A couple months ago before I flew to HCMC, I watched Danny and Diggy’s video — and they were eating here. It looked so yum! 😋 So, on one hot Saturday afternoon, I finally came to try it for myself. And you know what? OMG, damn — it was SO good! The noodles were clean and fresh, the veggies were crisp, the grilled pork was perfectly seasoned, and the spring rolls… wow, they all mixed together so beautifully with that sauce. 🤤 It was so good that I actually went back again on my last night in HCMC! Oh, and listen — you have to try their lemon tea. I swear, it’s the best one I’ve ever had — refreshing, tangy, and just perfect for the hot weather. 🍋🧋 Enjoy your day in HCMC, and don’t miss this place — totally worth it! 🙌 and there will be a staff that will always asking "where do you come from?" and I answered "Indonesia" and he'll replied "enak?" he always do that to everyone 😅 so friendly

i would give it 6 stars if google has it. wonderful, truly authentic place. the noodles with sauce, veg, grilled pork and spring roll had such flavour. especially the spring roll, the rice paper seemed a bit sticky, and it was so good we ordered one more. ambience was plastic chairs and table with flies. but really worth the food and experience. highly recommended !!!

Came here for lunch and it turned out to be one of my favorite meals in Saigon. The grilled pork was smoky and flavorful, the spring rolls perfectly crispy, and everything came together with the fresh herbs and fish sauce. Simple, honest food that just hits the spot. You’re right in the middle of the city’s buzz, eating alongside locals, which makes the experience even better. The service was quick and warm, even though they were busy. I actually came here after seeing Mark Wiens recommend it, and it was worth the detour. Sometimes you wonder if places live up to the hype, but this one really does. If you’re in Saigon and craving authentic street food, this is the place.

This place is easy to miss, but the staff will make sure you're aware of it. We almost passed it when the waitress flagged us down and told us to eat here. The spring roll was super tasty and crispy. The vermicelli is bouncy and chewy. It does get a little spicy and the heat can intensify that. Oh yeah, fantastic price! This is the authentic experience!

Double check they charge you what you ordered or received Visited Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò - Nguyễn Trung Trực, and it was a solid experience. The grilled pork and crab spring rolls were amazing like everyone else has said, and the street-side setting was pretty cool. However, there was a minor issue with the bill - they charged us extra for something they didn't include in our order. Luckily, we had photos of our food, so it got sorted out quickly. The food was still super tasty, though. The grilled pork had this amazing smoky flavor, and the spring rolls were crunchy and flavorful. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth trying. Just double-check your bill to avoid any issues. The Good Stuff - Delicious Grilled Pork: Tender and flavorful with a nice smoky char - Crispy Spring Rolls: Packed with flavor and texture - Lively Atmosphere: Street-side setting adds to the charm Room for Improvement: - Billing Accuracy: Make sure to double-check orders to avoid extra charges Overall, Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò - Nguyễn Trung Trực is a great spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors. With a bit more attention to detail, it could be a 5-star experience

One of my favorite places in Saigon and easily the best bún thịt nướng I’ve had. It’s a tiny roadside stall—you could walk right past it if you didn’t know—but that’s what makes it special. Go for the standard bowl with crab spring roll and grilled pork. The pork is smoky and crisp, the spring roll perfectly crisp, and together with the noodles it just works. It’s not fancy, but it’s the kind of spot that captures the real spirit of Saigon street food. A must-try if you’re in the city.

Delicious. Very humble looking street food joint, but recommended to me by a well-travelled friend and very worth the walk. Catered to our kids (“no chilli!”) and to our…er…heavy western frames with reinforced tiny plastic stools. Tasty as hell.
