Bad service be careful to use valet u pay for nothing bad service, I wait more than 20 mns

The worst experience ever in Riyadh, night shift security is very unprofessional, humiliating, rude and can’t find more words to describe this experience of renting a 2k SAR/ night apartment Burj Rafal - and had to go through this humiliating attitude. He would search all food takeaways that I was bringing, open up every burger box, unwrap every hot dog and touch with his hands, just disgusting, I had to threw away everything after. Paying price per night in this tower is not corresponding to the facilities they offer. Building was full of cockroaches as well. Had to move out before time. I would never enter this tower again.

The views of the entire skyline of Riyadh from the apartment on 38th floor, just breathtaking.

الساعة 10 الصباح وكان معي صديقتي، ورفضوا دخولها لأن العدد كان مكتمل، وهذا أتفهمه. لكن الأسلوب كان جدًا سيء من موظف الاستقبال، كلمته بأدب وطلبت منه يساعدني بأي حل، وكان رده فيه تعالي وشايف نفسه بشكل واضح. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء على الرقم الموجود باللوحة، وجاء شخص ثاني بنفس الأسلوب السيء، بدون أي احترام أو محاولة للتعاون. للأسف، التجربة كانت سلبية بسبب التعامل، وأتمنى يتم تحسين طريقة استقبال الزوار لأن الأسلوب يفرق كثير
