I walked from my hotel to order dinner. I saw BK had fish sandwiches, which I miss since Arby's stopped. I asked if the fish sandwich had cheese, and was told, "No." I ordered "Two big fish sandwiches to go, tartar sauce on the side." The cashier looked puzzled while looking at the terminal. I repeated the order. She had trouble figuring out how to enter the order so the people 5 feet behind her would know what to make. Finally, she asked, "Is that to go"? "Yes." I knew something would go wrong but not what. I received the bag and looked inside. There was tartar sauce on the side. So far so good, I thought. I got back to the hotel and looked at the sandwiches. No cheese. Okay! Then I noticed that the sandwiches were spicy chicken sandwiches. I checked the receipt again -- 2 big fish. We ate them anyway. The chicken sandwiches were better than the original chicken sandwiches which I stopped eating, but I wanted the fish. So, check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Well let me tell you about the lack of education here.. Well apparently it is very difficult to ring up and produce two separate orders even when a manager is standing right next to you, but trying to help, but playing on his phone... I don't know how many times it was explained to the employee that I only received one of the two burgers ordered... it took 15 minutes to get that through to her...I asked for picsnte sauce and was handed buffalo sauce... not once but twice.. the experience made me realize there are special people out there that process a level a stupidity that human should process.

Used the drive-thru and ordered a Bacon Cheesebuger and a small fry. The burger had a different taste than usual for some reason. Fries were barely warm but good otherwise. Food is usually pretty good here but must have been an "off" day today. I'll get it again next time. Service at the window was good, though.

It's a little over done and the flavor is basic. Overall they are a great Fast-food joint, but don't expect much out of the food.

Sign says drive thru open at 2 am and there were parole in there, but they ignored us as we pulled up at 530 am. So i went to whataburger 😊

this place is terrible the food suck and the food is also stale and cold. I always regret eating hear and the bathrooms are disgusting to. I will never eat at this place again because the second to last time I ate there I crapped colors (LITERALLY). I have never had a good experience with this place because it just flat out sucks.

Charged us for some sauce and didn't even give it to me, ordered three kid meals and two adults and usually you get the kids meal in another bag, but they put all the food in the same bag shoved down. And the kids were upset because they didn't get a toy.

Man...where to begin? Everyone was very friendly and that's about all I can say that is positive. Almost all the soda flavors were out in the soda machine, ketchup was empty, store was dirty, food wasn't very good, you couldn't get the attention of a worker to get anything. Overall, just a terribly manager restaurant. Like previously stated, everyone was really nice though.

My Wife and I stopped by the Vidor store on 12-12-19 we ate it was great. My Wife wanted another shake later that day so I figured I would run back by and get us both shakes and it being after 5pm I figured it would be busy. As I waited I seen the Lady working the drive thur making shakes for other customers. When I finally received service oh I didn't mention only one customer was ahead of me, He asked me for my order I told him I needed two shakes and (he interrupted me) Sorry Sir the Shake machine is broken. I told him ok and left. On my way to Dairy Queen I remember seeing shakes being made while I was waiting. So if you go there that older fellow doesn't like making shakes so for shakes go to Dairy Queen and save time.

Very disappointed with our first BK app expiriance. I'm not going to gripe too much about the kid's meals only having barbies without giving an option for a boy, because they were free. My issue is that we ordered and paid in advance. We ordered Jalapeno poppers and were told that they were not an available item when we got there. There was no BBQ for a burger and they didnt have the correct bun for a whopper. Then they forgot the onion rings. Now I understand that you may be out of an item, but update that to tell you in the app when ordering because we are paying in advance. So that means take the items or wait days to have our refund processed. We would have not ordered here if it wasn't for the deceptive nature of this app. If you dont have something in stock dont make it possible to sell it in the app. Your commercials during the pandemic state that you know that we are not thinking about you but you are thinking about us. Well its obvious that BK isn't thinking about anything but money and that is the exact reason that no one is thinking about BK.

This place is HORRID! Went to get a quick bite and the food was burnt, hard and old. The tea was sour as a lemon! How this place is even open is beyond my understanding DON'T EAT HERE!

I don't know if it was just a bad night, but I received very inconsiderate and a blatant disregard as far as customer service goes. We waited almost 20 minutes for 2 burgers, chicken fries, 2 large fries, and some funnel cake fries. It was getting quite ridiculous. There were workers just standing there, and the man we encountered at the window (at least) gave us our drinks, but proceeded to turn off the drive thru timer like we weren't still sitting there, waiting for our food. Bad customer service. Food was delicious though!

Half the time they'll get your order right. The other half they don't. Very inconsistent. Kinda aggravating honestly. There will be times though that the food is good. But when I ask for a bacon whopper I expect a whopper with bacon on it and everything else I asked for, not a whopper with whatever the hell you feel like putting on there and very little ketchup or anything else.

Just went through the drive-thru at the local Vidor Burger King. I ordered a the Ham & Cheese Croissant minus the egg and the Sausage & Cheese Biscuit minus the egg. You'd would think since this was a "special order" it would be hot. Nothing could be further from the the truth. The Croissant was room temperature with the Ham and Cheese icebox cold. It was like the just removed the fillings from the fridge and slapped them on a croissant that was laying around. The Biscuit was room temp. as well with the sausage being slightly warmer. It was obvious the sausage had been sitting in a warming bin waiting its turn to be selected by the tongs. The cheese was icebox cold. One would think it possible to get a hot meal as this is actually the concept, but not at this restaurant. I also did not get a sales receipt, but they did manage to give me napkins.

Not one who expects a lot of fast food but this location is one to be desired. First place I've ever decided and swore I'd never go back even though I love BK. It all started with my order missing a Burger. Wife had went and got our food and didn't notice till she got home with our food. She drives all the way back and guess what? Ladies behind counter said she needed her receipt. Wife was just there really people. They knew she was there just 5 minutes prior. She comes home upset so I go myself with receipt. They give me my Burger and never apologize and what shocked me is they didn't offer any sort of comp or even a drink to make up for it. Took three trips to get order right. This took place about two months ago and just now getting around to review. Still haven't returned and won't ever. Poorly trained staff and poor customer service. One of the worse I've ever dealt with in fast food.
