We tried a Halo Beriti filter and an El Bosque espresso, plus two pastries (apricot and pistachio), and everything was excellent.
The Ethiopian filter was light, floral, almost tea-like, really aromatic.
The Colombian espresso was naturally sweet, smooth, and perfectly balanced with no bitterness at all.
The pastries were great too: not overly sweet, just the right pairing for the coffees.
If you’re looking for dark, burnt, “strong” coffee, this isn’t that kind of place.
But if you want to finally taste what coffee can be when it’s done properly, Bugan is absolutely worth it.. just be warned, it might ruin average coffee for you forever.
Calm atmosphere, friendly staff, and top-quality drinks.
We’ll definitely be back.
