Bunun Leisure Farm

A very nice place. I visited on Monday and Tuesday and there were almost no people. For this reason, there wasn't a performance. If you want to visit the farm and see it, I recommend calling in advance. However, you can stroll around anyway. The area is beautiful and quiet. There is a nice coffee shop and a souvenir shop. They offer many interesting activities, for which you have to pay. You can also buy a package, which includes two activities and a meal. The place is remote, so I recommend driving there or staying overnight. The buses from Taitung are not very convenient - you have to walk at least 10 minutes from the bus stop and the bus doesn't run often.

A nice aboriginal farm if you want to experience the local culture in Taitung county. The show was the best we’ve seen in the area. However are only giving this place 4/5 stars as the food was a bit disappointing, compare to other aboriginal farms we visited!

Interesting place to see some traditional dances and experience aboriginal culture. Coffee is delicious btw! There is a time slot for the archery but they don't adhere to it! The singing and dancing performance is 30 minutes and good fun. Overall, worth visiting.

A nice and peaceful place to visit. A heritage area for the native Bunun tribe. There are cultural shows, kids activities and other DIY. However, there are schedule to these activities. There are archery as well, and small gifts if you hit the bullseye. Find out the timing before coming, to optimize your experience here The food served at the cafe are really nice. Non-halal. Grilled pork, tomatoes, sweet potato with cheese,fish, local rice- all come on one plate Clean toilets are available inside the souvenir shop.

I had the pleasure of volunteering for the Bunun Leisure Farm, which was an amazing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted with so much hospitality, and throughout our stay we were treated with so much love as if we were one of their own. The work was rewarding, and it was an honor to be a part of so many different projects around the farm. The amount of dedication the staff put into their work is something rarely seen elsewhere, as they put their all into sharing their wonderful culture with the guests. For example, during the performance times, all work stops as all of the staff arrive at the stage for a cultural presentation, singing and dancing all together as one, representing all generations. There are so many interesting activities around the premises, and the beauty of the surrounding nature and decoration is indescribable. The Bunun Leisure Farm is definitely worth a stay!

The best aboriginal dance with great choreography. A must go destination when you are in Taitung.
