What a fun and novel way to try out local sandwiches, each one is a two biter for me. It’s that small. We tried pickles with eggs, tuna with eggs, bacon with eggs and few other ones I don’t remember. You go up the counter and as soon as they can tell you are a tourist they hand us a photo menu and we pointed to what we wanted, then wait in line to pay. We ended up standing outside table to eat. Fun!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — A Quirky, Delicious Surprise in the Heart of Vienna Buffet Trześniewski on Dorotheergasse turned out to be one of the best surprises of my recent Vienna trip. I was traveling with a group of German friends, hopping between cafés and soaking in the city’s charm, when we made this unplanned stop — and I’m so glad we did. ⸻ Food & Drinks: This spot is all about small bites — open-faced sandwiches with a variety of unique spreads, toppings, and textures. I was encouraged to try a few, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and totally different from the next. It’s the kind of food that’s fun to sample, easy to share, and keeps you coming back for just one more. Then there are the tiny beers — yes, the famously small “Pfiff” glasses of beer. Not only are they refreshing, but they add a fun and quirky twist to the whole experience. We ended up ordering a few rounds just because they’re so entertaining. ⸻ Atmosphere: The location on Dorotheergasse is perfect for people-watching and taking a break from sightseeing. The street seating adds a relaxed charm, and the vibe inside is old-school Viennese casual — no frills, just good food and a fun time. Even though the visit was spontaneous, it ended up being one of the highlights of the day. ⸻ Final Thoughts: Buffet Trześniewski is one of those classic Vienna gems that you might walk past if you’re not paying attention — but don’t. Whether you’re with friends, solo, or just need a break between museums and monuments, this place is a must-try. Grab a plate of mini sandwiches, a tiny beer, and enjoy the quirky charm. Easily one of the best stops I made all day.

Trzesniewski is a must-try Vienna institution. They serve a wide variety of finger sandwiches, from meat and fish to vegetarian options. Great for a quick bite or light lunch. There are a few tables available. Fast service. Friendly staff.

Google
This spot is a gem—packed with locals and a perfect way to dive into authentic Austrian food culture. My partner and I stopped by for a light lunch while exploring, and it delivered. We tried: (in order of preference) Black Truffle, Egg, and Ham – Rich and savory, with the truffle adding a nice twist. Onion-Pickled Herring – Tangy and bold, a standout for fish lovers. Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Horseradish – Creamy and zesty, a classic done well. Beef with Horseradish and Pickles – Hearty and flavorful, with a good crunch from the pickles. Tip: The bread is cold and untoasted—firm but pairs great with the interesting, flavorful toppings. It’s a unique, light lunch option while strolling around! This place feels like a local favorite and a solid pick for tourists. The unique flavors made it an overall great experience—I’d stop by again.

Google
Charming place! Trześniewski is a must-visit spot in the heart of Vienna. The atmosphere is cozy and full of character – it feels both traditional and unique at the same time. Their open-faced sandwiches are absolutely delicious, with a great variety of toppings to choose from. Perfect for a quick bite or a light lunch.

Google
Little morsels of pure delight, each one a lovely surprise. Especially the spicy egg one. And the one with smoked salmon. These fellas know how to make an open sandwich - do not have any doubts about that - they’ve been doing it since 1902 after all. Eat, drink, and be merry.

Google
We tried the crab, salmon and cheese, tomato, tuna and egg. We liked the crab and salmon ones the best. Service was efficient and polite but not warm (typical Vienna style). Inside was small with a few small tables around. One of us got bad stomach afterwards unfortunately but others were fine so take it as you will.

Google
A nice typical somewhat hidden from tourist place that seems to have many locals going to. I order 3 brötchen, 1 was with eggs and bacon, the second was with herring fish and onions and the third one was liver poultry. I also ordered beer. I enjoyed it.

Yelp
Best place to enjoy a bite while in Vienna, Austria. Service was amazing- Ambiance of Trzesniewski was calm- but it can get very business at lunch, it's a very small place- there's only counter service! My favorite place for a quick bite!

Yelp
Just couldn't imagine liking this place, however these little finger sandwiches are great. We arrived and there was a small line out the door. There were a few Stand up tables outside and they were all occupied. Inside there was seating for about 12 to 14 people. I stood in line while my spouse sat at a small table for two. The line moves swiftly. Most of the orders are for take out. The ladies playing your little sandwiches are quite efficient and friendly. We pick out three types: Pfefferoni Scharf (hot green peppers); Pikantes Ei (egg with horseradish); and Wilder Papkika Suss-Scharf (Peppadew Sweet and Hot). WOW, what tastes. They were wonderful, tasty and perfect. The displays of little sandwiches was mesmerizing. Highly recommend. The wait is worth it. One of the least expensive lunches in Europe and very, very good. Each little sandwich is $1.7 EUR.

