Amazing burek—the minced meat was my favorite. Make sure to have it with yogurt, as it balances all the flavors. Affordable prices and good service.

Food 3/5 Average Burek. I had the beef Burek. Very oily, could use more meat. Service 4/5 Fast service, food is already ready to go. Prices of drinks are a bit predatory as usual. 2€ for a coke. 24/7 don’t forget. Atmosphere 3/5 This branch is on a side street. No views, but understandable because it is not a destination. It is a 24/7 kiosk serving food for passersby.

SO DELICIOUS!!! This is a must stop if you are visiting Ljubljana! The burek was hot, they offer a great variety (meat, potatoes, classic cheese, apple, spinach and even pizza burek). Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was with friends, we are Bulgarian so we appreciate a good burek for breakfast and this place was the best for the occasion. The staff were two great guys, very welcoming and friendly. You can tell they have a strong passion for what they do. This was the best place to visit before our trip back home. We even got burek for the trip. I would 100% recommend stopping here! No wonder this place has so many TripAdvisor awards from locals and tourists. Stop here for a traditional and delicious experience. Thank you!!!

I feel the guy who served me yesterday and today for some reason absolutely hated me… yesterday, he made me wait to accept my order which didn’t happen to anyone else in line before me. Unsure what he was doing, but it looked like he wasn’t doing anything - just standing on the side. Maybe I’m wrong. Today, I asked for a burek and he handed me a burek and a yogurt plus made me pay for both. I didn’t ask for yogurt. I DONT CONSUME YOGURT!!! He knows I don’t speak Slovenian and he refuses to speak English to me, how could I even return it?! Of course I couldn’t! Handed it to the hotel receptionist as I didn’t want it to go to waste. They laughed and said it’s a tradition. Great - but I don’t consume yogurt! Not going back to this place ever again, how can someone be so mean.

A local fast food as recommended by many locals and on reddit. While this is a turkish dish, it has grown to be a part of the local cuisine and was made pretty well. Had the chance to try the Meat Burek (a.k.a. minced meat burek?). It was salty and savoury, but not to the extent that you would irk from it. Some reviewers may have exaggerated it. Items seem to be made from a central kitchen and delivered here constantly which kept it fresh. Had the chance to also have the Panzerotti, which is really like a calzones of sorts. Tasted like a pizza dumpling which cheese and ham well filled inside. Definitely a good try, but do note that portions can be huge.

Burek Olympia in Ljubljana is a must visit classic. The burek is delicious, big, and filling and perfect for a quick bite during the day or late at night. Traditional flavor, fair prices, and a spot loved by both locals and tourists.

Quick, warm, delicious. It’s a burek y’all, please please stop complaining and don’t expect fine-dining! Of course more expensive than getting it in other Balkan countries but it was delicious!

A wonderland for a hungry soul in the middle of the night ( or during a day ). I've stumbled upon this majestic place last month, and it was a love at first sight. I've sold my car to some guy walking nearby to try this famous burek. I loved it. Managed to buy a lot of them for the price of mentioned vehicle. Recommended.
