Burger Man

I booked a three-night stay in a hotel right next to Times Square to celebrate New Year’s Eve with my wife, and I can comfortably say that Burger Man offered an experience we will never forget. First things first, the food was excellent. Our first choice was the mushroom and truffle burger, and I can confidently say it was a perfect 10. Everything, from the bun to the patty and the sauces, complemented each other exceptionally well. A must try. Other great savory options we tried were the sweet potato wedges, chicken honey BBQ burger, cheeseburger (I highly recommend going for the double patty), and the meat lovers flatbread. You really can’t go wrong with any of these. For those who are curious, the place is halal. We were so impressed that we ended up coming back twice for breakfast. We tried the salmon on an everything bagel and the chocolate croissant, and both were absolute home runs. As for drinks, we kept it simple with cappuccinos and americanos, and they hit the spot every time. The service deserves credit of its own. The owner Ali and his staff (special shoutouts to Hala and Abdallah) were tremendous from start to finish. We booked a table at the restaurant for New Year’s Eve at a very reasonable price, and being right on 7th Avenue, we had an amazing outdoor view of the NYC ball drop without having to endure standing in crowds for more than 10 hours. Ali went above and beyond by keeping us informed about the logistical changes happening on 7th Avenue throughout the evening, and he made sure we knew our options if we wanted to get closer to Times Square as midnight approached. The staff were relentless in making sure we were as comfortable as possible. The hospitality was genuine, warm, and consistent, and we truly felt right at home. Last but not least, the atmosphere was unforgettable. The place was buzzing all day, and even NYPD officers stopped by frequently for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. We will always remember the friendly conversations we had with other customers. While New Year’s Eve can get chaotic, it never affected the vibe here. It remained celebratory, welcoming, and positive throughout the entire night.

My 1st Thanksgiving away from loved ones and this was my dinner. Pricey yes but what you expect it's the city Manhattan. I loved the food omg haven't had a NY burger in years, I was in heaven. Definitely will return.

Wanted a quick bite while exploring the streets of the city, and a burger sounded great. I got the Burger Man classic cheeseburger, and it was exactly what you'd want. The additional fries on the side were $8 and barely touched. I'd definitely pass on the fries if I ever found my way back here. My boyfriend got the chicken gyro, and while it looked delicious, it had no flavor and was sadly another miss. I'd stick with their burger menu and not stray from it.

We ordered the #1 (standard hamburger), #3 (bacon cheeseburger), & #10 (mac & cheese burger). The brioche bun was excellent. The meat patties are thin & flavorful (I liked this because it was easier to eat for me AND my children). *Sidenote: if your appetite is big, order a double meat patty. The service was quick, which was great since we were all starving by the time we stopped to eat. The atmosphere was what you hope for when you stop to eat at a burger joint in Times Square. Not too loud, but you can still feel the hustle & bustle of those out on the streets. It did seem expensive for a burger & fries kind of meal, but probably on par with what a restaurant needs to charge when located on Times Square, so no complaint there. I accidentally left my umbrella behind, and they held onto it for me behind the counter for hours until Inrealized it & came back. A small but appreciated gesture.

What sets them apart is that they have their own in-house bakery, and you can truly taste the difference. The smell of fresh baking hits you the moment you walk in. I had breakfast here and everything was incredible. The croissants were flaky and buttery, the Danishes were perfect, and do not leave without trying their chocolate chip cookies! Beyond the food, the team here is what makes the experience special. Mona and Halla provided such warm, attentive service, and it was a pleasure meeting the owner, Camilla, who clearly puts her heart into this place. If you are in Times Square, skip the chains and come here for a real treat!"

One of the best burgers 🍔 in town .. WOW. Really juicy treat. Hala did a great job recommending our meals .. The chef did the rest 👌

This burger was made with love. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Bacon Royal was cooked to perfection. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather

Stopped here for a quick bite. Burgers were delicious, fries were crunchy and fresh. Lots of other food options available.
