Burlington

I found the store to be clean and organized. The staff was friendly. Quick to greet me. Everything seemed to be in order and it wasn't as chaotic as some of the other racks are at other stores where I've shopped. Parking was easy. The bathrooms were also very clean.

The deals are not what they used to be, which is why the 4-star/ But, 3 years ago I got a $20.00 winter coat that has kept me warm throughout every winter, and even snowboarding. I wish they had a deal like that now because sadly my coat is ripping. But, it lasted a good 3 years and it is gorgeous! If there was another one that looked the same as the one I have, I would take it in a heartbeat.

Went in to return an item and the cashier told me that because I don't have a receipt or the card I paid for it with she can't return it. She then doubled down and said that I'd need ID to prove I am the person that bought it. Uh....okay? Never heard of that before. Pretty sure she just didn't want to do a return and I wasn't going to waste my time arguing. Don't recommend this Burlington for returns.

This store is ghetto AF be warned. The clothes I bought had holes like in them & were not sewn fully, (both my pants Pocket and a 4T outfit) I Bought a brand new toy that was missing a piece, IDK how that’s even possible. I will never shop at the store again…it’s a waste of money!!

This Burlington makes up return policies. It's clearly there infront of the check out register. But Konny needs more training.

The layout is great and the variety expansive. We found pajamas, shoes, toys, unique treats, and mens clothes all on the same trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the prices. Glad they finally opened a store in Layton!

Great store. Way better than the other big box discount clothing stores. Great selection of treasure hunt, lots of clearance. Clean store! Friendly staff!

I found a few great things here for myself and my daughter. Biggest complaint is the dressing rooms. The main dressing rooms are always (?) closed. This last time they had 2 make shift dressing rooms available. We waited for 25 minutes to get into one though, and there were tons of people waiting after us. The previous visit they had no dressing rooms, and I ended up putting things on over my clothes just to get an idea. The floors were pretty dirty. They are definitely understaffed. Overall, I would go back because I'm too cheap to go to a fancy mall and pay $35+ for a Tshirt. Most of the women's clothes were priced $8-$13. The kids clothes were about $4-$9 an item. So great prices for new stuff.

This Burlington is always very neat! Live shopping here and finding such great things for a great price!

As soon as I walked inside, I smelled some type of cleaning solution and I looked down and noticed how squeaky clean and shiny the floor was. It's a typical Burlington with the exception of the sparse costume jewelry section and extremely organized hair and bath products section. I've never seen a Burlington hair product selection set up so neatly.

I had the absolute worst experience in this store. The store manager Connie was absolutely rude to me and my family when we were shopping there. We were christmas shopping and my nephew fell down because he tripped on toy that was in the middle of the isle because this store was such a mess. The store manager happened to be right down the isle and told him to stop whatever he was doing, and to stop running in her store. She had the absolute worst attitude about it, and yelled at him. She had absolutely no right to say anything, especially after it's the fault of the store that it was so messy.I told her I was right there and watching them and it was an accident and she proceeded to give me the death glare. I left my cart full of items I was going to buy and left the store. I am not going to shop at a company that treats there customer in this way. I would way rather go to to Tj Maxx or Ross than to ever set foot or buy anything else from Burlington. I recommend you do the same. The staff there is a nightmare.
