10/10 give this place your money! Food was EXCELLENT. Great portions (and I can say that because I'm 9 months pregnant!) I had the Pork Bowl and the flavor is amazing! It was grilled to perfection and the original sauce really complimented the flavor of the pork. I tried it with the side of potato croquette and I was shocked at how soft/pillow-y it was! Like mashed potatoes had a baby with hash browns. My husband tried the Miso Soup and said it tasted comforting. He had the shrimp bowl and was impressed with the grilled flavor as well. He enjoyed it with the spicy sauce. Service was fast and vibes were chill. Definitely coming back to try the other bowls!

The food was delicious! We got the shrimp, pork, and beef bowls, alongside the chicken dumplings, miso soup, and spring rolls. The place is clean, staff was very friendly and the food came out quick. We will return.

Real mixed bag with this one. I want to be nice, they're very new and facing confrontational marketing from the cheese steak place next door. The food was *good* - I was a little surprised a placed called Bulgogi didn't actually have Bulgogi. Instead they have a Beef BBQ Bowl. It's good! Beef was very tender, tasty. The staff was incredibly friendly. We were less impressed with the tofu. Tofu isn't my jam but two people in our group said it was undercooked. We ended up just splitting the beef BBQ bowls and tossing the tofu. Minor note: eat inside. The environmentally friendly packaging they use, while very responsible seriously, unfortunately disintegrated within 1.4 miles of leaving and one of our group ended up wearing their miso soup in their lap.

This place is sooo delicious, don’t sleep on it! The bowls are fairly priced and generously portioned. The taste is immaculate and the staff is super sweet! We will be returning soon :)

Google
Had an amazing experience at this Korean BBQ bowl spot! The food was incredible, and the service was top-notch. I ordered the tofu bowl, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly cooked tofu, fresh veggies, and a sauce that tied it all together beautifully. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Google
Awesome local spot if you are in the mood for Korean flavored protein. Interior is small but cozy and modern. Food was delicious and I felt the Mount of protien per bowl was very generous. Would like to note that even if you order spicy, it does not come out tasting spicy. Just go on up to the register and ask for some spicy sauce and see what they have to offer. Free refills on the fountain soda, just bring your cup back up to the front register and ask.

Google
I opted for the beef BBQ combo with an extra soda, which came out to around \$30. For a quick-service Korean BBQ experience, it hits the mark — satisfying, and fast. That said, I’m not particularly fond of tipping at places where I have to pick up my own food and bus my own table. For the price point, I’d expect a bit more in terms of service or ambiance. While it doesn’t quite capture the depth and nuance of more traditional Korean restaurants around Austin, it delivers on convenience. If you're craving Korean flavors on a tight schedule, this might be a choice. But for those seeking a more authentic, sit-down experience with banchan variety and slower pacing, you might want to look elsewhere.

Although the food was good, it didn't feel like anything stood out in particular (which is perfectly fine!). I got the avocado and fried egg add-ons but I don't know if Shrimp was the best protein choice for me personally. The shrimp tasted a little bland, but it was much better with additional sauce (which they were more than generous to provide!). The chicken was more flavorful to me and had better texture - I'll be sure to choose the beef next time though! I'll note one thing for sure - the service was amazing! The person who took our orders was very engaging, nice, and friendly. Definitely made it all worth it for sure! This is a place that I would recommend for a more casual, quick bite that will fill you up while also not making you feel like crap afterwards. Would recommend!

Yelp
Very nice atmosphere, nice and clean aesthetic for doing some quick laptop work. As far as the food goes, it's great. Very flavorful bowl with tender chargrilled pork cuts and fresh salad. Would recommend as a nice lunch spot. It's very Americanized Korean food by the way so don't expect authentic cuisine. Still decent when your expectations are set.

Yelp
The good: casual spot with a nice atmosphere. You can order at the counter with a self service computer. Clean restaurant with a simple menu. Plenty of parking. Free barley water. The not so good: bowls are Korean inspired. So if you're looking for actual bulgogi, you might want to look elsewhere. Bowl variations are limited. Bowls come with rice, iceberg lettuce with ranch, and grilled meat. The meat was almost like a sliced steak with fake grill marks on it. Kinda upsetting. You can spruce up your bowl by adding kimchi and egg for extra $1.50. Bowl was a good size portion but for the price I'd expect better quality. They have free barley water but not regular iced water.

