Last time I was here, I overheard (who is assume is) the manager complaining about bringing my bike inside when I was picking up a mobile order and eating it real quick. This wouldn't be an issue if they had a bike rack outside where I could have locked it up. In general, the workers are always great and the food is made fresh. Even at busy times they are able to get through orders pretty quick.

Had a weird experience here today. Went in with a coupon for a free combo meal. The lady up front was all chill with me till I gave her the coupon then she looked at me weird. She took my order for an impossible Whopper meal and took the coupon but didn't ask me what I wanted on my burger just gave it to me with everything on it. I guess since it's free I don't get to pick the toppings? Ok? Then didnt ask if It was for there or to go so when I got it on a tray I just accepted it and found a seat not a huge deal but she just glared at me as I sat down I felt her eyes on me the whole time I was sitting there, got uncomfortable so I just grabbed my stuff, put my tray up and left and she watched me head following as I walked out. Made me really uncomfortable and I probably won't be going back here if I'm honest. Didn't like that.

You have to use the app and it's always buy one get one free or buy something get something for a dollar other than that I don't go there unless I intend to use the app other than that is too pricey for a sandwich

My bottom buns had mold I just realized after I was about done eating because stuff from the burger was falling out so I turned it over. Yum now I feel sick. Positive for the cherry icee and Positive for Makalya working the drive through she was so nice.

They are always pretty nice here. Occasionally an order might be wrong, but there's room for human error, of course, and they are always very willing to fix it, if so. I've only had it happen once with an order. The only other time was when they asked if we wanted a crown, so we said yes (for our cat, of course. He loves those things for some reason) and forgot. King William got over it, and we got 2 the next time. :D

Word of wisdom when ordering from this location, check your food before you drive away. This location is unbelievably bad about either getting your order wrong or giving you someone else's order. On top of that, the manager is unprofessional. I've witnessed several instances while inside that the manager would be talking about how much he hates his job. They will also stand in the back and blame the customers for receiving wrong orders because they didn't tell the window worker what they ordered. In BK's defense, their corporate customer service is great and has resolved issues quickly when contacted. This location needs to be audited by corporate though because they're terrible.

Hit and miss. I don't really trust this place with my safety. If I have another option, I go somewhere else. This was my dog's favorite place to get french fries, so I came here a lot in 2021. I took full advantage of available promotions and discounts, which seemed to bother some of the staff. I spent a lot of money there - eating various meals there 3 or more times per week. Despite covid outbreaks, a morning employee (old lady) at the window refused to wear a mask, day after day. In early 2022, I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, with no mayo on the sandwich. The first 2 sandwiches they gave me had mayo. After 15 minutes of my life expired, I was presented with a 3rd sandwich, that included an unknown fluid that made me feel disgusted and caused me to avoid eating there for over 2 years. My sandwich was absolutely, positively tampered with out of spite. I would have called the police, but my dog had recently died, a life was too much of a struggle for me back then. I needed food last week, was in the area, and chose to get a Whopper there. I assume all employees from 2021 and early 2022 have churned by now. The sandwich was fine A lot has changed since 2022. For instance, I am a Google reviewer now, and my reviews have been seen by hundreds of thousands of people. I have previously reviewed several other Burger Kings and many other restaurants - none of which tampered with my food. The employees of Telegraph Burger King were responsible for the worst fast food dining I have ever experienced. Obviously, I have not forgotten it.

I'm leaving a review because I just straight up love Burger King. I'd rather have Burger King over McDonald's any day. I've never had an issue with food or service from this location. A star along just for serving ice cream I'm a advocate for the double cheeseburgers. I love their buffalo sauce. I love the ranch. I love that they have Coke products. Burger King in my entire existence in any location that I've been to have done wrong. I give Burger King a fast food restaurant five stars.

I went here specifically for onion rings... soggy and bland AF. Nothing taste fresh and everything was room temperature at best. Save your money, it's not worth the disappointment.

Terrible. Rude employees. With an even more rude manager. Already emailed corporate twice on two separate occasions when are you going to do something? Managers closing windows on customers when they are talking? Taking food back through the window to "switch out" (which is against food safety laws). Employees scooping my milkshake out from the top of the machine right in front of customer view? This place is a literal mess I've never seen a more poorly operated drive thru in my life.

Edit, continued from my last visit. There was no one in line when I went thru the drive-thru after ordering 2 Whopper Jr.'s and a large onion rings. After paying I was told to pull forward to the waiting area. I asked why, as no one was behind me. It had something to do with the time spent at the main window. I wasn't interested in their window policy, so I stayed put. A car appeared behind me, so I started to inch forward and asked the guy if he was happy now. He said, yes, then called me a bitch. Even tho I heard him, I asked, what did you say? His rely was, "You didn't have to be an asshole about it." It took all of 20 seconds before the same guy came out with my order. My window was down and he threw it and it landed on my lap. I think he said, have a great night or something like that. I couldn't help myself from laughing at what happened. I only wish I could have recorded the interaction. It would have made a good video to send to BK's headquarters and youtube.

I wasn't terribly hungry so I just ordered the small mozzarella sticks and small jalapeño poppers to snack on. They're about as boring as it gets! I've had mozzarella sticks at Arbys that are really great! And Jack in the Box had great poppers! These were like eating cardboard. Save your money. Neither of these were worth a nickel.

Went to this BK today 2/23/2021 and used the drive thru. Simple order whopper and cheese sticks. You would think with the dining room closed and only the drive thru to deal with they be able to get it right. This was well after their lunch rush so they weren't busy just me and one other car in line. Got my food pulled around to a parking spot to eat. opened the bag no sauce for the cheese sticks and not a napkin in site. There were a few cars in the drive thru now so i walked to the door and it was locked knocked and was ignored. So walked around to the drive thru to ask for napkins and sauce. Girl waved me down to the next door. It was unlocked so I went in to ask for what I needed as I walked in a employee started yelling at me as she walked toward me with a tray with 2 containers of sauce still no napkins. She continued to yell at me and telling me I couldn't be in there. Once I realised what she was saying I told her it was to bad and if they would do their the first time I wouldn't have to come in. Yes I had a mask on so it wasn't that. I'm all for raising the minimum wage, but come on you have to earn it!

My son's love Burger King so we patronize this location 2 blocks from our house way too frequently. They have two of the best employees I've ever encountered at a fast food establishment. If I owned a business I would hire Brendon is a heartbeat knowing I could train him to do whatever I needed, his dedication to customer service is a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. We NEVER leave a drive thru window without thoroughly checking our order, unless Brenden took our order and handed to us, it's never been wrong in a couple years now, and always served with a courteous professional conversation. How they keep him working at BK I don't know. Their other employee Seth is right behind Brenden. Best team in St Louis!

My bun was so stale, and fries were cold asf. I dont think I'll ever go back to that location. I waited and extended period for my food to receive nothing I enjoyed. I didn't have very high expectations for this fast food place but they could have at least made something some what enjoyable and able to swallow.

They have a new special at BK consisting of two cheeseburgers, French fries, and a Coke for only $3.29!!!!!! That's amazing. I used the drive through, the line moved quickly and my order was taken promptly and accurately and I could even understand what she was saying. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared, hot and tasty. A great meal deal for a couple of seniors or a college student with limited funds.

I would say this place screws up my order AND gives me cold fries 70% of the time. Don't even think about asking for cheese on your chicken sandwich. And it always seems to be when some manager named Becky is "in charge." Turn around and go to one of the other fast food places if she is!

Eat here weekly, great staff, friendly, always correct, always fresh and fairly fast. BK has got their stuff together from corporate to the lowest employee.
