Burgerology Midtown

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza HY36 and had the pleasure of eating at Burgerology. The staff was unbelievably kind. Our waiter was one of the best we’ve ever had. I forgot his name, but he was so friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. The food was a solid 10 out of 10. We had six vouchers from the hotel and ended up using five because the portions were so big. The burger was great. It was slightly overcooked, but still really tasty with the sauce, caramelized onions, and that thick beef patty. The pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. I think they were cinnamon pancakes, and they were just perfect. Fluffy, full of flavor, and stacked three high. I almost finished them all myself. Even my family couldn’t believe how good they were. The steak and eggs were also delicious. Generous portion and great flavor. Everyone at our table loved their food. Avocado toast was a 10/10, and so was the Eggs Benedict. The restaurant was spotless and had a really nice atmosphere. Everything about Burgerology impressed us, from the service to the food to how welcoming it felt. If you’re staying at the Crowne Plaza or nearby, this place is a must. Slightly pricey, but nothing unusual for New York.

The food were delicious. I really liked the interior design from the booth area and the restroom. The staff was nice enough to let us change our seats from window to booth.

My new favorite cocktails and burger place in town! Happened to pass by - the open facade to the street lured us in, and fortunately so. Delicious and innovative cocktails, amazing ribeye burger, and delicious buffalo wings. The cocktails were so good, we tried 5 different ones - each over was amazing. A must have!

Follow me for more entertaining and honest reviews ! As soon as I walked in the shift manager greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm. He guided to me the best seat he could immediately. Like always visits the bathroom right away. You can tell a lot about a place when it comes to how they treat their bathroom. Bathroom was clean and unique. It was one of those stalled bathrooms with the sinks outside. Loved it, clean and nicely decorated. Could have ate in there, not saying I would but the standards were high. Someone before me did leave one of the sinks running. I get not wanting to touch the knob after you wash your hands, but come on people. Have some respect for the planet. Water is life so treat it with respect. I got back to my booth and ordered quickly because I was in a rush for a show. As I waited they played a great 1990’s hit playlist. I’m a 90’s baby so I was down for that. Even “men in black” came on. There was some diddy too, not sure how I feel about that but won’t hold it against them. The burger came in time fashion but took long enough to know it was cooked with love. It looked so good I forgot to take a pic. Honestly it was amazing. The hand cut friend were Dank! Perfectly salted and crisped. I asked for some extra condiment’s because as a reviewer, I always gotta be a little bit of a pain in my butt to test their services. They got right on it! The burger, I got the atomic one and holy wow. The manager bragged a little bit before he dropped it on my table and honestly after eating it I can say he is more confident than cocky. I would recommend this place. The burger was made there. None of that paddy crap. Cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was a 10 too! I will return if I am in the area and I will recommend.

Our food (nachos, burgers, and chicken sandwiches) was delicious! There's something for everyone on the menu. Our waiter was also very friendly and helpful, even though he had to work on Christmas Day. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 We can really recommend the Burgerology 🤩

We chose this place by chance because it was right next to our hotel. It was very cold outside and we were honestly tired, but I was so happy we discovered it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service provider who helped us was extremely kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful — especially with my son. He was so patient and warm with him, which meant a lot to me as a parent. I’m a huge ahi tuna burger lover, and this one was absolutely amazing. Truly incredible. It was perfectly prepared, served beautifully, and paired with such a delicious sauce that I enjoyed every single bite. The classic burger is also excellent, but I personally never stray from ahi tuna — and this one did not disappoint at all. The chef is clearly very talented, and the overall atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting. Honestly, what more could you ask for? And as a bonus — I tried my son’s shake, and it was incredible too!

I try being optimistic about many places but honestly, this place is pretty much a sports bar but not quite sports-y enough. It's a legit nice location with a pretty great atmosphere inside. There's a bar, and they have beers and cocktails. I think they tend to make their drinks really sweet. They do have a brunch bloody Mary which looks A May Zing with the extras. Staff is nice. Food is bar food. Chicken tenders, burgers, fries. I wouldn't order the lobster if it was on the menu, but it isn't.

We were in NYC celebrating our new engagement with our children. Our server, Mel, went above and beyond with providing great service and sending out dessert along with sparklers and bringing the rest of the team over to congratulate us upon hearing our new news. This demonstration made our children so much more excited (which to anyone who has kids knows this is the best part of it all). Thank you, Mel and the rest of the team for celebrating us and making our children so happy. I work in hospitality and this is the stuff we talk about daily - making someone's day. We will be making this a regular stop when in NYC from now on. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER. P.S. the food was incredible also - everyone left happy and full.