Yelp
It's a simple, casual spot that replaced Me So Poke (RIP). Service was friendly and counter style. Space was clean and modern. I feel bad for writing this, as it's such a new establishment. But unfortunately, if you're looking for actual bulgogi like the name suggests, you will not find it here. The bowls here are moderately customizable and just mildly inspired by korean cuisine if you could call it that. Rather than marinated, thin sliced meat, the 'bulgogi' here is more like chargrilled cutlets that are smothered in sauce after the fact. Meat has a nice, smoky flavor, but the bowl overall leaves much to be desired. Bowls come with rice and a salad (more or less a handful of lettuce) with ranch that I opted out of. Kimchi was extra. As were a few other additions like avocado and egg. If you're looking for a healthy, balanced, authentic meal, this is not it. Although the bowl was a good portion, i'd say it's sadly not worth the price with what you get. The menu and food here could use some improvement.

Yelp
Welcome to the neighborhood, Bulgogi Korean BBQ Bowl! Easy online ordering through Toasttab, a simple menu with plenty of healthy options, and something for everyone - I'm a fan! So far, we have only ordered to-go, but it went off without a hitch. My family enjoyed their Pork and Chicken Bowls, while my Beef Bowl was excellent for the price. The fried appetizers we tried (Spring Rolls and Chicken Dumplings) were great, too, especially at a reasonable price. We have always loved Donkey Mo's, so it's no surprise that their new concept would be good, too. It's a fast casual joint in a suburban shopping center, so nothing fancy here. It's brightly lit with clean decor and just a few tables for dining in. You look at the menu on the flatscreen (or your phone), then step up to the counter to order. You can get basic bowls with your choice of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, tofu, or poke tuna over rice or salad. If you like, add an egg, kimchi, or a fried side. Simple! Then, if you want dessert afterward, you have several excellent options nearby including Andy's, Snowy Village, Teapioca, Mochinut, and Em Gourmet.

Yelp
Gross is an understatement. This food is not edible. It's food service grade meat patty with painted grill marks, sliced into strips. (Think Nighthawk Salisbury steak frozen dinner). Sweet staff, but the current review out there are clearly fake and this place won't be there in a year. Yuck!!

Yelp
I had the beef bbq bowl with rice and salad. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Next time I'd like to try the spicy sauce but the regular was very good. The restaurant is clean and very casual. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. Parking was a breeze.

Yelp
This place was so mid and not bulgogi at all. Barely Korean. Definitely would skip and not worth the trip.

Yelp
Not bad for a quick lunch bowl to go. The galbi was juicy. $20 seemed a big steep though

Yelp
i wouldn't call this authentic bulgogi, i tried the pork bulgogi bowl but it didn't come out as i expect it to. the pork was more like pork chops rather than the expected pork bulgogi that's authentic. enjoyed the free barely tea, was a nice touch to the meal. the service was really friendly so was disappointed when the food came as I wanted to like the food.

Yelp
Comparing Bulgogi Korean BBQ Bowl to other neighborhood restaurants, this is one of the best. The food is well prepared, delicious, served fast, with prices that are in line with neighborhood restaurants. I had the Poke Bowl with pork, extra avocado, on a base of salad. My daughter had a bowl of rice, topped with beef, and a little side salad. They offer all you can drink barley water, that I found delicious and my daughter didn't care for - she went to straight water. Clean surroundings, pleasant service, super clean and well-stocked restroom. Very nice place for a healthy lunch. Yes, we definitely will return.

Yelp
Seems like it's trying to be some kind of "Korean food bowl" fast casual restaurant. I got the beef bbq bowl. This thing was so plain. Just beef and rice with some greens. For the same price, there are recently open Korean fast casual spots that offer more in the same bowl format for the same price. As of writing this, it's $1.50 to add kimchi and another $1.50 to add an egg. Taste-wise, it was fine. Not bad but not amazing. Not worth re-visiting to eat again.

Yelp
The name caused us to try is to this new restaurant. They do not serve bulgogi. This is a fast food subway type bowl place. The meat (beef and chicken) was sus and seemed processed and likely frozen. Nothing was authentic or homemade. The chicken was cold and seemed fake. Not a good experience. Hope they try to cook real food with authentic Korean ingredients. I wish the business owners luck. They are going to need it.

Yelp
Very new and staff is friendly. Bit pricy but enjoyed it. Dumplings were very good. Ordered a bulgogi bowl with Kimchi and sauce on the side. Extremely clean and well kept.

Yelp
If you have the slightest idea of what Korean food is, this ain't it. How does ranch in a bulgogi bowl fit?! I get fast causal and it can be done well or poorly, this is poor. As what I see as an insult, two doors from a really good Asian market! Don't waste the money here($45 for two bowl with combos).

Jevone' M.

Yelp
Friendly staff and the bowl was bussin. We got the beef bbq bulgogi bowl ADD avocado and a fried egg and mmmmmmm chefs kiss!

Yelp
Big fan of this new spot! The rice was so fluffy and the Korean bbq sauce was very good. Everything I ordered was a 10/10. I appreciate that they have a vegetarian option (tofu) which was also very tasty and a 10/10! As an added bonus everything was a good price and the interior was clean and nice.
