Burger King

I am not sure what lady was working this morning but she clearly was having a bad day and wanted to make sure others had a similar experience. I have travelled to Canada and back over the last year with the same coupon page because no one ever takes the coupons, it is a great go to in the morning but now I have no incentive to make the trip to Burger King in the morning anymore without it because the mail is not consistent with delivering them monthly. I wish this ended at she was the first one to do her job properly and take the coupon, but the order was wrong so the two people I bought the food for did not even eat it. Wendy’s ended up with our patronage for the correction and they actually were friendly. Even after getting correct food from Wendy’s the lid on the coffee I bought from Burger King for myself was loose and when I took a sip it got all over my shirt right before work. The ONLY upside to this experience was this was the fastest trip to Burger King ever, as someone that travels a lot Burger King is never quick.

I came to pick up an Uber Eats delivery, and it had missing items, but they were able to replace them. They substituted two soft serve cones for pies. My customer was okay with that. I was also able to place an order for myself for an Impossible Burger 🍔.

I stopped here about 6 pm on a weekday. I had an offer through the BK app that allowed me to get a free fiery buffalo crispy wrap with a purchase over $3. I ordered the spicy royal crispy chicken sandwich. The food was OK. The order was ready when I arrived just a couple of minutes after placing the order. The buffalo sauce on the wrap was the highlight of the meal. Together, the items were a decent value for about $6, but they would not be worth it at the regular menu price of $9. I recommend Burger King, but only if you are in a hurry and have an excellent offer through the app.

Chicken sandwich was fresh so I though! This places needs to get tagged for selling under cooked chicken. Luckily I did not get sick.

I went through the drive through, so can't speak to the atmosphere, but this location is always really fast and the employees are very nice. I can also get breakfast for all my coworkers for less than $30! Those croissandwiches are the jam!

Wen there on 09/08 for my daughters bday, she really wanted the chicken fries. We got to the cashier to order and were greeted by Jose. He immediately smiled at her and asked her how her day was and looked at me and asked the same, she was excited about her birthday and told him right away and he told her he hopes she has the best birthday and asked what ot is we have planned it was a really nice interaction from him to my child. You can tell he is genuine in his responses and actually cared, we ordered and I couldn't decide between 2 options so I asked him what his favorite of the 2 and got the crispy onion whopper based off his recommendation. Sat down, store was clean and the food was fresh and hot, definitely reccomend this store, Jose had top tier customer service. Going above and beyond and one thing that you can't teach is he is genuine. Definitely wanted to highlight him because of this. You have a great asset here at this location and I hope he gets opportunities into higher positions and better pay the guy deserves it for sure! Thanks again Jose for making it a good time and my daughter keeps talking about the nice guy at burger king so thank you for that!

If I could rate them a negative, it would be negative 5. Worst experience here. To make matters worse, it was by a manager nonetheless. I had to use this location since the app didn't connect to the one closer to my home. I went through the drive-thru, and the speaker didn't work okay, fine, no problem. I pulled up and got my order. Checked it before I left the parking. I was missing 4 of my burgers. So I went inside to let them know. One manager came to help me and then went to the back, and that was when the rude manager approached me. He had attitude like he was not happy being there doing his job. If customer service is not your thing, don't be in customer service then. Being rude and mean is not acceptable in your line of work. I have been a manager at a fast food company where the evening crew is small. We as managers have to pick up the slack. Then two burgers were with extra pickles, and they only had 2 pickles. That was not what I was expecting at all. The burgers didn't even look pleasing to the eye. More like an eye sore.

Used the drive thru. Very easy. Food-wise I think Burger King is much better than McDonald's! Especially the fries!!!

All the tables were cleaned and the floor cleaned. Everybody was very busy Stalking and cleaning and taking care of the drive-through. Very well kept kept location. I would definitely recommend this location on Montgomery just West of Juan Tabo. I received my order very quickly and accurately. The food was cooked like it should be. I will definitely back to this location if I'm in the area.

This is why it takes so long to order food at this location. Stood at the front for 10 min without getting help. Whole lobby is empty. Why? Some girl with clear glasses on her phone WITH gloves. Clearly she don't change her gloves.

Just wanted to give where credit is due. I visited this location at around 6pm. There was one tall gentleman that was working the drive-thru, the cash register and interacting with the back kitchen staff at the same time. He was obviously understaffed. Despite the chaos he maintained his composure and always said please and thank you to all the customers. I don't know his name, but please give him a raise.

