I came here to get swim shorts. They have a bunch of stuff, but not a lot of sizes.

Lots of merchandise. Great prices. Crazy busy always. Unorganized purses clothing shoes all over floor etc. Staff 50-50. Sometimes helpful. Security in front door with vest so you decide..

You will find good cheap deals here on belts and any sort of clothing, I had gotten 3 nice belts originally costing 40-80 got them each for 9.99-14.99$

Tons of great items and prices. Even though it was busy cashiers got you checked out quickly

Great discount store for clothing and home goods. But be careful to check both the quality and pricing before buying your products.

One of my most favorite places to shop. Burling has everything for unbelievable low prices. Burlington is my addiction. Tou will find everything here. Things for youself, your home, luxery, pets, children, your mom, your dad.....etc. on top of all that, they have layaway. If you want to put something on layaway thats only 30$, they will let you. All you have to pay down is 20% of whatever your total is and you have 60 days to get it. If you find that tou cant get it at all, they will refund whatever amount you have paid in as a store credit. Either way, you cant lose.

Huge selection. An very reasonable prices. Got a shirt with a 69.50 tag for 16.99.

Poor customer service, staff would rather speak to each other then to the customers..have to repeat yourself twice because they are not listening. On a great note, great products. value for money. The store is also pretty organized and well merchandised.

so what has changed at your store in the past six months? different management? Today I left with nothing because I'm sure it was your loss prevention suspiciously following me while shopping in the boys clothing and was up in my personal space. I did not even have a coat on or a big purse so what the hell. Pissed me off and frankly I don't need that as I want to relax while shopping.

Customer service was horrible, the store was a mess, and the selection of things was awful. Do NOT go here.

Me and my wife love going to Burlington and usually always have a great experience. This particular one had terrible service, standing in line is usual but standing in line being the only one and being simply ignored. I did not expect this from Burlington. When they finally helped us they just started scanning our clothing did not even try to make conversation.

It is remarkable how much the customer service for this location has gone downhill. Additionally the quality of the merchandise is quite disappointing. I stopped in on a midday Thursday, and the store was incredibly short-staffed. With 12 registers total, there was only one open. There were six customers in line at the time (with one additional person arguing with another staff member about merchandise that actually was not Burlington's.) The lack of Staffing is evident in the haphazard way the merchandise is organized. Customers are terrible at putting stuff back where they're supposed to, but sizes were completely jumbled and quite a bit of the store looked messy. Quality of merchandise was questionable, with some coats that seemed paper thin and others that were heavyweight but overpriced. For those of us who need larger sizes, the selection is slim pickings. I was finally able to find something that just barely fits for $50, so I picked it up due to lack of additional options and the cold weather. It seems that Burlington has really reached out to add additional merchandise in housewares and foods and snacks and clothing, and in the process has completely lost sight of the Coat Factory part of its name. This will no longer be my go-to stop for coats.

Been third in line for 15 minutes. One cashier who is working with one lady with a problem the entire time. Nobody gets called from the back.

You have to double no triple check the sizes because I just experienced having a pair of adidas marked incorreclty twice on the same pair of shoes. I wear an 8 so this is simple but when I tried them on at home I discoverd that A: they were male and B: size 5! I had to make 2 additional trips with all the original tags and receipt to get this resolved..I go back to the female section to replace the ones and they (2 sets of pairs) were also marked wrong. So i had to walk away from the shoes that i reallly like just to leave the bldg 20 later and see that the management held not bother to pull these of the shelf's. Zero apology and no follow through plus she implied that I was trying to trick them.

I was recently at Burlington, yesterday in fact. The coldest day of the season. The store has been newly remolded, so it was to my surprise to see the staff waiting on people with coats on. I asked my favorite cashier why it was so cold in the building and she said that while they remolded in the summer and fall no one had taken the time to check the Hvac system for the cold. For management not to check and make sure heat would be working in the holiday season with parents walking around with young children leaving the store because it was warmer outside in 23 degree weather than in the store was managements mistake to no avail. The employees should have been sent home with pay, and the store shut until the problem can be fixed. I hope the Dept. of Labor is notified soon about these horrible conditions. No discount price is worth the employees health or the public's health!!!

Ya know, I used to love Burlington. I would go and buy all kinds of stuff, especially gifts for my friends. But the one here in Harrisburg.. yikes! I felt like if I were not a stripper they had no clothes or shoes that I could wear to work and the other customers looked like they belonged on any police departments most wanted list. I think I will stick to the Burlington in San Antonio.

Like this place for children's clothes, furniture, etc. Also, lots of kitchen, bath accessories, glassware, etc. Friendly staff also and convenient location.

I came to this store for a cold weather jacket which took a while to find in a style I liked even though they have lots of what appear to be remnants in all sizes. I did get a Columbia which is water resistant and marked down from $100 to $39.99. I would come back but the shoe department was disorganized and took a lot of searching since there were shoes mismarked as far as size. The person who checked me out was friendly and the location is convenient since I live nearby.
