Today I went to Burberry on Bond Street. I was assisted by Beatrice who is an Italian sweetheart. She was so kind, helpful and friendly. What I appreciated the most was that she gave me her honest advice about which items look the best on me and which size would be better according to her opinion, which I appreciated a lot. I had an amazing experience at the store because of her so I definitely recommend reaching out to her for any questions and help!

My husband and I flew into London yesterday from Germany. We stopped by Burberry while waiting for our check in time at the hotel just around the corner. I was very interested in a beautiful cashmere cape with a price of nearly £3000 but the sales woman followed me up and down the stairs making me feel very uncomfortable. I will by that cape at a different store or even online.

Full star for LUKE 🌟 if I can give more I would. He is so professional and talented. I just walked in the store he was super friendly and helpful. We went trough different areas in the store even though I didn’t purchase today he still treated well and gave me lots of knowledge about the brand. 🤗🫶🏻

My favourite store in the whole of London this place is fantastic clothes are awesome and the epitome of being English. If you are truly British having some Burberry clothes is a rite of passage. The staff are incredibly friendly surroundings are absolutely luxury at its finest.

I’d like to take a moment to thank Ferozi for his amazing personal customer service in picking out what I can only describe as the most perfect blazer / jacket for my husband for his 50th birthday. Armed with the remit of what we were looking for - Ferozi had already picked out THAT jacket / blazer. Thank-you Ferozi for the time and effort spent with us today :)

I believe this is the flagship Burberry store so I had to visit. I wasn't planning on buying anything at first but with a little peer pressure from my boyfriend, I couldn't resist. Service is outstanding. The gentleman that helped me was incredible. He was actually fairly new to working at Burberry but helped me the entirety of my shopping experience. I was also more casually dressed so I truly respect him for not judging my outward appearance as some other designer stores can and will do that to you. The selection is incredible. They literally have everything but I had my heart set out on the classic trench coats. The other thing I didn't realize was that since 2021, they have removed taxes on their sales, saving me at least $300, probably more than if I were to purchase it in the USA. Well worth it!

Came here on Boxing Day and was very impressed with everything especially the interior design. The floor was covered with super plush carpet and the walls with huge drapes. There was so many different rooms on various levels with all the products spectacularly displayed - the store itself was like a work of art. The experience was amazing too. There was plenty of staff to help you with your purchase, willing to go many lengths to finding the exact size and style for you. Coming into this store is really an amazing experience.

When both the Mr & I were looking to purchase Kensington coats, we knew London was the town to do it! Almost $585 cheaper ( EACH ) than purchasing them in the US! This Burberry location is exquisite, with multiple floors and everything you could imagine from purses, to coats, to scarves, to clothing & we ended up visiting the shop twice. Our initial visit saw trouble getting someone to assist us. We walked around the shop & made eye contact with everyone we saw but no one would acknowledge us. Finally, we stood in the middle of the floor where many were standing & looked at each person, one by one, until finally someone asked if we needed help.....why yes, we did Once the realization set in we were there for an actual purchase, we had multiple people assisting & staff was extremely friendly Second visit found someone offering to assist, the moment we stepped in the shop, so maybe the previous visit was an exception? Not for me to speculate.... I'm a fan

Gifted a 'showerproof' car coat. Genuine Burberry product. Very expensive. Worn twice as got soaked in light rain both times. It acts like a sponge! Never washed or dry-cleaned. Rang Customer Services, provided photos of coat and care labels. Gave all numbers on labels. They completely avoided all responsibility as I didn't have proof of purchase. Asked for ring back from senior manager who then cut me off, having said he would look into it. Washed their hands of it and insulted my gifter and me. Shocking from a supposedly reliable brand. Beware.

The fact that I even got to go here and can now say I was at Burberry in London is something I'm proud of. The employees were very nice and friendly, even though we just went in to look and pretty much drool over the coats and scarves. Definitely something to be seen.

Burberry really is the archetypal British brand. Oh, how I'd love the classic Burberry trench to see me through these dark winter months. Having undertaken a major image overhaul in the past few years, the stores reflect this new focus on young, beautiful Brits. WIth sleek interiors, neutral colour palettes and beautiful staff, this store really is gorgeous. Yes, the clothes are high-end treasures which I can't afford, I still like wandering through the store choosing items I WOULD buy did I have the money. A girl's allowed to dream, right?

I HAD to purchase a Burberry piece from here.. Its the flagship, of course.. I left with a blue Burberry trench.. nothing better for Londons fickle weather.. I got fitted and no one was snooty.. Unlike many, many and most Burberry shops.. such as US stores.. (get over yourself, after all, Burberry is a UK thing, yo).. or French stores.. highly recommend if your in the market for your novacheck.. :-)

Burberry is the historical and oh so very British fashion label that despite the classical designs seems to divide opinions, being the mecca for the tourist loving the traditional trench coats or alternatively celebrated as the Christoffer Baileys new and innovative flag ship. I support the latest statement and belong to Mr Baileys fan club. The Burberry Prorsum collections are fashion in it's best, even though from my wardrobe you can often find only the high street versions of his designs. Oh well, somebody needs to create the trends and show the route, and we rest will follow. The shop supports more like the views of the first group and very much resembles the association you get from the beige luxury image created hundred plus years ago. When you think British fashion one of the top names that comes up should be Burberry. Now although their fashion is top-notch, this review is based on customer service. Upon walking into the store I was greeted like an old friend, found the displays clean and uncluttered, sizes marked properly, and staff were quick to free my hands by making a dressing room for me. Absolutely delighted with the speed in which staff changed sizes for me and gave very helpful advise. Lovely employees here, simply lovely. Had I mountains of cash I would have bought everything as a simple thank you for their great customer service.

Iconic shopping district and traditional Burberry experience. This store is part concert venue, part night club, part Ritz and all Burberry. Everything from personal shopper, free champagne to tablet shopping in the amazing lounge. You should go in and least experience this festival for the senses!

Spectacular service. They located all the sizes I needed and had them shipped to the states and delivered to my hotel. again, great service.
