When I stepped in, I was mainly treated by a smiling face, the person looked truly happy to work here. I was seated immediately, after looking over the menu, a person took my order. There’s a large option of vegetarian items as well as interesting animal burgers there is bison, turkey, elk, salmon, lamb. I had the village veggie burger for $12. It was excellent. I had a spicy vegan topping, which was four dollars. Additionally, I had the french fries which were hand cut in season for six hours and a lettuce wrap instead of a bun for an additional two dollars. They have gluten-free options for buns if you want it. The place is very children friendly and I would like to say that 100% of the children were extremely well behaved.

Amazing service! Mohith was an excellent bartender! We had delicious drinks and amazing gluten free dishes! I highly recommend the gluten free chicken tenders and garlic aioli dip! The smash burger was great as well! Don't forget to round it out with gluten free sweet tots! We will be back! Highly recommend!

For a place we happened on by chance, I wasn’t disappointed. The burgers were pretty good and the pastrami sandwich was A1. Certain I’ll be revisiting.

One of my favorite burger places! The freshest, tastiest burgers — and organic, too! I feel satisfied every time I eat here. And one more thing! They have the sweetest server in the whole city: Mohith! When you’re here, make sure to ask for him — he’ll take great care of you. Burger Village, don’t ever lose this guy! He truly makes the place special.

Brilliant atmosphere. Extremely attentive staff. Gave us recommendations that were KILLER! would definitely recommend this location for local families in the Brooklyn Area. Mohith and his staff have created a great environment on. Ten tap system at the 5 top bar. Bison burger was PHENOMENAL. My wife’s smash burger was a hit! She finished before me! We will be back as my wife works close by in the medical field.

The people are pleasant and the service was fast. I think we were served the perfect meal of burgers and fries today. The buns were solid despite the absolutely juicy meat and sauces, and the patties were clearly cooked with care. Medium and medium rare just as we asked. And oh my goodness, the fries and onion rings (frings) were crispier than any other frings I've had in the last few years. To be honest, if you want the full potential of goodness, try out the burgers made with different meats like the elk or bison burgers. If you're a beef lover, you might really enjoy how the difference. I'm tempted to call beef plain with how my elk burger tasted.

Food was solid but our bartender mohith was such a vibe! So much contagious enthusiasm and passion in his beer recommendations, made me a special cocktail, and even made me a new one when I didn’t like mine, even though he followed my requests to a T. A+ customer service. This restaurant made a strong decision in hiring him!

Had a great experience at Burger Village in Deer Park! My server, Mandi, was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The service overall was fast and smooth, and the food came out quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Casual eatery to grab a quick meal. Felt rushed by the frenetic staff that kept checking in every few seconds, rushing by all the tables, nonstop, throughout our entire stay. Totally get the need to expedite people along so that no one stays too long, but we felt too rushed even in this fast casual spot. There's something to be said about the energy exuded by the staff, as that marks the environment more than you initially realize. Food is brought out quickly--you won't even have time to go wash your hands, so do that before you order. We got in at 5pm, when the place was empty, and by 5:30pm on a freezing Saturday, every table was packed. The loaded fries $12 [shareable size] were a million calories. Literally. A big pile smothered in cheesewhiz and ketchup, topped with crunchy & super light & tasty bacon bits and chives. OMG, this is what you splurge on during a freezing winter night, when you need comfort food. I cannot believe we devoured that massive portion so quickly. This was very saucy, which I liked, as I prefer more sauce on everything I eat. My bf thought it was too drenched, which is a valid point that most people will agree on. Not everyone likes all that sauce, We both got elk burgers, medium rare. Here, opinions differed. My bf thought the meat was not grilled at all, or barely touched the grill/skillet. Said he got the vibe of eating a giant meatball. He was not a fan. I was content with my burger patty, as I do not like charred meat that tastes like rubber. Prefer juicy meat. I tasted and enjoyed the flavor of elk in my burger. This goes to show that everyone's got their own taste preferences and that, unfortunately, you cannot rely on reviews, as your taste buds differ from mine. The menu is extensive, offering a wide array of meats for your burger/sandwich. Chicken, elk, bison, beef, boar, turkey, salmon--literally every animal meat in the book. The portion of the patty is standard, so don't be afraid that you'll leave the place hungry. You can either build your own [what I did] or get any pre-selected combo of toppings for an additional charge. Recommend getting all the free fixings and not going for the charge ons, as the free fixings proved enough. Sautéed mushrooms and sauteed onions were so not worth the extra $1 each. Focaccia up charge [instead of free brioche] was just okay, not something I'd recommend for an extra $2. Overall, I'd return to try other burgers, particularly bison, boar, and lamb.

