit a new group and take their orders once we left. No explanation was given and I'm too scared to confront so we ended up at another sports bar with better service.

Cool location next to Nascar HOF. Also next door to our hotel so we popped in for dinner. No one to greet us so we picked a table. Waitress was attentive at first then non-existent toward the end of the meal. But we were hungry, ate everything: standard BWW, nothing special.

ZERO STAR*** Seat yourself, scan to order at table that doesn't work, chase down one staff member that is waiting entire restaurant. She let us know she was waiting both bar and dining area. ONE PERSON. More than half the tables were dirty with previous customers stuff. Insane for a place right next to the nascar hall of fame. Took over an hour to get anything and we had to ask if the food was put in. Had to get to and refill our drinks ourselves and find silverware

should have read the reviews first. I actually went the night prior, waiting in a line with no assistance or acknowledgment. Someone from the line asked about seating us and was told it was a 30-minute wait. The place was probably at 30% capacity. The problem, no one cared enough to let us know. Stupid me, I went back the next day (I'm from the San Fran Bay Area, so visiting). Service was bad, friendly yes, but it took a while to be acknowledged, the 10-piece wing took 45 minutes after I inquired, and the dame thing was - wait for it - cool and hard. Based on the negative reviews I read 'after the fact', and the constant negative reviews, why hasn't corporate done a damn thing to correct this obvious problem is beyond me. it hurts the 'brand', not just the location. I suspect they are vulnerable, sales will continue to decline and ultimately they'll leave the business. if you cannot serve in the service business, then you should not be in the business. Fades wear thin, and competitors study the failed business to build a better 'wing'. Horrible experience for me. Good luck to others.

The absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the southeast. I am a big fan of bww but this was horrible. First time I came I thought it was an off night so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came back Thursday night of the NFL draft. The same week they were doing the endless wings deal. I couldn't even get a server in time to order a water! It took an entire hour to get a beer. The wings were cold and the service was the worst I have ever seen. Please do not waste your time trying to eat here. Pathetic. Waste of space in uptown Charlotte. Disgrace to the name.

Really fast service at the bar, friendly staff. Solid bar food, the chicken was cooked well and seasoned enough. Fries, warm and crunchy. Nice quick spot to hit before a Hornets game

Just stopped in quick for a couple drinks after the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Bartender was great and knowledgeable of the different draft beers. Ambiance was nice. Unsure of food since we didn't order any.

Can I give a zero stars? Never have I ever....15 Mon at the bar with I will get to you...NOPE. Can't even review the food..or the drink....left

This is quite possibly the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever been to. The only pleasant part about this experience was that our server was nice. Other than that, from the moment we walked in we weren't helped until 10 minutes after arrival, the hostess told us that it was a 30 minute wait then never wrote our name down, even though there was open booths. We proceeded to seat ourselves just to wait 30 minutes before we even had a server talk to us. It took 30 minutes for us to get our drinks, an hour for our wings and the food was so bad that I could only eat 2 of my 15 wings. All around I will never come back here and I am surprised that they have not gone out of business. This place either needs a regional manager or to be shut down immediately.

This is a very good location of this popular chain. Great service, consistent quality. Beware July 28, 2024 under construction. Strange odors. Several TVs not working. Seems other electrical issues with lighting. Looking forward to their successful project completion

Not a fan. Expensive drinks and bar food. Wings don't compete with local restaurants like Dino's.

Worst service at a b dubs I have been too. 5pm and no dining room seating only the bar seating. Where there are only 2 servers. 1 of which I seen 1 time in 30min. I have been a regular at buffalos for years at other locations and this one is the worst. Edit: the service isn't great but the food has always been fresh and well made.

The absolute worst greeter that had no clue what was going on or what she was supposed to be doing. Everyone was told a 30 min wait (which is fine), but all of us waiting an hour or longer and had to approach her to check when we would be seated and she looked at every party like she didn't know we were standing around the lobby waiting to be seated by her. Disgraceful. This occurred on 1/17/25 evening shift.

We were in town for a convention and were a little hesitant about coming here because of all the bad reviews. After trying to kill some time before heading to the airport we decided to come here after not agreeing on anywhere else. I'm glad we did. The service was great and the food was fine. I have it 4 stars because the wings could've been hotter (temp wise) but really no other complaints. Our server kept our glasses full and was able to pay our bill via a QR code. No real complaints here, we'd come back.

I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Kannapolis NC . I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich and was so disappointed. The food had no flavor, my friend ordered Chicken tenders and the same thing haopened to her. They need to stick to wings because the sandwiches are not good.

Worst experience ever. We waited 32 mins after being told it would be a 10 minute wait. After getting our table, we waited another 23 minutes before someone came to tell us that they were mid shift change and it'll be a few more minutes before someone would be able to take our order. Don't recommend coming to this restaurant at all. I'm actually still sitting here waiting for service..

Great service at the bar. Food is always hot and drinks are cold. No complaints. It does get a bit hectic when an important game is playing.

