I had the worst service ever here. I spent time picking and choosing pillow cover for my villa (as shown in picture), and when im done i simply said "sorry i messed the display" - while tidying and putting things back again MYSELF. And the store keeper said instantly: "next time dont take too long ya, there are other customers". THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ANY CUSTOMER. Very impolite. If theres any limited time i need to spend on your store please write it before i come in. Will spread the words and never come here again.

Interesting store, great for gifts and homewares. Cafe was ok, staff not very friendly, but food came quickly (power smoothie, dragon fruit truffle) and was good. Well presented too. Coffee (flat white) not the best. Really like the fitout though

Bad service. The employees never smiled. Not friendly. The manager is worst. I've been there three times to buy gifts because I happen to like their collections and receive the same vibe everytime. The last time I was there I bought an earring. I told the manager the post is a bit crooked. She said they don't have another one. I thought its alright it wont fell off. But I went home and tried it, it fell off right away. I texted their whatsapp nobody answered for days. When I went there the week after (because its far from my place) they told me they only have 1 day exchange policy. I said i texted u guys u didnt answer. The manager end up giving me a week extension for exchange for another item. He said she'll told me that if they have the same earring she will text me but never did. I end up having to text them first because time is due. Imagine I'm a repeated customer already n thats how they treat me. But the worst is just the UNFRIENDLY service when u visit the store and no genuity in handling customer's complaints. Meanwhile they were the ones who provided broken/ poor quality product. Just awful service. I rarely write online review but here I am writing for this store from total disatisfaction. I wanna see if they really read reviews from customers n learn from them. Let's hope they are mature enough to be able to receive feedback and know how to improve themselves instead of sulking and becoming defensive, n blaming the customers for their own mishaps. I will try to come there once again n if the employees are still unfriendly especially the manager. Well. U just lost a loyal customer plus other customers that might read this long and HONEST review.

After entire year of waiting we could visit this beautiful shop. Creativity beyound and such classy clever, eclectic array. Well done Giovanna, your shop and friendly staff simply amazing. We will be back, greetings from South Africa.

Such a sweet homey spot in Canggu! The shop is not really my style but I love a cute cafe inside. It’s very quiet and perfect for early cup of coffee, breakfast or dessert. The music is lovely too, and waiters are nice and friendly✨

Loved this store! We had just had lunch nearby so this was where we decided to have coffee. Locally made wares and really cozy, quaint setup. Really enjoyed visiting this store and recommend it to others visiting the Canggu area.

Nice juices, cozy lil cafe, unique furniture. Sometimes you will able to meet their cute poodle dog! Closed at 6pm, last order at 5pm