Try getting coffee or tea. They don't serve either?!?! What a joke for a 7th Ave park slope restaurant. I got a chicken salad that was full of raisins!!!! 7 small pieces of chicken. Must be family owned. Couldn't survive if not.

Walked in just as they were opening, firstly let me just say I forgot to take a photo of the food. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich on whole grain bun, it was okay, the chicken was just bland, like no taste at all, maybe if the added a little dried seasonings maybe it would have been better. The waiter was great and helpful. Cool little spot on park slope. Would I recommend maybe, because a lot of people came in and ordered, maybe it's just the grill chicken.

I'm starting to get annoyed with these over price I found this spot on yelp and wanted to try it they got good quality stuff on menu and got a elk burger$20 and a lamb burger20$ n 8$ fry's basically 50$ I understand price for quality but I get my order I leave get to my car to find out no fork no napkins no ketchup no nothing I go back in the store to ask for these items and the guy behind the bar is looking at me like I'm speaking a different language if he was the owner I would not go back there but the food was good and the restaurant look proper and it's good space if you guys go check ya bags before you leave

My coworkers and I came here for lunch since it was in the area. This place is known for their burgers. The place itself is huge - the service was a bit slow I will have to say. They took our orders very quickly but everything was extremely slow to come out and even when we asked for things it took a while for the things to come out. We got a bunch of different items to share: -Nachos: This was pretty tasty - I will say we were super hungry when this first came out so I feel like that might be the reason we thought it was pretty good. -Sweet potato tater tots: This was fairly unique and very yummy - def recommend getting this -Super choice Beef burger: I got this and it was just alright, a very standard burger, nothing too special -Fries: Their fries were actually really good and flavorful. Also very cripsy Overall - this place was just alright, I've definitely been to better burger places.

Cold beer, hot turkey burger & delish French fries, great game on tv..date nite with myself. I really like this location better than Livingston street location. But I will chose the park slope location every time I guess I'm a fan !! Clean bathroom and just awesome spot; no complaints.

