Buon Giorno Trattoria

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We made a reservation and were the ONLY people in the restaurant when we arrived, yet we ended up waiting for nearly two hours without receiving food. There was no communication, no updates, just silence, as if we didn’t exist. To make matters worse, when food finally did come out, it wasn’t even ours. The waitress messed up the order and it was actually given to a group that had arrived long after us, while we continued to wait. That was the final insult. we decided to leave in complete disbelief at how poorly managed and inconsiderate the service was. We left with nothing but frustration, wasted time, and a terrible impression. There’s no excuse for what happened. A restaurant that treats its guests like this doesn’t deserve to be in business. This wasn’t just bad service it was utter disrespect.

The overall impression was really good. Food was amazing - the mushroom dish was absolutely delish! The lasagne were different that usual but very tasty - portion wasnt very big honestly, it was quite small for that price. But we would definitely recommend this place, we liked it there! :) staff was friendly and very helpful, wines were absolutely amazing!

Very bad pizza, the base is pre-made FROZEN probs from promo. Pizza very small but costs 15 eur. tastes bad. Service good tho, the food is not good and not worth the price. was craving pizza so much but it ruined the whole experience. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Really really bad and expensive. No wonder there was no people here

Really good place if you want to taste Italian cousine, all pizzas are delicious (my favorites are with artichokes or with four hams) and dates pie for dessert with cup of cappucino is just magical, or homemade lemonade. Highly recommend, pet friendly, kid friendly, reasonable price and high quality food and the atmosphere. Must visit to see and feel.

Well, place quite nice, the staff were very kind, but the food not good as it cost, we took a pizza it was really overcooked/ burned 🙄 and wery plan...

We ordered some pizzas, pancakes and appetizers. After about half an hour the appetizers came together with our pizzas, however the pancakes were still missing. After another 20 minutes the pancakes came, but the rest of the table had fonoshed eating. The food was subpar, for a price like this I'd expect something excellent, alas it was not.

The overall quality of products is very good, by I wasn’t a fan of the pizza’s dough : too slim for my taste. Service is good and they have some vegetarian dishes.

Nice place for beer, appetizers and pasta/pizza in Kaunas!
