Burger Village

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a genuine friendly smile and it just got better from there. Our server Niki was great and very helpful in menu selections. We ordered the American burger very rare and the BLT with waffle fries. All perfect! Meat quality was superior. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Staff and management was friendly, great music playlist! Was sold out of Elk burger but Bison burger made a great substitute. Also loved the loaded cheese fries. Yummy..Thank you Aarushi for your excellent service. Would visit again!

One of my favorite places to get a burger at Burger Village either in Huntington Station or Deer Park Tanger Outlets. There are other locations in NY to go either in Nassau County and New York City. I recommend the bison burger :)

Stopped by this place after shopping with a friend, and it turned out to be a great choice. The service was excellent. Our server, Aarushi, was very kind and attentive, always checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was good, and the atmosphere was comfortable. It wasn’t too busy when we went (Wednesday around 5pm), which made for a really pleasant dining experience. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area and need a quick bite to eat.

The only thing I’d like to see is a healthy milkshake. Burgers, fries and milkshakes go together. I was so looking forward to a milkshake and was disappointed when I couldn’t get one. The meat was delicious and went down smooth. Everything else was great though 🙂

Had the bison burger and a salad. Food is ok, I was expecting more flavor honesty. But the staff is great! Our waitress was amazing!

First time here with my daughter and did not know what to expect. The service from all the staff was very friendly. Always a good start. My daughter had a cheeseburger that she devoured. I had the spicy garlic tomato soup (flavorful but not spicy). I also had the superior choice cheese burger. That packed a punch in not only flavor but spice. For a chain restaurant, I was not expecting this level of quality. Side note, the French fries tasted great. Not sure if it is organic or it was the oil they used. I'll have to ask next time. If your "hangry" this is the place to go.

Our waiter was great. She was a very personable person. Good sense of humor made us feel comfortable. Only downside that we felt was everything was à la cart. I feel everybody wants fries with their burger. It should come automatically with the burger. You shouldn’t have to pay extra. Otherwise else food was great no complaints. Waiter made it a very pleasurable visit.

Food was good, i had the lamb burger cooked to my liking, they can add a side but it was clean and the owner she made her rounds and i like when they do that. That means they care. Service was good she kept on checking if we needed anything. This is several times we have been there . Thank you .

Horrible service they weren't even busy it just seem like they didn't want to service my table We sat for 20 minutes before we walked out Don't recommend this place for anyone of color

We got the smashburger which was very overcooked and had no char to it. It was also on the greasier side for a burger, and the brioche bun was very heavy and didn't taste great. The sweet potato fries were fine though.

I remember this place being much better years ago when I tried other locations. The inside was nicely renovated with a cute bar area but the service and food were both subpar. The hostess was very friendly but the waiter was very inattentive. I ordered the spicy vegan burger with a side of seasoned fries and my mom ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fried pickles. Her chicken was tough and dry. My sandwich was tasty and loaded with toppings but very messy. The fries were good, not greasy and the pickles were just ok. We tried the signature sauce, garlic aioli, spicy vegannaise and ranch for the dipping sauces. I love a variety of condiments. Overall it was hit and miss for 50 bucks-I guess a little pricey for what you get? It's nice to have options at the outlets though.

I can't say I'd ever be back here. My friend heard of this place and suggested we come here. The interior is pretty nice and chill and they have a different variety of meats for the burgers and a few other things on their menu. Also, FYI - this location doesn't have milkshakes. We tried to get one and the waitress said they don't sell them there as we saw online. So, the menu is cool because they pair your type of burger with specific toppings. And if you want to add basic stuff to it like lettuce, tomato and a few others - that comes free with the burger. But the fries/tator tots don't come with it. You pay separately for that, we got tator tots was $6 and it's so small I couldn't even share. The burger okay, just wasn't worth our money and when we left we were STILL hungry. And it's convenient if you're shopping, but I can't imagine going there if I wasn't

It was my second time at Burger Village and always a warm welcome when you enter.We ordered fried pickles, Carribean Jerk boneless chicken,Village Chicken sandwich and it was all delicious.Boneless wings had the right amount to be full and fried pickles too.Will definately come back for more!

Food- their burgers are the bestttt, if you like burgers do visit this place they have amazing variety and options to select from and farm fresh additions. We also ordered cauliflower tenders which was okay we were actually expecting a taste similar to cauliflower Manchurian but this tasted different .. Service -was excellent, by chance the owners were there so they also came up to ask personally about the food which is very nice of them .. Ambiance - was warm, welcoming and comforting.. Would definitely go to this place again for their amazing burgers

Underwhelmed. I know there are different locations so I can't speak in general but this location was a let down. The service was just not up to par. While our waiter was very nice he got our orders wrong twice. We order boneless wings and received ones with bones and we ordered seasoned fries to share and received an order each. Luckily I didn't mind the error since the fries were the best thing about our meal. The burgers were just meh. A bit overcooked and not really seasoned.

My wife & I went to Burger Village for lunch and was pleasantly surprised on how good the food was and also the service. I have alot of food issues and they were able to accommodate me. I have an allergy to gluten; dairy and fructose. I never got sick after eating their food and was very grateful for that. They had alot of options to choose from and the ambiance was very rustic and soothing. I would highly recommend this establishment!

The food is horrible. My burger was cold. The tater tots were hard as a rock. An underwhelming experience. I definitely won't be coming back.

An experience. The service and professionalism of the staff was outstanding however, it fell short of expectations. The ambiance was nice. The food hunts you long after you leave the place. Way too many ingredients fighting for you palate ultimately shutting it down. Hours later we were regretting it. One of our selected dishes had sauce #2 and it was spicy. Not clearly defined. I can't justify one chicken sandwich, two burgers and two kids meals for $150 (after 18% tip). Specially when it was lacking so much. The presentation was good but it failed at everything else. First time and definitely the last time. I won't return and I can't recommend a place that fell so short. I'm expressing my experience in October 26,2024. There plenty of other options near by worth trying prior to taking a chance at this establishment. All the best to the owners but perhaps there is an opportunity for improvement.

We went in for lunch today thinking we would have to eat outside because we had our small dog with us. The Hostess was very accommodating she sat us in the front of the restaurant assuring us that our dog was as welcomed at the restaurant as we were!!! The food was organic and the prices were reasonable. The service was friendly. We had a great experience Now that the Tanger Outlet has become pet friendly stop by Burger Village with your Pet!!! They Really Earn Your Business

food was so good it made me bust on site istfg credits to the chef bc ur getting it

Been here a few time food is great but service is horrible. Wait stress isn't very attentive and food takes forever to come out. Multiple time I've waited close to a hour for my food to arrive. I have been here on both slow and weekends and it's always the same. They need to work on speed in the kitchen for sure. Been waiting a hour and 15 and my food still hasn't came out at the time of this review.

Beef burgers were delicious. Guacamole really good. Service was great. Place is clean.
