all in all a very beautiful, quiet, and relaxing place. i stayed here with my wife and my dog for 2 months during the high season. the house is amazing, the kitchen is great, the bathroom and shower are excellent, and the bed—wow, i have no words. you sleep incredibly well. the housekeeping staff are very sweet and friendly and always helpful. there are so many positives, but unfortunately, there are also negatives. there is a pool at the clubhouse. all guests are free to use it, and visitors from outside just have to pay 50 baht ($1.40) to use it as well. i paid more than 1,000 baht ($37) per night and stayed for 59 nights. unfortunately, there were many, many days when we, as resort guests, couldn’t use the pool because young people, sad to say but mostly israelis, came in groups (6–8 people), played loud music, smoked marijuana, and behaved badly. for just 50 baht🥲 i find this unfair to the resort guests, and it happened on so many days.

The place is stunning. If your stay is short, then it might be inconvenient because it's about 2km away from the city and not many options around. No food is served. If you get your motorbike, then buy some snacks and enjoy the views and relax.

I have traveled to Pai 5+ times, and this is by far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. It is perfect— a tranquil bungalow (super clean) situated on a riverbank with amazing animals like birds and cows wandering around. There’s a great pool overlooking the mountains, a big common area with hammocks and a day bed and enough room for several people to do yoga. There are big tables too for playing card games and just chilling. It’s just a 5 minutes drive from the walking street so if you need to get anything or go into town it’s very easy. I highly recommend this stay! Would gladly be back again and again and again 😍

Simple wooden bungalow with a stunning view. Good ceiling fan. Stay here if you want to be close to nature and in a quiet neighbourhood, near by a small temple. 5-8 minutes from the main town. Best if you can ride a motorbike. Sounds of birds frequently, it’s harmonious and feels great.

Amazing chill place. So peaceful. Pool is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Sounds of nature ,the river, animals and insects surround the place. Lovely skyline from the balconies. Easy scooter ride to get there. One of my favourite accommodations in Thailand.

An incredible resort, just a short drive away from Pi center. The apartments are pretty neat

I can’t recommend this place enough!! I’ve stayed here twice, and I can see myself staying here again during my next visit to Pai. This resort is tucked away from town in a little nature oasis. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the communal space is awesome. I love sitting out on the deck and soaking in the views. 😌 Patcharin and the staff are very kind and responsive. They even stock the rooms with water and toilet paper each day. 😄

Lets start with the positives. Lovely view of the mountains, when the smoke clears. As with most places in Thailand, the staff were very sweet but spoke no English so be prepared to use Google translate. You can get by. Unfortunately this resort has not been renovated or cared for for years. And looks incredibly run down and not maintained. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think the mattresses are many many years old. Hard and you can feel the springs digging in to your back and hips. There was a power cut one night and we had to ask the staff for candles to deal with the lack of light. The wooden banister up to our room was totally collapsed and could pose as a danger to children. There is no cafe, restaurant or facilities of any sort. The staff do not come in and make down the room, they do provide towls and water each day. It’s actually a really great location but the owner needs to give it some love and renovate. Great location and nice views but I don’t think we would return.
