Bun Cha Hanoi 26

I am surprised to see lower mark review, the food is really good and authentic - Hanoi style bbq pork noodles. The fish sauce which is the main sauce of the dish, really balanced and tasty. The pork belly is tender and well bbq. The fried sprinroll is the best, crunching in every bite. It is a typical vietnamese style eatery, small with low chairs. Loved it!

Stumbled upon it cruising the back alleys of Japan town. Had the bun cha with pork and loved it so I ordered the bun cha gio. Both were outstanding. Needed a spot to chill and relax and this was a surprise.

IT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD!! my family have eaten here since my mom was still in secondary school and now i'm in university. i took my friends here last time and they were devouring the bún chả :) the meat is seasoned very well but the portion is quite small. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Tucked in a small alley, we came here early for breakfast, and it did not disappoint. It tastes similar to the ones we’ve tried on Hanoi so it was satisfying to finally eat again my favorite Vietnamese food. The squid pancake is also good. I also loved their chili sauce so much that I hope they sell it.

Went for early lunch. It was busy but not crowded. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English. The menu has pictures and English descriptions. I ordered the bun cha set and a spring roll. The meat was tender and flavorful. The sauce had a light taste, and it wasn't overly sweet. The spring roll was crispy and full. The price was reasonable. Paid in cash.

Loved the bun cha here! I know it’s more common in Hanoi, but this really tasted like the ones there. Small shop with the usual tiny stools, and it looks like it’s run by a grandma with her grandsons helping out, which added such a cute charm 🥰 Location can be a little tricky to find, but worth it once you do. Total for everything we ordered in the photo was 177,000 VND ~ 400 PHP

Apr 2025: grilled pork slices and meatballs wrapped in fresh vegetables. 🥒 also tried the squid cakes. Locals only in the shop when we when there. Vietnamese food amongst the Japanese restaurants around the area.

no way this can ever compare to the real Bun Cha in HN sauce are served in the wrong style, while the meatballs & grilled porks are too greasy that I couldn’t finish the vibe of the street just makes it worse only the price is quite ok around 65k kinda disapponting