UPDATE: 5/18/2024 The following morning after our dinner here at Burger Village on Friday evening 5/17/2024, my husband and I are both experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. I'm currently pregnant and I request all my meats to be cooked well done to avoid ingesting undercooked meat and catching a bacterial infection. We both ordered the same type of burger, mine well done, and his medium well, and shared the same "frings" and loaded nachos appetizer. We didn't eat anything after this restaurant besides some water and went to bed feeling okay. However, the whole morning till this evening as I update this review, we've both made an abnormal number of trips to the bathroom with unpleasant bowel movements each time, and continue to experience stomachaches and pains and we strongly believe there could be unhygienic practices at this establishment and have notified and filed a complaint with NYC311. So PLEASE be warned if you decide to eat here, you may get more than just a stomachache the following day. I've considered myself very lucky to have never gotten food poisoning yet in all my years eating out in NYC but this is very frustrating to deal with especially because I'm pregnant right now. I would avoid this place right now at all costs. I was craving burgers but didn't want to trek all the way to 5th Avenue to my favorite Brooklyn Burgers and Beer restaurant, so my husband suggested we try out Burger Village. Initial first impressions were not bad, the space is open and bright, but we noticed that the indoor tables are crowded pretty close together. Their middle aisle of tables just shouldn't exist because servers can barely squeeze past, and if you back up your chair, you're going to hit the person behind you. Onto the food, the loaded nachos cost $11 for a light drizzle of cheese and diced tomatoes. After that first layer of topping is gone, you've got a lot of bare nachos that aren't even seasoned enough with salt so you can eat them by itself. 75% of the nachos are bland and naked and definitely not worth the price they're charging for at all. Maybe $7, and to advertise it as "loaded" is laughable. Loaded with next to nothing is more accurate. They also advertise to have Coke but it's not really coke. It's a cola on tap, same with the other non-alc beverages they list on the back of the menu. Quite misleading if you ask me. Just put Cola, don't say Coke, and make me think it's actually the soda brand Coca-Cola when it's not Their burgers are on the smaller side and also lacking in depth of flavor. We both ordered the superior choice toppings with the beef burger, and they tasted just okay. Nothing great or too bad about it, just quite plain. The meat could've used more salt and pepper, because without the grilled onions or cheese, it would've tasted so bland. We ordered a side of "frings," which is half a basket of onion rings and fries. Fries were very crispy, but again, they lacked salt. Onion rings were thin and round and tasted better than the fries. There's salt and pepper grinders at your table though, yet no napkins or ketchup. For a burger joint, I don't understand why there aren't any napkins available at the table. I know some customers ruin it for others by abusing condiments and such that are on tables, but surely one folded napkin per table seating is not too much to ask for. Considering the type of food this place serves where you have to eat with your hands, it's a little annoying and inefficient to have to flag down an already busy server just to get a singular napkin. Anyway, my husband asked for the check before I finished eating, I was halfway through my burger, and it took 30 minutes to bring over the bill. He did this on purpose due to reading other reviews about the slow service. He asked 3 separate employees, and it still took forever, so listen to the reviews! They are very slow to close out their tables. We asked one female employee who initially took our order, and she cleared our table on the spot but then disappeared to deal with the outdoor tables for 15 plus minutes. So we were just sitting at a cleared table waiting to pay for the longest time. My overall experience here is 2, maybe 2.5 stars. I don't recommend you waste your hard earned money here because you can make a tastier burger at home. I think there is plenty of room for improvement if they really want to address these basic issues. It really should not take as long as it did to pay for our food, especially when they cleared our table right when we asked for the bill. Believe me, I understand our economy's current inflation crisis and the exorbitant rent prices on these restaurants, especially in this neighborhood, but give a little more with these dishes, and I'll gladly pay $15-20+ per menu item. But $11 for a thin, sad, top layer of cheese? Even Taco Bell gives you more toppings than they did. I left here feeling annoyed and unsatisfied with my meal, I wish we went somewhere else for dinner.

We have eaten here often and enjoy the burgers, fries, and salad. Unfortunately, the restaurant is freezing cold in all seasons. During winter, there is no heat. We asked them to turn on the heat which lasted 5 minutes. In fact, we saw that all customers wore their down coats while eating their meal during the winter. During the summer, the A/C makes the restaurant so cold we ate outside and so did another couple who originally ate inside. The management needs to either fix their HVAC system or get a new heat/Air conditioning unit. It would make for a more pleasant dining experience.

We dropped in here 8 pm on a Saturday nite for a beer at the bar to cap off a full day. No wait to be seated at bar- service was prompt . After picking 2 beers from tap list of local crafts we also split a California surprise burger which was "surprisingly " very tasty! They do have happy hour specials- see pics and weekend specials . Don't have any padded seating .

I was in the area for a work trip and was walking around trying to find a place for lunch. I saw this spot and immediately was excited to try something different. I was not disappointed at all! The service was great, the food was so flavorful and fresh, and the little space is so nicely decorated. Those fried pickles almost had me stuck after lunch. I wanted to keep eating them but had to go back to work. LOL If there is one thing I would do to make it five stars it would be the wait time. There were only a couple people in there, so I was expecting to have my food a little faster, however it was all fresh. If you are in the area stop in, you won't be disappointed.