Yelp
We came here for a quick snack. They have the cutest sized beers available. Tiny and is literally the size of your hand. We also ordered 4 of the sandwiches. The ones with egg were really nice. The other ones were all mysteries as we weren't sure what we were ordering. This is a great cheap and fast snack. The people leave really fast so you are bound to find a spot.

Yelp
Heard so much about Buffet Trzesniewski and, having missed it on my previous visits to Vienna, I absolutely had to stop by this time around. What a treat. The little open sandwiches on rye bread were finger-lickingly delicious. This place is perfect for a quick bite in between sight-seeing. The menu (in an ingenious postcard format) has many options both for carnivores and pescatarians/vegetarians. If you feel adventurous, take your plates to one of the small tables inside and get the full experience, enjoy your meal elbow to elbow with other guests. Otherwise - weather permitting - you can opt for the high top tables outside and this way avoid the crowds that fill the space around the lunch hour. Either way, it is worth a stop.

Yelp
I took a page out of the Rick Steves playbook and tried Trzesniewki. The helpful. Printed menu cards made it easy to tell the sttendant which I wanted. I tried the lentil with beetroot (Yun!) red pepper and cream cheese and the smoked salmon with cream cheese and horseradish! (Loved!!!). The dark dense bread they are served on was really good! As luck would have it, I was at the Vienna train station all day the next day and got to go again! Next time one of the cucumber/carrot varietals!

Yelp
It very tasty. All the offerings were pretty bad. I taste and over salted. Would definitely not recommend.

Jim B.

Yelp
Tiny place with a few places to sit and stand. It was very busy with a line out the door, but the line moved quick. Little sandwiches were fantastic.
google avatar

Yelp
Continuing a tradition begun in Poland it is from Buffet Trzesniewski that the Viennese have sought Sandwiches since 1902, the location on Dorotheergasse open daily from mid-morning to dinner with over two-dozen toppings offered on small rectangles of Rye Bread. Created by Franciszek Trzesniewski of Kraków, his goal of quality and convenience carried on today, it is once inside the iconic space that decisions abound, a "Pfiff" of Beer ordered by most to accompany two bites of Carrot with Cream Cheese or Pureed Mushrooms depending on one's tastes. €1.50 each, often-times with Eggs and stripes of Liver or Fish, Beets come liberally tinged with Horseradish while Cucumbers are mixed with pickling spices that are poignant but not to be confused with Relish.

Yelp
This place is unique. I don't think I've ever seen a place entirely dedicated to little canapés. They tasted great and weren't expensive. Will definitely come back next time i'm in town
google avatar

Lisa W.

Yelp
I have no idea what these were and still have no idea. I guess they are open faced sandwiches meant for a quick bite/lunch. My description: it's like a toast. We didn't really know what things were because there wasn't really descriptions. We just eyed everything that we thought it is and told the lady helping us to pick her favorites. We got some with avocado, egg salad, jalapeños, anchovies and some others. Definitely a good snack! And definitely pay for a pfiff. It's just a small pour of beer...
google avatar

Heihachiro K.

Yelp
Must have mini sandwich snacks with tiny ice cold draft beers! They've got all kinds of open faced style mini sandwiches on fresh bread. It's deli style and fast so be prepared to order quickly. The only way to describe their sandwich toppings is something similar to eggs salads and chicken salads with added pickles and other amazing charcuterie type ingredients. Delicious, quick and cheap.
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
This place is perfect for a quick bite for lunch. It was cheap too- we split ten sandwiches for the two of us for $14. Each sandwich is unique and tasted different. It isn't the best thing I've ever tasted but I do think it is worth going to because it is something I've never had in the US. We liked the ones with egg and this tomato based sauce one. I would check this place out if you are in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Exactly what is described in the travel guides. Just a great little fun tiny sandwich place with tiny beers. Too busy most of the time to sit and relax, if you're lucky you can catch a standing table outside.
google avatar

Yelp
The miniature sandwich phenomena is something I'd seen around town and this was my first interaction with it. First off, these sandwiches are tasty. I was impressed and usually I find sandwiches some of the most unimpressive food on the market. Not to say I don't like them, but they are basic and certainly not cutting edge eats. The fact these sandwiches are time and open faced means you can try a lot of different flavors and get a good meat/topping to bread ratio. I thought they were really good and even though I only had 4 total, they were more satisfying than expected. Don't be mistaken though, if you want a filling meal you'll need to order 6-10 of these bad boys. This stop is quick and great if you are walking around Stephansplatz and need a quick snack. At 1,40 € per sandwich, with reducing prices as you buy more starting at 6 sammis, I wouldn't make a regular of this place, but it's worth a stop and only as expensive as you want it to be.

