Burger 55

Not a bad burger shack. It's rare you'll find a place that offers the kind of toppings you'll find here at Burger 55. I say this as someone who loves cilantro in everything. My friend was thrilled to order potato chips as a topping in his burger. Burgers were very good. No complaints.

Went for the crazy route. Just said make me something just not fish. The freestyle burgers are it. You don't know what you're going to get. My premium was awesome. My wife's classic was excellent as well. Good mixture of toppings you wouldn't think of.

Excellent grilled chicken burger on brioche! Roasted corn addition wasn't anything I'd get again; maple bacon baked beans were super hard (undercooked?). Onion rings were thin so basically all batter. Fries are tasty though. I tasted a beef burger too and it was very good.

I loved the local burger joint feel of this place. Gritty and authentic. A ton of options to customize your own burger, or if you're like me that gets overwhelmed by options, you can just pick one of the pre-built ones. The burgers taste great! Also had a chocolate milkshake and it was good.

Not normally a reviewer but this one motivated me. Stopped here hoping for a quick bite, was dismayed to hear 20 min wait but the menu looked worthwhile so I ordered a chicken burger and fries. Took over 50 minutes. The staff were apologetic and the burger was fine, but not worth the wait and waiting almost an hour for a simple order is ridiculous. Need an accurate wait clock (save my time since I wouldnt have ordered) more staff, or some other fix here since I found a few reviews afterwards saying the same thing. It's clearly a pervasive problem.

YUMMY! Fun for the whole family! Burger of the day with the poutine of the day and I was all set! Great flavours, huge portions, awesome decor, just a blast! Thanks guys!

4* only because the milkshakes are definitely not worth 4 dollars. Tasty, but small. Now the burger on the other hand. Absolutely delicious. Had a double Angus beef patty on a brioche bun and then my topping which I got to customize 100%. The jalapenos were spicy and the service was great. One of the better burgers I've ever had. Awesome.

First time there. Ordered grilled chicken burger with sauteed mushrooms, RUNNY egg and 2 types of cheese. Egg was well done, no cheese and mushrooms were so overcooked they were like rubber. Also asked for feta on poutine, did not get that either. Disappointing first visit.