For a restaurant that prides itself on food quality--grass-fed, antibiotic-free, organic--they need to get back to basics when it comes to food handling and customer service. I've been a longtime customer of Burger Village across multiple locations, but after today's experience, I will never return or recommend this place again. While my family and I usually dine in, today was our first time ordering takeout--and it will be our last. On my second bite, I found a piece of dark hair in my burger. Disgusted, I immediately spit it out, and my husband and son refused to eat theirs. To make matters worse, the fries were burnt. I called to speak with a manager, and at first, the district manager was helpful and willing to issue a refund. However, shortly after, the store manager called me, accused me of lying, and berated me like a child. At that point, I told him to forget the refund. In all my years, I've never had to call a restaurant to complain, and I certainly wouldn't have if this weren't warranted. Instead, they've lost a loyal customer. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer this way. It's shameful, and if this location continues down this path--with declining food quality and outright hostility toward customers--I doubt they'll stay in business for long.

They didn't want to attend us 30 minutes before they closed i think they shoudve still attended us over all terrible and we felt a bit offended and it was a they were a bit racist to us because they didn't want to serve us and they were serving other people and we were very much hungry very bad

The burgers were great Omg yummy. I had a juicy burger I've been craving for the longest. I have been here for the very 1st time and I must said the service, was great the ambiance, was chill and laid back. I says I would definitely go back since it's within the community. Best time to go if before the kids get out of school. I definitely enjoyed my burger whew I thought I'd only have one and ended up being greedy just to order a second one.

Best burger joint in Park Slope in my opinion. Great spot for a quick meal and a drink on the weekends.

A yummy Burger respite just a couple blocks from Prospect Park. We chose a vegan burger and a bison burger, and the cauliflower side with blue cheese and chipotle ketchup as our two side sauces. All delicious! We would visit again!

Came with my 3 kiddos for a quick bite to eat, which is quite difficult with 3 kiddos wanting burgers and a husband who's now eating plant based. This place hit the spot! The service was great and the food came super fast. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

There's a lot to like here -- gluten-free options, game and standard meats (ostrich, elk, boar, bison, lamb, cow, etc.), vegetarian options, various toppings & sides, + salads. Its casual and the waitstaff is generally responsive. We've tried various options and leave feeling satiated. The toppings can be a bit much on some of the burgers and I wish the salads were more varied -- though we're happy to be repeat customers. It's also nice that they have inside and outside seating and offer take out. Plus, it's a great option for all ages.

Burger Village is operated by dirtbags and their Park Slope location is unsanitary. Four times in a row they delivered the wrong order. Once when they returned with the correct order burnt to a crisp and inedible! When I called to inquire why they kept delivering the wrong order, they laughed and made rude comments, and it seemed they were mixing up the orders on purpose. Even worse - I had given them years of business. I don't know what happened but assume ownership changed. I even spoke with the owner and he laughed when I told him his staff was rude. After I told him I would never order again he kept calling and texting, begging to keep giving them business "please give us one more chance!" WTF. Disgusting establishment. They don't clean their bathrooms, terrible food, disgusting service, disgusting bathrooms, and no business sense. Never going there or ordering from them again.

We were walking around in Park Slope on vacation recently. My husband is a keto carnivore and I am vegan. We eat organic food 100% of the time at home, so traveling usually requires us to make compromises we'd rather not. We decided to see what was nearby and pulled up Google Maps: when we saw Burger Village was all organic, we got excited and stopped in for a bite. My husband had a beef burger in a collard wrap with the "make a mess" toppings and absolutely loved it. I ordered the Asian kale salad without cheese to make it vegan, as I didn't feel hungry enough for a burger. The menu was very well marked with what is vegan, gluten free, etc. For folks who do eat meat there is a wide selection (beef, chicken, deer, pork, bison, etc.). They also have a substantial vegan burger menu, which is always nice to see. They also have an organic drink selection (sodas, iced teas), in addition to carrying beer and wine. My husband really liked their black tea. I had a pint of beer to go along with my Asian salad. When we came in to sit down we were the only ones in the joint (it was 1:30 pm on a Thursday). Our server, a Turkish gentleman, was very nice. I will say that for being the only folks in the place the service was at a rather leisurely pace. We were on vacation and had no where to be, so it didn't bother us at all, but I would not be surprised if local frequent visitors didn't think it was quick enough. My husband liked his burger so much he ordered another one to go to take on our plane flight home with us the next day. Overall giving this place five stars because we both really enjoyed our food, and because we always support places with organic food on their menus. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.

