Burleigh Palms Holiday Apartments

Stayed in apartment number 2 which was a 2 bedroom apartment with a courtyard. The apartment was very clean with plenty of little extras like board games, tea and coffee and a washing machine. Beds were comfortable and we loved the location. Easy walk to beach, restaurant and shops. Secure undercover parking. Pool looked meticulously clean and there were tables and bbqs available to use around the pool. Great stay would happily book again

Giving 5 stars because location was amazing and owners were lovely. Only thing was the rooms was a little bit run down and hadn’t been cleaned very well (think they had new cleaners). Otherwise fantastic time at Burleigh palms 😊

Stayed in apartment 3, terrible foisty/mould smell so had to either keep every fan on full and have all doors and windows open or have air conditioning blasting to get rid of it. Bowls and glasses still had food stuck to them or lip smears on them. Bathroom floor was very grubby, ruined towels put down on the floor. Queen bed mattress was absolutely rock hard, construction noise from 6am through until 9pm, drunks shouting at all hours (admittedly there's nothing they can do re construction noise and drunks). Situated very close to the beach and close to cafes, pubs etc with lots of parking available along the esplanade. Was not a great experience and would not re book there again. Especially for close to $400 a night.

What an awesome stay, Michael is so obliging and friendly, big rooms, comfortable and clean. Awesome pool. Awesome private access to beach and amenities. It’s so nice to feel so welcome. For guests to be happily returning each year for many many years this place and its people are pretty special.

Early check in, much appreciated after travelling 8 hours by car. Great location, clean apartment with everything you need (right down to a patē knife). Going to be a prime spot when the tram line is up and running.

Great location, but quiet at night, despite being right near the main shopping area. Clean affordable units. Shared areas (barby, pool) always clean and comfortable. Great communication as we were checking in late. Very friendly hosts who were very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Only giving 3 stars for the location as location was perfect! The photos on the website were definitely different in real life. The bed was terrible my back is paying for it now :( If you have a child don’t use their cot, I felt so sorry for my 4 month old it was portable cot and the mattress was legit like a cardboard. The chairs were very dusty you could tell they haven’t been cleaned in a long time makes me think what else wasn’t cleaned. The pool was nice and outdoor area The only plus is location I guess .
