Burger Got Soul Launceston

Great burgers! Home style... Very fresh. Great service too. The burgers were really tasty and reminded me of simpler times, when we made burgers at home. Will come back here again.

A great burger can't complain there would have been if there was an option to make it a meal but that's alright for slightly less than if I was to order chips and a drink on its own. The service was good the staff seemed friendly and they were helpful. The dine in is alright something about the music though maybe it was a little off putting for me with the volume.

I think the secret to the mind blowing taste of the chicken is the buttermilk. This would be the best chicken burger I have eaten in my life. I do hate mayonnaise or coleslaw & made that clear when ordering & they did as I asked which many places ignor my request unfortunately. So I appreciated that they actually listened & followed through on my order. This we be easily the best chicken burger I have ever had. I didn't get to try there loaded fries. I will try it next time. I was here once before a couple years back & nice to see they are still around.

Easily the best and tastiest burger of my life. The flavor of beef was to die for. I still miss it and will definitely go there again when we visit Tassie. The bathroom was so clean and chic and they had great baby chairs too which was cherry on top.

GLUTEN FREE - OMG. You know what, you can make your own atmosphere but whose got the inclination when all want to do is sink your teeth into the delicious burger served to your table. We will be getting another "Burger" fix for our "Soul"before leaving Tassie. Still as good 3 years since our last visit from SA.

After a long shift, all I could think about was eating a nice classic beef burger. After doing some googling and discovering the location was walking distance from my hotel and the reviews weren’t too bad I made my merry way to this joint. Upon arriving I noticed there were quarter eaten burgers left outside on the tables. I felt slightly alarmed but my stomach growled so loudly I instantly dismissed this and walked inside. I ordered the lunch time meal deal which included a soft drink can. I asked if I could pay the extra difference and get a passion fruit soda glass bottle instead and was met with an abrupt ‘nope, either get a can or pay for something else’ sheepishly I nodded and waited outside. 15mins later I was drooling, making my way back to the hotel to diminish my burger. It was safe to say I was beyond disappointed. The bread must of been days old as it was so stale. The meat still pink and not properly cooked. After two bites I decided to throw the burger in the bin, it wasn’t worth the risk of getting sick especially for something that tasted so gross. On the plus side, the chips were tasty and fresh.. I liked the spicy salt

I came here just because of the onion rings ! Feeling a bit peckish I decided to grab a bag of Onion Rings from this burger store and I really enjoyed them! I must've eaten the entire bag in under 10 minutes as they were that good! They were light, crispy, flavourful and not greasy. The dip was excellent as well which I picked pesto and garlic 🥰

I have visited Burger Go Soul over the years since they opened and the food and service has always been wonderful. Their special of the day, the fish burger, was delicious! I loved my bunless Summer Sun and the chips were amazing, as usual!

After a three hour bus ride from Bicheno, we dropped off our bags and were ready for dinner. We decided to grab burgers from Burger Got Soul as we'd read nothing but good things. We dropped in on a Sunday evening (around 7:45pm) and the place was busy. People waiting for takeout burgers but also people eating in and on the patio. Service is friendly. You order at the counter, get a number and then your food is brought to your table. The menu is up behind the counter but they also have menus if you dine in. It's all burgers; beef, lamb, chicken, chicken schnitzel and veggie. There's also three salad options, kids menu, sides and drinks. - Beer battered onion rings ($6.00 AUD) - sadly, they were out of sweet potato chips so we got a bowl of onion rings instead. Luckily, these were cooked just the way we like 'em; deep fried and greasy. Share 'em. - Golden crumb schnitzel (#16) ($15.00 AUD) - chicken schnitzel, cheddar, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, BBQ sauce and soul mayo. A tad heavy on the mayo but everything else was great. Chicken was tender with good seasoning and well breaded. A more standard burger (ingredient wise) but well executed. - Mind body & soul (#18) ($15.50) - premium quality veggie burger with sweet chili sauce, beetroot, semi-dried tomatoes, grated carrot, avocado, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and satay sauce. Beets and avocado were tasty. This very well might be one of the best veggie burgers we've had! Great flavours. An excellent burger spot! Huge and flavourful burgers. Not sure what else you can ask for.

Long wait for the burger, in general the bun seems to be too big for the patty. Got the lamb burger, it was only average. The seafood burger is deep fried salmon

I love it in here and have been coming back for years (sometimes once a week!) The burgers are delicious, filling and really fresh produce used - worth the $13 price tag. The service is always good and although there are usually lengthy waits, this is to be expected for a place as popular as they are. 10/10.

Service took quite awhile, but once my meal finally did arrive, I ended up with a very delicious, albeit very messy, burger. As noted in other words, the patties and ingredients are what makes this place worth it. Fries (chips?) came in a massive, overcooked heap. Overall I judged it worth the wait, but be prepared and don't come here when in a rush.

Food is great here, and the low carb option is much needed and a great addition. Their in house sauces are amazing. Speed of service is the only thing that definitely needs help

Went here the other night on the promise of " Tasmania's best burgers" It's a small shop, the staff friendly enough. The chips were fantastic, very crunchy as a chip should be. It took ages for the burger to come out, and when it did, it looked the goods. Taste was average at best, the meat patty was bland. The rest of the fillings were tasty and the sauces were great. I think they need to season the patty more, and make it slightly larger to suit the bun size.

Local produce, local knowledge and a great burger experience!

This is a decent burger shop in Launceston. The bun was nice and crisp and the chicken honey burger had a breast fillet, 2 pineapple rings and was very saucy. Onion rings and relish were tasty. Neat and tidy store to eat in.

Great burgers - huge range featuring loads of quality local produce... just watch the wait sometimes, it can be a killer.

The burger patties are what makes this place - fresh, cooked perfectly and generous. Ingredients are always nice and you get your monies worth although it is probably mid-range rather than cheap take out prices, but you'll be happy you spent the few extra $$!

Best burgers in town. Waiting times are a bit long and we almost walked out (I'd suggest keeping people engaged during these long waits with something entertaining). But the food was great. I had the soul mama and my son had the chicken little which he devoured! They also have a good range of drinks :) whenever we feel like comfort food we go here :)

Amazing burgers!! The space is small, but it's a very cool atmosphere. Best burgers I've had in Lauceston.

Great burgers (and chips) - probably the best in Launceston - but often very long wait times, so it pays to phone ahead if possible. Also while they have a number of vegetarian options there is only one burger that can be made in a vegan version, and you need to specifically ask. But it's worth it! :-)

Outstanding chips. Burger was pretty good too. Very large burger menu, would recommend.
