If I could rate them a negative, it would be negative 5. Worst experience here. To make matters worse, it was by a manager nonetheless. I had to use this location since the app didn't connect to the one closer to my home. I went through the drive-thru, and the speaker didn't work okay, fine, no problem. I pulled up and got my order. Checked it before I left the parking. I was missing 4 of my burgers. So I went inside to let them know. One manager came to help me and then went to the back, and that was when the rude manager approached me. He had attitude like he was not happy being there doing his job. If customer service is not your thing, don't be in customer service then. Being rude and mean is not acceptable in your line of work. I have been a manager at a fast food company where the evening crew is small. We as managers have to pick up the slack. Then two burgers were with extra pickles, and they only had 2 pickles. That was not what I was expecting at all. The burgers didn't even look pleasing to the eye. More like an eye sore.
