Buri Rasa Village Samui

The staff is very helpful and polite. The location of the resort is the best. Direct beach access, and close to restaurants and shops. The spa and the restaurant at the resort is great too. The greenery in the resort is calming and refreshing. Con - the room near the street is prone to outside music noise from a neighbouring mall and street side open bar. Resort must disclose this! All other rooms are peaceful.

One Word -AMAZING!|We were a large extended family travelling with our Elderly 87 year old mum/ grandmother for a special Christmas. We could not have chosen a better hotel. The staff, the food, the location and the accomodation were all 5 star. What sets the Buri Rasa apart from other small boutique hotels is “it’s a total package” the staff were without exception, sensational. Special mention to Chef Sun who was so careful to ensure my celiac nephew had something absolutely delicious to eat at every meal, to the housekeeping staff who turned down our beds every evening and ensured we had everything we needed. Special mention of the amazing Guest Relations team, Sima & CJ who really looked out for us all ( we felt like family, nothing was too much trouble) |Arm and Derek in the restaurant were always a step ahead with our coffee and their lovely attentive service will not be forgotten.|A magical New Years Eve Celebration really made our stay special. |Thank you to everyone at the Buri Rasa and the General Manager Manfred must be commended for the incredible team he has assembled. Buri Rasa you will see us again! We all agreed it was the best holiday we have ever had🙏

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and really loved it. It was our first time here, but we were so happy with our choice. The hotel is calm and not too large, but still has everything you need. Excellent breakfast, beach bar for lunch or pool side serving, and dinner, a delicate pool, a small gym and spa options, and nice sun beds both near pool or at the beach. Nice, clean and spacious rooms with delicious coconut products in the bathroom. It has a good location in the middle of Chaweng beach, and it is a good walking distance to the Central shopping mall that has everything you could possibly need to buy, and also a lots of restaurant nearby if you want to dine out. And best of all, the greatest people working there that took such good care of us and the kids. They really tried to get to know us and entertained the little ones, and was so kind all the time. Hope to be back one day, and would really recommend this place if you seek a calm and nice place that is still central and beach located.

The hotel is much better than the pictures. It’s a good size with all the facilities just a few steps away. ||We were delayed and starving when we arrived. Really thrilled to have a restaurant on the premises that’s still open. Not only was the staff happy to serve us at closing, we were overjoyed that the dishes were nicely presented in good portions and tasted scrumptious. Breakfast was just as great. High quality and good variety. ||We really love that the restaurant is right on the beach and how it was built around the trees.||Although it rained for hours during our stay, we enjoyed staying in the spacious and cheerful room. We also spent time with other guests on the beach looking at the turbulent waves. ||The hotel is on a main street with lots of shopping, massage shops and restaurants. We visited the first massage centre a few shops to the right of the hotel as we exited and pleased with the price, cleanliness and service. ||Poppy and Boom were helpful at check-out. This is what really made this hotel stand out. All the staff were sincere and greeted us with smiling faces. ||We would love to stay here again and will certainly recommend it to our friends.

One Word - AMAZING! A small boutique traditional old school hotel Buri Rasa is understated luxury in the most beautiful beachfront location. Everything was first class,the food by Chef Sun, the hospitality of each and every staff member with special mention of Sima and C2, Arm and Derek but each and every staff member were the friendliest, kindest and most professional that I have ever experienced. Thank you to everyone at Buri Rasa you made our large family group of 12 including our 87 year old mother’s stay unforgettable! We will be back as we all agreed no one does hospitality like Buri Rasa Samui!

We have had an amazing time. The rooms and gardens are lovely. The staff are very attentive, we were never without the offer of food and drinks. We also got engaged on this trip and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. We would definitely return to Buri Rasa.

Liked the staff, facilities, pool and overall establishment. Direct access to the beach. We had a room close to the front street, facing excessive noise from a bar across the street. We’re from a big city, so used to quite some noise, but this is excessive and every day. Consequently, we could not sleep until 1:00 AM in the morning. Considering the price, we did not find this acceptable and we asked for a 20% refund. The property offered free stays, but did not agree on the refund as the noise was deemed outside of the property’s control. We wouldnt have stayed if we knew about the noise, and recommend to ask for a room towards the beach which would probably assure you have a more quiet night.

Lovely property. The walk towards the beach through the property is beautiful at night with the perfect lighting and music playing. The room was nice and spacious with a big bathroom. It had a nice pool right by the sea and some fun water sports available right next to the hotel on the beach as well. Try the Jet Ski, if you are lucky you might have a Plane landing above you while you are riding the Jet Ski.
