I have been paying my rent through Built platform which is connected to the Apartment where I live in and I have been enrolled in autopay for more than 2 years. For some reason my December 2025 payment which was supposed to be taken automatically from my bank account which I linked to the Built website was not taken and I was charged a late fee which is ridiculous because I haven't received any updates on the any payment getting declined and my bank said they never declined anything. On top of that I am not getting a response from anyone. My apartment office which is Encore 380 in Aubrey, TX said they are not dealing with rent collection so they don't have any responsibility. Such irresponsible actions are not acceptable