Yelp
My new friend pointed and said, "See the sign that says 'Buffet'? It's that one." Doubtfully, I agreed to check it out and I'm so glad that I did. Upon walking into the restaurant, I was overwhelmed with savory smells and vibrant colors. How to choose which breads, which spreads? I gave myself confidently over to the man serving me and let him pick my lunch. He knows and knew better than I ever could what the best plate would be. Thank you, Mr. Buffet Man, Vienna. Don't miss this once in a lifetime spot. P.s. get two Pfiffs while you're at it to wash it all down.
google avatar

Mark S.

Yelp
Came here for a quick casual lunch as it was within walking distance from my hotel and was recommended by Rick Steves. It's not too hard to find with a huge sign on a side of a building. Outside, there are a few high tables which you can place your plate and eat while standing. Inside, you follow the line, point to what you want and pay at the end. If you're a tourist, please decide what you want beforehand. In general, Austrians, like Germans love efficiency and don't like people who can't make up their minds and hold up the line. I found that the employees there were very friendly though. My favorite finger sandwich has to be the 'speck mit ei' or bacon with eggs. I tried the herring with onions too but didn't like that as much. The cauliflower one with mustard was decent as well. If you're around Stephansplatz around lunch time, definitely check this place out!
google avatar

Yelp
Unique open faced sandwiches topped with spreads and garnish, traditionally enjoyed with a Pfiff (very small glass) of beer. The small beer glasses are so famous you can purchase them to take home! (please don't nick them...) The place has been going strong for over a hundred years. The spreads are unusual and unique. Classics include bacon with egg or matjes pickled fish with onion. I also like the slightly spicy "wild paprika". Of the newer flavours, truffled ham with egg is very nice. While it's hard to get a table during busy hours, the queue moves fast, and it's worth a short wait. You can also order the sandwiches online.

Yelp
Travel guru, Rick Steves mentions this place in his guide and he has NEVER steered me wrong. Look for the alley way and the line of locals. Be prepared. These sandwiches are not subs, nor hoagies. They are delicately delicious canapes. I can eat four without batting an eyelash. Staff has limited English. Google Translate to the rescue. Pointing and smiling go a long way! https://www.trzesniewski.at/shop/broetchen

Yelp
This is the spot! Little finger sandwiches of every variety imaginable. So Good! Lots of vegetarian options. Super central location. The prices are even pretty affordable (by Vienna standards anyway).
google avatar

Ronny T.

Yelp
Fun place near old town square that was featured in Rick Steve's tour. Most fun thing is they have these little mugs of beer. Just enough to hit the spot and wash down the little open faced sandwiches. The sandwiches themselves were okay. Lots of variety but tbh they all tasted like egg salad on toast. Lol. Not a lot of seating but there are some high tables outside to stand and eat. Great vibe in the alleyway they're in too. Yes, check it out if you're in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Von A.

Yelp
Honestly went here because of Rick Steve's video on Vienna, and if it wasn't for it, I'd probably just walk by this place. There's a big selection of pretty much open Dave's type of sandwiches, 3 to 4 pcs which cost €1.30 each is pretty much all you need. My fave was the smoked salmon.
google avatar

Brian F.

Yelp
Gorgeous, intensely-flavored mini open faced sandwiches of many varieties, in an amazing location, and for 1 euro 60, it's by far the best bargain in the area - you can get a half dozen of these for far less than a mediocre tourist trap restaurant, and have a happier wallet and palate here by far.

Christof S.

Yelp
wirklich sehr sehr gute Brötchen und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in der Filiale in 1180
google avatar

Josephine C.

