Buri Gallery House Resort

We had a fantastic stay here! We stayed in a buri villa for 5 nights and would come back in a heart beat. The room and bathroom were clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed dark and cool all night. The staff provided fresh water bottles daily, fruit on arrival, and paid for our taxi from the airport. Breakfast was delicious and their restaurant happy hour was great! The pool and lawn are great for relaxing and their laundry service has a very quick turn around time. The hotel is centrally located with short walks to many famous temples, delicious restaurants, and the Sunday night market! I highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I spent 4 enjoyable nights at this beautiful hotel. The location is the best in the old city, the famous Sunday Night Market is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty. The room is extremely clean and comfortable. The loswimming pool is delightful. We love the Sunday afternoon tea and the Saturday cocktail. The best of the hotel is the staff, everybody is so nice and warm. The house keeping ladies are very thoughtful. Our special thanks to Fang, Bee and Tik. We will miss you ladies.

I spent a week at Buri and left feeling completely replenished. The hospitality truly set the tone—every staff member was exceptionally kind, offering thoughtful suggestions for local sights and experiences, and even checking in personally to ensure I were comfortable.||Breakfast was a standout: the à la carte options were fresh and delicious, far exceeding my expectations. Combined with a generous buffet of fresh fruits and more dishes than I could count, it was a daily highlight.||The location is ideal—everything I wanted to see was within a 5km walk, making it easy to explore without hassle. Local massage, Muay Thai venues, markets, temples, convenient store and laundromat, even the university reservoir is walkable.||One note for light sleepers or those seeking daytime quiet: the pool area can get lively with families and small children. If that’s a concern, I’d recommend booking a room a bit farther from the pool. That said, I still managed to enjoy peaceful swims and often had the pool to myself at various times.||My room was spotless each day, with no bugs or mosquitoes (despite the presence of a net). The complimentary bikes, snacks, and toiletries were thoughtful touches that added to the experience.||All in all, Buri exceeded my expectations in every way.

Our stay was wonderful! Everyone was so very attentive and kind. Our two year old was struggling with a cold and everyone was incredibly understanding and helpful. Shout out especially to Ruby at the breakfast service who helped immensely when the little one got fussy. Our family stayed in two of the villa rooms. The rooms were so comfortable and well decorated, and we enjoyed having a bathtub in the bathroom! It was also such a treat to be right in the middle of the Sunday walking market while still feeling like we were in a little private oasis after leaving the bustle. Thanks to everyone at Buri for a terrific time in Chiang Mai.

We could NOT have chosen a better place for our first ever vacation in Thailand. Everything at the hotel - especially the staff - is fantastic and genuinely welcoming. Our rooms were perfect, well laid-out, and exceptionally suited to provide maximum comfort for guests. As a bonus, the Sunday Night Market is conveniently located on the street outside the hotel as are many numerous restaurants, shops, and other amenities, all within a few meters.|Additionally, the hotel offers other niceties, such as Sunday afternoon tea... which we enjoyed with the hotel's most important staff member: Kanoon, the sweetest pitbull dog you've ever met. Kanoon made the stay here 100% for my son, who loves dogs more than he does any humans. |While I could go on and on about the facilities and amenities, it quite frankly the people working here that have made this the best vacation my family and I have ever experienced together. Never before have we encountered such genuine and compassionate treatment from a hotel staff - quite simply: they are amazing. I would live here in the hotel permanently, if it were possible.

Incredible accommodation at Chiang Mai. Right at the heart of everything. Breakfast spread was 10/10 and we attended a super fun cocktail tasting event for free organized by Buri Gallery’s staff. You can tell how much the staff here enjoy their work and it’s such a great vibe! My mom and I had tons of fun! Ms Fang made us felt right at home and her hospitality is unmatched - tons of great recommendations, checked in with us and greets with the warmth and care that just makes your day. Thank you Buri Gallery House for making my trip with my parents an incredible experience! If you’re thinking about where to stay, 10/10 recommend Buri Gallery!!

I spent a week at Buri Gallery House and honestly it felt like home. I stayed in the Buri Suite on the second floor with a lovely view of the garden. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, exactly what I was hoping for. If you book directly with them, it’s the best option! I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon tea on Sunday and they even offered me a free dinner with wine. Their ribs were amazing, one of the best meals I had in Chiang Mai. I also loved having the pool to cool down after exploring the city. Such a charming place with wonderful people. I can’t wait to return

Myself, grown up daughter plus boyfriend, together with a friend and her two daughters aged 17 and 7 spent a week here. We felt at home, and appreciated the location, friendliness and comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely with western and eastern menu options plus a small buffet with yummy items. Very accommodating and happy staff. Would love to come back!