French fries is my favorite! They do it very special! And the portion is good. I had veggie burger which taste good. The service was great.. our server brought the food in short time and we didn't have to wait for long. Overall I like this place. Thanks to the amazing people who work there.

Burger Village is a family favorite!! They are 100% consistent and delicious! I highly recommend. It is our sons favorite, and ours too!!

Had a late lunch at Burger Village on Sunday afternoon. I was not particularly adventurous sticking with a standard beef burger, but I found it to be decent. However, I was disappointed by the uncoordinated service and I was not a fan of the sides we ordered. Quality: The menu at Burger Village is a little odd. I appreciate that they stress organic burgers, but the emphasis on different types of animal meat rather than unique burger topping combinations felt weird. I stuck with the standard Village Beef Burger and I ordered it with the Superior Choice option, even though the individual ingredients were cheaper. It was a good burger, a little over-done for medium rare, but I liked the meat and the signature sauce. I wasn't crazy about the Frings, the combination of french fries and onion rings. The fries were soggy and both items were very salty. Quantity: Decent sized burger and a massive bowl of fries and onion rings. Value: $13 for the Superior Choice Village Beef Burger. $8 for the Frings. Ambiance: We visited the Burger Village in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Located on a corner, it has a very large space, both inside and out. They have an outdoor deck, which may have been too cold during our visit, but would be great for nice days. Inside they have a bunch of tables spread across the bright space. A few televisions hung in different corners, showing both football and basketball on Sunday afternoon. Crowd: A few families grabbing lunch on a gusty Sunday afternoon. Service: Our waiter was very kind, but the service was a mess. Our drinks came well after our food, and we needed to ask for everything including basic items like napkins and utensils. Parking: Limited street parking in the nearby residential area.

It was a great chance to get a bite of food after great walk in prospect park! I got deer burger which was soooo juicy and cooked perfectly for me!!!

Came here because i was craving a veggie burger. Theres so many different options and combinations available so i was excited to try this place. I ordered the spicy veggie burger with a side of fries. Fyi the fries are not vegan. The burger was really big and a little difficult to eat without everything in it falling out. The burger was nothing to write home about, ive definitely had tastier veggie burgers. They give you a good portion of fries but i barely touched them as they were over fried, and hard. Maybe others prefer crispier fries but personally i was very dissatisfied with them. The restaurant is very clean and the service is attentive and polite. But i do not see myself coming back here.

I ordered take out -- just the standard beef burger and fries. The meat was okay, the rest was a bit better than okay. The fries were very good. Service was quick and pleasant.

Whats with all the negative reviews? This place is the BOMB. I came here last night before they were closing and surprisingly they sat us down and did not rush us out. I had the impossible burger, a plant based burger with cheese and avocado and it was really good, pricey yes but it brought great quality so I did not mind. The concept at burger village is ORGANIC, FRESH, NON-GMO, cage free ingredients . I really love that. They offer french fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings. They even do a half/half basket which is a combo of both onion rings and fries. I am not a huge fan of onions at all but holy cow there onion rings were so GOOOD!! They have a really large selection of vegan burgers which I really loved. I will definitely be back.

Just ordered delivery from here and the fries had a huge blonde hair in it! Disgusting. The coleslaw was inedible. So much mayonnaise and didn't taste fresh Will never eat or order food from here again.

Never a go-to, but have ordered from/eaten here a few times during the pandemic--it's a good midpoint for a friend and I. The food here is solid if unspectacular. They make a nice, stacked BLT that can be upgraded to a BLEAT with fried egg and avocado, and might be my favorite of what I've tried here. And they do serve fry up some damn tasty fries and onion rings! I love me some lamb, and the Village Lamb Burger sounded like a nice combo of ingredients. However, I thought the raw peppers on top kind of overwhelm it--wish they were grilled like the onions, or otherwise just recommend omitting. The grilled chicken was a little overcooked and dry the one time I tried it. They seem quite busy still, which is good. I have had to wait past the provided pick up time for takeout every time, but I am trying to be more understanding of that these days than I normally would be!