Yelp
We weren't hungry but had planned to go to this place based on Rick Steve tips and Yelp reviews, and it was our last day in Vienna so we went. Had only gotten two sandwiches. They were tasty! These were more generous than the cicchetti we just had in Venice so that could be affecting my bias, but you could have a nice break here from the crowds at Stephanplatz. It was a little crowded when we arrived, but everyone is definitely here to get in, eat, and go. We were quickly able to grab a standing table outside and didn't have to deal with any smokers either.
google avatar

Pattie L.

Yelp
Are you someone who likes to take photos of cute little food and drinks? Then you need to stop by Trzesniewski! I will admit that I originally came here so I could take a photo for my IG of the small open faced sandwiches and the mini beer! I highly suggest coming earlier in the day for a larger selection of the open faced sandwiches. We went maybe 30 minutes before closing and there were only a handful left! The sandwiches were perfect for a snack when running about the city exploring. The taste is there for sure and the sandwiches are cute! They also have the mini beer which is just too adorable! All in all if you're in Vienna stop in this place for a quick snack and mini beer!
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
Trzesniewski is a casual counter-service shop that offers a wide range of open-faced sandwiches that each contain varieties of cold mayo-based "salads" (typically egg salads) along with other toppings (onion, varieties of fish, or more egg). We picked out a small selection, and my favorites were definitely the fish toppings, which were nicely salty and the perfect complement to the egg salads, which were cooling and slightly sour from the chopped pickles. The brown bread on which the sandwiches are built was nice and chewy, forming a perfect foundation for the creamy spreads. Overall, this is a great place to stop by for a quick, cheap snack.
google avatar

Renee I.

Yelp
What a fun place this is. They have many many varieties of small open faced sandwiches. Also beer comes anywhere from a wee tiny beer to hearty mug. My husband was amused by the tiny beer I ordered him not realizing what size I had ordered. Oops. Our sandwiches were great in particular the liver sandwiches which is a house specialty. If you don't know the language and are more particular about what you eat you want to pop in at an off peak time.
google avatar

Derek K.

Yelp
Tiny sandwiches. Full of joy. If you need a distinctively Austrian, delicious snack while touring the Inner Stadt, this is the place to go.
google avatar

John F.

Yelp
We ate here twice in the course of a week's visit to Vienna. The sandwiches are good (and scalable: we figured three per person for a filling snack, 4-5 for lunch), it's in a great location and, frankly, it's fun. Point at little sandwiches, make a meal! Order a tiny beer (a pfiff) or a vodka! Tips: (1) The line moves quickly; you probably want to study the selections and decide what you want before stepping up to order. (2) Most of the sandwiches are XYZ mit ei (with egg salad), so if you don't like eggs, choose carefully.

Yelp
Little Girl Food EUR 1,30 per open face finger sandwich Accepts Visa and Master Card Late Sunday Lunch No wait, casual dining Wife saw this place had good reviews and the finger sandwiches photograph really well. It is also right in the center of the city and very easy to get to. I found the facade to be very uninviting as the glass exterior doesn't allow you to look in. However, once you get through the door, the broad array of finger sandwiches on display is a sharp contrast. We ordered eight finger sandwiches with a variety of spreads including mushroom, egg, carrot, poultry liver (our favourite) and other (literally) colourful and tasty choices. To give a sense of size, I think it would take about three finger sandwiches to equal one slice of bread. I was a little surprised when a group of six guys came in for small beers. I think it's safe to say that this place definitively serves "Little Girl Food", but it was something my wife wanted to check out and as the saying goes: "Happy wife, happy life". I got a hot dog after.
google avatar

Yelp
Really cool open faced fast food sandwich joint. When my wife and I went it was really packed. This isn't a big place, there are a few tables in the back and tall tables outside you can stand and eat. Though it was packed the line moved fast. There is an English menu at the beginning of the line but it's pretty difficult to use because you can't carry it with you. When it got to our turn, I literally just pointed and held up the number I wanted on my fingers and then nodded. The lady kinda spoke English, but pointing and nodding worked perfectly fine. I actually don't know what I ordered haha. The line was moving so fast that I kinda impulse chose random items. I ended up with 7 small sandwiches, that cost a total of 8.40€! I would recommend at least getting 4 sandwiches for each person. I could have eaten a few more since I was splitting with my wife. It was a really cool place! I would definitely recommend it. They take credit cards, but I think they prefer cash because it's quicker. I kinda hold up the line when I used my card.
google avatar

Victoria J.

