Burger & Lobster by PAN Collection

There are some restuarants that really deserve their good reputations - Burger & Lobster certainly is one of those. My wife and I had a date night there, and as soon as we entered, we were exposed to a trendy, chic experience. From the live music, and low lighting and industrial, stylish decor, it feels like you're sitting in Soho New York. We both enjoyed a signiture burger and lobster roll each and finished off our evening with a sumptous cheesecake. What a great evening - we look forward to coming back again. In my opinion, this establishment is somewhat overrated, particularly when assessed on the quality of the food. I ordered the lobster roll and burger special, and the burger was surprisingly underwhelming for a restaurant positioned as upscale. The lobster roll, while acceptable, failed to justify its price point and did not stand out as memorable. That being said, the service was excellent and our waiter was attentive and professional throughout the experience. The atmosphere was pleasant but unremarkable. I believe my overall impression may have been influenced by the high expectations created by the consistently strong reviews I had encountered beforehand.

Excellent service and food!! 🍔🦞 Jenna was our waitress and was very kind and attentive. Jonathan checked on us regularly too. Beautiful location for a date night. The food was delicious. We had a lobster burger and one of the winter specials that comes with a mini lobster roll!! Will definitely visit again.

Food was excellent! Halal friendly, delicious, succulent expertly cooked/ prepared and presented. Compared to similar lobster rolls experienced in Dubai, London, etc, this is the Cape Town moment to be on the same stage. Food is just as amazing and my view it’s even better! Freshness lingering for moments after now memories, and even returned the next day for more!

Had an excellent dinner at Burger & Lobster Cape Town. I had the lobster roll which was outstanding, and my husband loved his chilli cheese burger. My whiskey sour was perfectly made. Great vibe with nice lighting and good music.

The restaurant’s service was excellent, and Jamie Buda was the best waiter. He explained to us how the food is prepared and the signature dishes of the restaurant. I had the lobster with Japanese mayo — it was very delicious — and the lemon-butter sauce with the fries, and the burger takes you to another world. When I was leaving the restaurant, the lovely girl gave me a sunflower. She was very kind and sweet.

Was a great experience, from being welcomed by the entrance, the waitress with her friendly, informative and respectful service, Manager checking in, and excellent chef work in presenting the delicious food cooked to perfection. Lighting was great for dinner of 2. I'm coming back! Just slightly pricy but cocktails, food and dessert was amazing!

A must visit when in CT for the amazing lobster roll 😋. Highly recommended. Great service, amazing atmosphere 👏. Pleasantly surprised to find a kids menu and activity for my 5 year old, great touch!