I ordered a medium rare burger with cheddar cheese. What I got was a dry, overcooked, tasteless patty with a topping that tasted like melted plastic. Based on its uniform thickness and lack of flavor, I would bet money that the patty was formed by a machine before it was frozen. It was possibly the worst butger I have ever eaten. After I showed the overcooked patty to the waiter, he offered to replace it, but I declined. What would be the point? It would just be another lousy tasteless frozen patty.

Amazing experience.. Have tried couple of things from the menu .. (vegan ) .. .. I love the black bean and veggie burger and the best part is you can put whatever you like on the burgers ... so flavorful and fresh .. must try

Finally decided to go to this place on Friday March 30. It was around 8pm when my boyfriend and I got there (supposed to be open until 11pm). It was closed! Some guy was standing in the doorway on his cell phone and said there was a kitchen issue. We thought maybe there was a staff issue or something with it being the Easter holiday weekend, but it was going to be closed to rest of the night and through the weekend. Well we came by around here again around 10pm and guess what! They have health violations! Another couple near us also had come by to eat here and were aghast at these signs. So as of March 30, 2018 this restaurant had serious enough violations to shut the place down immediately. I would avoid at all costs if I were you.

possibly one of the worst restaurant experiences i've ever had. and my family has been coming to this restaurant for years. I was in a party of 4 and one person was already there for a while before everyone else came. She had to wait a while for someone to seat her, and never got asked for a drink. The rest of our party including me sat down, ordered drinks, and it took about 15-20 minutes to get them. Then the food! Burgers were overcooked, bun was.. hard. Tater tots were undercooked. Fries were almost cold and undercooked. No napkins or silverware until we had to ask (after our food came.) "Ambiance" is eh. Very hot in the place. Horrible experience

The staff here offer great service. Very nice and helpful. The restaurant itself has a great decor, layout and nice vibe. The food, however, is overpriced for the quality. My burger was overcooked and, for a lack of better words, gross. I ordered a bison burger (medium) with blue cheese, grilled onions & bacon ("Petite" toppings). Considering the flavor profiles of each ingredient, I expected the combination to offer something umami. Instead, it made my stomach turn. Too much salt, the bacon was burnt, and the blue cheese wasn't fresh. Consider using a good Roque Fort instead. Fries were nothing special, very basic, but easily the best part of my meal. Also, plating fries over lettuce is wicked work. I kid you not, I laughed when I got them. Keep it simple. Serve the fries with the burger, and not as an appetizer. Fries are a side dish, not an appetizer.

Christmas day and craving for a good burger and only found two joints that are open around Brooklyn. We stomp upon this place. It was considered pit of the way for us as the other joint was only 5 minutes drive for us compared with 20 minutes for this one. What attracted us was the different types of burgers they serve and organic. A drive well worth it. It was 1pm and resturant was nearly empty as it was a holiday but started to fill as it got later in the day. They said we could sit anywhere which is a good option and gave me a feeling that they are not uptight and very easy going. Our server was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and assisting us the whole time. Our kids were offered work paper And crayons to keep them busy on their work. She was very patient with us as we took a bit longer to decide with so many choices in the menu. I asked for her opinion on the beef or lamb and she very honestly answered me that she mostly chooses the beef but the lamb is also good. That's what I ordered. Here's our lunch: Fried pickles- they are so crispy and well seasoned. There is a tint of spicy to it as my 9 yr old felt it firing in her mouth but for us was great spice. Chicken tenders- lightly breaded fresh white meat chicken. Overall bland and definitely needed dipping sauce. 2 kids meals- chicken sandwich and tenders both came with French fries and a drink. Both kids enjoyed their food while my 9 year old approved in their chicken sandwich with "omg" on her first bite on her sandwich. French fries were good texture. Lamb burger with a multi grain bread- I opt out their special recommendation because I usually like my burger with traditional toppings. Lettuce tomatoeop onion and pickles. The burger was really fresh and cooked as ordered as I can tell from its gamey taste on the meat. It definitely needed some dipping sauce that with on the side served with the burger. This orange pink lighted spicy sauce was so good with dipping everything. I believe it was spicy mayo. Jalo parkway bison burger- very true to its freshness of the burger. Bison meat cooked medium was juicy but has its own uniqueness to its taste. I can't find the word for it but definitely different from beef and lamb but almost in bewinct. Its got its own gameyness to it. We were impressed with the food and service provided that my husband tip her 20% in gratuity. Definitely worth the drive for it and we return back to try more of the different types of burgers.

