The deanston distillery located in the old cotton mill is full of history and well worth a visit. The tours are excellent and they aren't stingy with their whisky. Ten pounds will get you an intimate tour around this rather unique distillery and a 2 dram tasting at the end. (although by the end we'd been offered many more to sample ;-) ) I cannot recommend this enough.

Great tour. Franz our guide was very infomative and the whiskey is great. The shop is better stocked and cheaper than over distilleries I've been to. Also went to cafe bothy and the food was great, reasonable priced and nice staff.

Great tour with Declan very knowledgeable and friendly. Nice lunch afterwards in the cafe. Well worth a visit.

見学ツアーは予約したほうがいい。予約なしで行ったら満員で入れなかったが、カフェで飲んでたら「空きが出た」と言うので運良く最後のツアーに参加させてもらった。施設は日本の感覚で言うとかなり適当な感じだが、それはそれで歴史があるからだとも解釈でき、生々しくていいかもしれない。