I wish I could give minus stars see terrible experience below. My son ordered food from Buffalo Wild Wings at the following location 422 Cox Road Gastonia NC. The wrong wings were in the bag. 6 Buffalo boneless wings were ordered but Parmesan garlic were in the bag. I called the restaurant and they placed the blame on Door dash who only picked up the order not prepared it. I think that the restaurant should be responsible since they made the mistake. My son only received the delivery fee of 5.00 back in the form of a refund from DoorDash. The restaurant refused to do anything and told him to contact Door Dash which means Buffalo Wild Wings got the money and the incorrect food was in the bag. The customer service was horrible when the call was made to notify them of THEIR mistake. So basically they got the money and the customer got 5.00 from someone who only picked up the bag. I called customer service and was told that the store would be contacted basically as a way of training for future reference but that is of no consequence for the person who was left with no food and money that was paid in real time. This stuff isn't free by no means and the person at the restaurant made it known that oh well nothing they could or were willing to do. There should be some accountability with the restaurant. The receipt was correct the food was not. This is a terrible display of their customer service. A bad review all the way around! I realize I am just one person but enough of these type of errors add up. The management at the Gastonia Buffalo Wild Wings location must be horrible because attitude reflects leadership and the customer service at this location is terrible.

Me and my girlfriend went yesterday. Let's just say we had to wait at least 40 to 50 minutes for anyone to even care and even after they did care, they were completely confused as to why our food wasn't at the table it had been sitting back in the kitchen for about 30 minutes I swear to God and even when they brought it out my Girlfriend chicken was completely cold mine was barely even warm enough for me. I put up with it honestly so I didn't have to put up with waiting even longer for my food that we ordered about 40 to 50 minutes ago to come back to my table because I know if I asked for my food to come back, they would just go to the back and reheated it in the microwave not interested in ever coming back me and my girlfriend are both trans by the way, would never suggest going in here again. Honestly, even if I was masculine presenting inside that, I doubt they would care the entire time. Whoever the hell was looking at me or my girlfriend behind our tables stop it staring is not nice staring is weird and you're being a creep. All know I will never ever come back to this restaurant again it was complete horrible service and horrible food and a horrible ambience too for me and my girlfriend. Honestly, I forgot to take some photos of my food. It looks good honestly it did but it was barely even warm enough for myself. Anyways, yet another one star review for Buffalo wild wings. Also, whoever served our table thank you so much for caring about us in apologizing we do not blame you at all. We just blame the disregarding disrespect that people have been constantly showing us. All in all. 3/5 stars for our waitress -1/5 for anything else. Also, be aware we didn't even get refills for our drinks. We only had one cup of Mountain Dew. We don't blame you waitress, but we did kind of want a refill.

Outside of a separate GrubHub mistake, my takeout experience was less than great. Despite ordering via GrubHub for pick-up, my order wasn't started until I arrived to get it, which defeats the idea the whole pick-up concept, in my opinion. Less important, the amount of salsa provided with an order of chips and salsa is appalling. LOL This location appeared under-staffed, but each person I spoke to was nice and as accommodating as they could be. Tip: Manage your expectations before going. Its location and possible staffing barriers will likely impact your wait time.

I went to this restaurant and waited almost 40 mins to be seated and when I did get seated the waitstaff seemed like they didn't want to seat me in the first place. The guy looked at us and just scratched his head and pointed at some random table. The waitress we had was really sweet and told us that they were severely behind in the kitchen because they had TWO COOKS. The waitress for food was around 40 mins, but it wasn't too bad. The tables were messy and had not been cleaned and it seemed very unhygienic. Overall this restaurant is very unprofessional and needs new management or something. I don't think this is the restaurant you want next to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Horrible!!! Sat at table for over 15 minutes on Monday October 28th at 4:30 in the afternoon. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE came to my table. Mind you there were only a few people(less than 10) dinning in with plenty of employees working.

Memorial Day weekend at the hall of fame. they should be ashamed to be in this location and provide subpar service. No waitstaff came to our table, the one that did, didn't know how the app or menu worked.

Food took a very long time to order . 45 minutes to recieve it and then it was cold . We ordered hamburger and wings the wings were not good and cold. I would not recommend. The 1 waitress that was working was very nice unfortunately just could not handle the entire restaurant by her self

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family for my Birthday and we had the most amazing waitress ever! HANNAH WAS FREAKING AWESOME! She was kind and patient very helpful and works fast. She made my birthday a very cool one and I'm glad she was our waitress tonight. THANK YOU AGAIN HANNAH

Just WOW I knew it was gonna be bad when we stood for 10 min Waiting to be seated in an empty dining area ? Sat for one hour after ordered, completely ignored by server ? Wings arrived cold ? No refills, napkins ? Really ? What happened? BWs used to be great .. now the absolutely suck ! Save your time and $ ? Hard pass !

I would leave a zero star revive if I could but I extremely rude staff members who water down your $9 shots from a $15 bottle of tequila and let's not talk bout how they had all the staff members and security watch every move we made even had people fallow us to the bathroom and not to mention the speakers being way to loud making it impossible for the waitress to take your order correctly with out having to repeat everything 3 4 times

You would think a restaurant attached to one of the area's top tourist attractions would be busy and a great place to dine, especially for visitors. Sad to say BBW was a disappointment. As other reviews have mentioned the service is incredibly slow. Not "busy restaurant hustling to serve you" slow, but "what the heck is taking so long?" slow. I ordered the buffalo mac & cheese with sweet tea. Once it arrived I did enjoy the dish. The aged cheddar and panko topping was a unique twist, as was the garlic toast with a touch of pepper. It was topped with barbeque flavored boneless chicken.

What can I say? This location in downtown Charlotte wasn't busy at all, had to wait to be seated, once we finally got a seat it took over 20 minutes to even see our server, then took another 20 minutes to get our drinks. They were out of most beers. Trying to get our bill settled was like an act of congress.. very unfortunate