Booooo this location sucks. !!! Music was so loud , +had a party of 8 speaking really loud, my weird rude waitress couldn't even hear me. I ordered the black bean burger with avocado when it arrives it's cold, fries seem to be sitting & of course the waitress forgot my avocado Won't return to this location ever.

I decided to come here for lunch today and I must say I'm glad I did. Their seasoned fries and chipotle ketchup is so good. The turkey burger also had good flavor.

Dissapointed for the price. The fries were gray and had no flavor. The burger was okay.

Fantastic organic grass fed burgers!! Thank you for having the lettuce wrap and collard wrap options -- great for keto folks. Everything was so delicious that I got a chicken collard wrap for the plane ride home. Our server was super nice

Cold fries. Forgot the sauces for each of the 2 impossible burgers we ordered. The fried egg on one of the impossible burgers was cooked till the yolk was light yellow, hard and solid-like a boiled egg. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said they always cook them like that. Really? Most people who order a fried egg on a burger here want it cooked hard and solid? The gazillion other times I've ordered fried eggs on burgers in all different places in all different neighborhoods and cities, the egg has always been served runny & delicious. Maybe these are unique customers that come here & want hard fried eggs on burgers. Oh well. My son ordered his kid's burger w/ pickles & lettuce. It came without pickles & lettuce and it seemed to bother the waitress that we asked for the pickles and lettuce he ordered. Sorry to be a bother. No use anyway. He didn't eat the burger. He likes his burger medium rare. It was my fault I guess because I wasn't paying attention when he ordered, so when he got his hard disc of a burger patty & said it was gross, over cooked and had no flavor, I asked "when they asked you how you wanted your burger what did you say? Cook the living daylights our of it?" He said they didn't ask how he wanted it cooked. So they just went with well done, flavor. I told the waitress & she said the kid's menu says that they cook the kid's burgers well done automatically because that's how most kids like it. Ok, that seems odd, but totally my fault if it says it on the kid's menu, like she said. Um, I checked the kids menu. I didn't see it anywhere. I searched and searched that kid's menu. Nada. I rarely complain about anything at a restaurant (I've worked in the service industry) but it was a really crappy meal & the service was way sub par, so I told the waitress how the meal was. She took my credit card and all I could think is although it was a crap meal, at least they won't charge us for all the shortcomings. Nope. The waitress literally threw the checkbook down so it skidded in the table and turned away quickly. I was startled, but not as startled as I was when I saw the entire meal was billed. All the crap. My older son, who is 14 and is a sweetheart and never causes a fuss said "Ma, that's not right. You have to speak to the manager." So after sitting at the table for a couple minutes thinking, "Are we in a hidden camera show?" I went up to the bar area where some of the service staff was and explained what happened and said I'd like to speak to the manager. The waitress said the manager had just left and she couldn't take anything off my bill. She just kept saying "I'm just a waitress." She eventually called the manager and she handed me $8 in cash for the flavorless overcooked kid's meal with cold fries. Wheeew! Never again. Bare Burger, I will never cheat on you again! You're sweet staff, you're runny fried eggs on your burgers, your warm French fries, your kid's burgers that are cooked the way the kid likes it because you bothered to ask. Oh, we'll be back in your arms in no time. This was just a one time fling with Village Burger & he turned out to be an A-hole. The reason I added a star is the fried pickles were hot & yummy.

Don't eat here. I ordered the Egg and Bacon Salad. It was supposed to include a boiled egg, but for some reason they didn't include the egg yolk...only the whites (which I didn't ask for). The bacon was not cooked well. The mixed greens were ok. My husband got the California turkey burger and couldn't even finish it. It was supposed to bring guacamole and barely had any in it. The worse part was that it was undercooked (refer to pictures). Not only is this place waaaay overpriced ($7 for an order of fries), it's quality def doesn't match up to its price.
