Burger Shack

This place is great. Friendly service, fresh ingredients, home made and yummy. Started with the beef soup special which was amazing then I went the juicy Lucy. It’s was very juicy, fresh and so good. The food from this place is so authentic it’s a must. Enjoy

this was, hands down, the BEST burger I have ever had. 1/4 patty cooked to perfection 👌. the shakes are awesome.. and my gosh, the chips instead of fries.. YES!! get an order of fried pickles. tip big folks! these people are kind, your new best friends and bend over backwards to ensure your experience is top notch! 5 stars plus. I won't ever eat a burger from anyone else. love this place!!!!

My friends and I found this place on Google and so happy we found them! Service was great, friendly and the hospitality was on point. Delicious bacon cheeseburger w/all the fixings, the onion rings - the batter was light and crunchy and last, the bacon wrapped mushrooms w/cream cheese - is a must, even the dipping sauce was made right And you can't beat the price. Truly excellent food and wonderful service. They were kind enough to make me ( a vegetarian) a grilled cheese , which was great — caramelized veggies and the works. Fried pickles and onion rings were also exemplary. Cannot recommend enough And SOOOOO affordable !

Great stop for dinner! Cheeseburger was fine, nothing memorable but filled me up. The swiss cheese is the processed type like an alternate flavored kraft single which I prefer to avoid. The star of the show was the chicken strips! They were incredible. Straight out of the fryer, super crispy and crunchy yet tender and juicy inside. I assumed they would be the average frozen chicken tenders but they were definitely freshly homemade. The chips and fries were also homemade and they had fry sauce! Tons of flavors of delicious Umpqua ice cream and the staff was super kind and helpful even though it was busy and they were a little overwhelmed. Order at the window there are three picnic tables to sit at. We ate in our car because it was hot and tired of swatting flies away from our food. Parking was tight with no defined spaces but people were leaving often enough that it never seemed fo be an issue. TLDR: skip the burger, get the chicken strips and ice cream

1st time there. I had a m-room burger n fries. Super delicious. Great fry sauce too. The servers, were very polite, and brought out our food. Covered, bench style setting. Noticed a a few hornets around. I'll definitely, make another stop next summer.

First off this place is the only place to go when you want to get the best food in the basin my only complaint is I don't live in the burger shack so I could eat all day long 😋 they are hands down the nicest folks and take pride in there food you can tell its all made with love and it deserves a thousand stars if I could give it I would bottom line get your butt out to the burger shack and see for yourself how awesome they are!!

We were passing through Chiloquin on our way to our hotel and needed to grab a bite to eat. The only place still open and had decent reviews was the Burger Shack so we swung by. Glad we did, the service and hospitality here were great and the food was just as delicious. We ordered the Juicy Lucy and a Buckaroo. The burgers come with either French fries, onion rings, or fresh cut potato chips. We opted for the onion rings and potato chips. The onion rings were really good. The potato chips weren't the crispiest but solid regardless. Juicy Lucy is a heavy burger with two beef patties with cheese in the middle. We didn't realize how much food the Juicy Lucy was going to be, we could have shared it and been satisfied. There is only outdoor seating. The seating is under a covered canopy. I would recommend Burger Shack, and would definitely if I'm in the area. The food isn't the healthiest, so definitely keep that in mind.

Exceptional! We had juicy cheeseburgers, hand-cut fries with house fry sauce, HAND-DIPPED all beef corn dogs, and finished with a real banana split. Super nostalgic feel, staff was hustling and orders were coming out of the kitchen fast (though it was packed and nobody seemed to mind waiting about for orders), several covered outdoor picnic tables provided plenty of seating. If the little parking in front is full the owner said you can park in front of the little old-west style wooden building next door. Btw the owner and staff are so nice and welcoming!

Food is good. My only issue is the frys. They are made with baking potatoes and just aren't that good. Go for the tator tots or potato salad. Oh and if your a banana split lover. You can't beat the 5 dollar banana split loaded up.

I love this place! The employees are very polite and friendly. The food is excellent, fresh and tasty. We love the fresh cod and shrimp for a decent price on Saturdays, three large pieces of fish and 3 jumbo shrimp fried in a light batter. We love the sauces and enjoy the cole slaw instead of fries. We want to share a chocolate malted milk shake sometime. The only thing that I wish they had would be a bison burger.

When trying to find something tasty, fresh, affordable and fast in Chiloquin - go here! We had their burgers and their special chicken sandwich. The staff were extremely nice and inviting! Tented seating available.

The employees were so friendly and kind and the food was tasty for a GREAT price! Not many places to go in this small town, but we were so happy we decided to stop!

I love the burger shack quality food for a fair price. The patty my is to die for. Portions are generous and delicious. Staff are supper friendly.

On Saturday, August 16th, my wife and I tried their fish and shrimp dinners. It was fantastic. Large serving of fish and shrimp that were crispy and a delivery to eat. I would highly recommend this place.

Plentiful portions, quick and friendly service, always aiming to please. The Chili Cheese Nachos were amazing. I see many happy customers!