Yelp
This is a fun place to stop in for a little snack! Each little sandwich is only 1.20 EUR, so you can definitely try a few of them for cheap. My favorites were the wild paprika and surprisingly, the pickled herring. They also have the most adorably small mugs of beer. Note that when you order a drink and pay at the cashier, they give you a token that you take to the drink man at the end of the bar.

Alex D.

Yelp
Everything here is mini! Totally worth coming to, even if for a light snack. Huge variety of delicious small sandwiches, unique combinations and fresh ingredients. Heard about it from a local and am so happy we stopped in. Such a fun experience.

Yelp
This place is small but has great food! I am so glad I went in to try their food! Pictures don't do justice! Great flavors if you are in the mood of trying something new! Will be back for more
google avatar

Yelp
This is a busy sandwich shop favored by locals for a quick takeout sandwich - I recall having one with pepper, second with mushroom and third with cream cheese and they were all good - I visited it thanks to seeing it in the Rick Steves video
google avatar

Richa T.

Yelp
If you like egg salad sandwiches, you'll absolutely love this place. However, if you're not a fan of egg salad, then it's just a-okay. All the sandwiches are open faced pieces of bread with an egg salad like spread. It's really good for a light snack or ever lunch. Each sandwich is a little over a Euro and you're probably need 4-6 depending on how hungry you are for lunch. English speakers do not fear! There is a menu in English, but it is a little difficult to tell what exactly is in each dish. So, if you have dietary restrictions this place might not be the friendliest to visit. However, if that's not a concern, I think this is definitely a place that would be something you should definitely try.

Yelp
Maybe Vienna just has me under its spell and loving life, but I'm ready to give Trzesniewski five stars. It was the perfect lunch experience for me today, exactly what I was looking for. I was on my way to the Kaisergruft looking for a quick bite to eat, and I knew I had to try this little open face sandwich shop since Rick Steves told m so. Everything is served on a half-slice of dark bread. Check their website for the full list of toppings. There's a lot of eggs, herring, onions... my type of thing. The fact that you inevitably end up with a variety is right up my alley as well. Then you grab a little beer called a "pfiff," the perfect thing to wash down those salty flavors. I went at 4:00 and it wasn't busy at all. Maybe there's no such thing as the Rick Steves effect. I got my four little sammies and beer, polished it off in about five minutes, and went back out sightseeing. I'm thinking of doing the same thing tomorrow. Kudos!
google avatar

Lynn C.

Yelp
If this is the quintessential Viennese experience and the locals grew up eating this, then I must say that Viennese food isn't all that delicious...but perhaps this isn't the right venue to state my position. Being my last meal in Vienna, I was very excited to be able to come to this famous 100 year-old sandwich shop that's highly touted by Tripadvisor (even highlighted in their three-day trip in Vienna itinerary). Honestly, the sandwiches were pretty expensive considering its size and its taste. Six tiny sandwiches and an iced tea cost about 9 EUR. There are a ton of flavours to choose from, but somehow all the pastes are mushed with eggs. We tried: - salami: tastes just like salami but mushed up, with eggs in the middle - champignon (mushroom: extremely bland, with eggs on the sides and the mushroom mix in the middle - herring with onions: fishy, so fishy i couldnt finish it - Hot peppers: my favourite - actually spicy and very sour (pickles on two sides and peppers in the middle) - salmon: did not try, but had eggs on the sides and smoked salmon in the middle - crab with eggs: also extremely fishy Everything that had seafood in it tasted too fishy, what didn't have seafood in it was kinda meh. After eating about 6 sandwiches each person, we were ready to eat a real meal. It's a cool place to check out and try some snacks, but don't get a full meal here. CASH ONLY
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
Delicious, adorable mini open-faced finger sandwiches at 1.20 EUR each. You can easily have a cheap, tasty lunch with just a few of these cuties, and have a drink, to boot, and not break 10 EUR. There are vegetarian options as well. There's not that much sitting space, but there are standing counters both inside and outside.
google avatar

Anne S.

Yelp
This is a really fun place away from a lot of the havoc of the surrounding streets! When you walk in, you are faced with a choice of over ten (I would say?) different varieties of open faced finger sandwiches for EUR 1,30 each. I got three for myself, which was a perfect portion for a small lunch! I got one with chicken pate and beets, one with egg salad mixed with pickles, and tried another with red peppers and mushed peas. They were all adorable looking and good tasting. Not a ton of seasoning on any of them but the red pepper one was my favorite because it had a nice spice to it! In the restaurant there were a few tables to sit at, and also a few tables that were standing height. Trzesniewski also has wifi!