The food was good. When I pulled up to the window strong Marijuana spell wafted out. It was fast service. They do not have hot tea.

Came another time because it was close and hungry. Felt like a whopper..... We ordered two whoppers, they weren't warm.. pretty cold and we only live down the road. So the oven went on lol. We also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato. It wasn't a spicy sandwich and it had tomato. So added our own hot sauce we had. If the manager wasn't bugging us at the window for a $100 tip multiple times then maybe they'd put out the right food. I get being friendly it's greatly appreciated but, the first thing you'd say is "a 100$ tip would be nice" then repeat it again as you're about to hand us our food. I worked at Burger King when I was 16 prior to my Chef career. I actually loved it and it was one of my favorite jobs LOL! So I'm quite disappointed. I know it's fast food and not fancy but it isn't that hard.

Derrick's customer service skills are better suited to the MVD or Post Office than the food service industry. Rude, arrogant, and self-important. He is the reason we'll never set foot in a Burger King again and go out of our way to cost this Burger King as many customers as we can.

This is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to and the cheeseburger that they serve me was absolutely disgusting and I threw it straight in the trash! Who in their right mind would make this and serve it to someone!? I highly recommend that this restaurant should be visited by the Health Department ASAP!!! Do Not Eat at this Burger King!!!

Best place to go for some $1.49 nuggets and fries. One time even got an extra nugget by mistake, no complaints here

Sat in the drive-thru for half an hour, when she could have easily told the car in front of me to pull to the side and take them the order when done. The line behind me was at least 5 cars. All I ordered was chicken nuggets and they were cold, hard, and old-not to mention she overcharged me without a receipt- paid $6 I saw the service faster across the way at Applebee's... Stop chatting and work girls..

For sure the absolute worst EVER time i have ever gone to BK. Got there at 2:39PM on Sunday 10/6/19 with coupon for two whopper jrs and two small fries. Walk in and there's two people working: one on the drive through, one cooking. I give the lady my order, there was only one other customer waiting for his order. The drive through get getting their food cooked and delivered, I waited and waited. Total of 25 god damn minutes before they realize they never even started the order. The fat blond cow behind the counter was flippant and snarky when i told her how long it was taking. Not even a sorry, no comped food, nothing. You would be absolutely crazy to go here and waste almost half an hour for the tasteless food. We ate it joylessly at a park.

Slowest drive-thru EVER!!! And they have 2 order lanes. Then when they finally took my order, she didn't listen. I said Whopper with no onions and she replies "that's a Whopper with cheese, and what else" When people are speaking to you LISTEN!! I'll never be back!

Other reviewers are right. This might possibly be the worst Burger King in town! First, they do not have their hours listed anywhere on the building. Called and there is no message either, just rings forever. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:45pm on a Thursday and no one answered even though the Burger King sign and drive thru sign were fully lit up. Pulled forward and no one was in the building. Their hours on Yelp state open until midnight but that's clearly not the case. As I was looking for the hours and posting this review about 6 other people tried to go through the drive thru as well. Corporate should know this location is losing all kinds of business and providing terrible customer service! What kind of restaurant doesn't list their hours?! Ridiculous. Drove down to the other Burger King on Wyoming - they were open, friendly, and fast. Don't waste your time at this Montgomery location!

This was a horrible experience. The blond chick at the night shift drive through was rude and immediately stated as we drove up that they accept tips. As a courtesy we gave her $5 even knowing fast food joints aren't allowed to take tips and then she shoved it in her shirt. Then we asked for BBQ sauce and she stated that will be $100. Not going back there again and we will be spreading the word of their strange and undeniably bad and inappropriate customer service.

Asked for veggie burger with no tomato, lettuce, pickles, or onion. I even clarified i only wanted mayo and ketchup on it. Also ordered a large fry. They didnt give me the large fry so i has to ask them for it, and all the things i asked them to omit in the burger were still in there. Can yall wake up and actually listen when people order their food? This was at 11:45 on a Thursday just so yall know to avoid this work shift.

They still had an hour til close and refused me service because there "wasn't enough meet for the fact that we close in and hour"

The staff here all seem to be sick/tired of their job. There is a 50/50 chance they will be rude, so be prepared. The food quality fluctuates at times.