Yelp
I thought this place was delish. We tried all their meatless open faced sandwiches...they are about 4 to 5 big bites in size. As the previous post mentions, it's a bit difficult to communicate in here if you don't speak any German, but pointing helped me :) Definitely a great lunch spot if you're looking for something quick and delicious.

Yelp
This is a must try place even with 3 stars. I would give it five if it were only for the history, decor, and concept. But the food is only okay, even if the experience is great, and very Viennese This is essentially a sandwich shop, begun by a Polish cook in 1901. It is elegant in a late 19th century way... with marble top tables and high ceilings. However most people stand to eat their lunch here... so it is more of a snack shop or a local experience to have rather than being counted as one of your real meals while in the city. The offerings are limited but fun. There is a refrigerated glass in which lay about 17 types of sandwich, all open faced, all on about a third of a slice or bread, and all based on a tasty although salty egg salad. Everything else lays on top of this, and there are lots of toppings to choose from. My favorites are the liver, the Swedish herring, the mushroom, marinated cucumber. And one does not fill you up so expect to get at least four if not eight, so you can try all the types you want. Think of it as a late 19th century Hapsburg Empire version of White Castle sliders. They offer a small narrow glass of beer with your lunch, but like the slider/sandwiches, you may want about six. Beware of the crab egg sandwich... its fishy. And unless you know and love Mat)es Herring, beware of that too because it is extra salty (as is most food in Vienna). Sandwiches will set you back about $2.40 each. But the best thing is... when you are done, you walk out full (albeit a little puffy from the salt), and you are in the center of Vienna, only yards from Stephansplatz, and Stephansdom. And you can't beat that... at any price.

Yelp
This little sandwich shop is conveniently hidden from the busy Vienna streets. Trzesniewski has been in Vienna since 1902 and the quaint atmosphere definitely shows the long history of this establishment. There is usually a long queue at the counter and the Viennese do not like indecisive people so better check the menu before you go there. All the little open-faced sandwiches are delicious however my favorites were the bacon and egg; and sardines. Lots of veggie options as well. Don't forget to order your mini beer along with your delicious sandwich slices.

Yelp
Stopped by here during a 2 day stay in Vienna. It was located right by the main downtown district of Vienna, so really convenient for any tourists! Went with two friends and we shared 6 of these photogenic sandwiches together as sort of a pre dinner snack. In terms of taste, there were nearly 20 different flavors and combinations. My friends and I differed on which ones were the best, but the good thing about this place was the incredible array of flavors, so you can try a lot of different types. The prices were also really cheap, at least from an American tourist point of view - we paid only a couple of euros each. Be warned, however, there's not much room to eat.

Yelp
Where locals get a bite and for good reason. Such a great place for a quick bite and beer. Not pretentious. Went there several times just whenever. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This was recommended to us by a friend who lived nearby when he was a child in Vienna and he spent his pocket money here when he was a boy in the 1930s. How could someone skip something that was part of such a nostalgic story? We got our sandwiches to carry out so they put them in a cute box tied with a string. The sandwiches were good though I think it would take several trips to sample them all and decide which is best. We got 6 sandwiches for 2 people but added other things to our meal. At the restaurant, most people had a plateful of sandwiches for one person. I think each sandwich was 1.60 Euros.

Yelp
Fun place. Little open-faced sammies with various toppings. Only five tiny tables with chairs plus one standing table inside. A couple standing tables outside. The line through the place moves past the case and you point to what you want. Best to be ready with your selections so you don't hold up the line. We came at 12:45 so there was no big crowd and we were able to sit inside. I had five of them and it was just the right amount for lunch.

Yelp
If you can find this place, it's VERY good. I loved coming here, because it was memorable, unique, and high quality. These make a great snack, or if you're willing to essentially build your own medley of sandwiches, you can make a meal of it. It might be a little nerve wracking to order because there's no menu and you stand in a line and can't really see what's available until you're being served. I don't remember there being any signage. Most people in the shop seemed to be locals who didn't need to ask what all the sandwiches were. We did ask and the servers were very friendly and patient. There's tables to stand around and eat at, the turnover is very quick. I would definitely recommend this as a stop. Came here twice and wish I could eat here again!

Yelp
A wonderful little shop where you can choose from a variety of finger sandwiches, all under 2 Euro each. Standing room only, but get some sandwiches and a drink, and you can have a nice, quick meal for under 10 Euro. Definitely worth a visit.
