This has been one of the best stays of my life. Not only was the room great — it was spacious (a rare find!), and it even had a little kitchenette with a coffee machine and a microwave! But the real highlight — the thing that sets the tone for your whole stay in an unfamiliar city — is the staff. And honestly, I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never encountered such warm and genuinely hospitable treatment.||Thank you, Josefa — you’ve truly changed my world! I wish you the very best guests because you are simply the best. When I come back to Düsseldorf, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.||100 out of 10!

I arrived on a rainy day and pushed my wet suitcase to reception. It was only there that I realized that the apartment I had booked was not actually at this location, but about 500 m away. So I had to push my suitcase in the rain to another location. The apartment is located in a building without a reception and with an unlocked entrance door to the building, which made me feel unsafe. My apartment was on the top floor on two levels connected by a ladder. The bathroom was on the first floor and the bed was on the top floor, which was not at all practical and certainly not for people with mobility problems. The cleanliness was mediocre. |All in all, I am a little disappointed considering the hotel has high ratings on all portals. Luckily I went to a different hotel the next night.

We had the junior suite for one night for me, my husband and three year old. The room was fine and the balcony in the back was quite lovely. Clean, decent mid-range hotel. The only thing is that the carpet in the sitting area of the suite wasn't properly vacuumed and the leather sofa was quite worn. Overall, I'd recommend it if anything because of its affordability and proximity to the center.

Had a fine stay at this hotel. ||The service is good. ||Breakfast is good, and is served in a very cosy atmosphere in the hotel's basement. Cleaning is good. ||Our room was very spacious. We had room 15 that was a suite. ||The minisafe was very big, and could easy fit all our valuables.||||Only 4 things was negative. ||The Bed was very hard.||And the elevator... ||The rooms have no aircondition. Only floor fan.||||But there is one thing the hotel needs to fix immediately||The chairs to the meeting table in outr room, was made of leather... Please change these because other visitors have left their butt print in the chairs....

I had a nice stay. They offered some complimentary sweets and fruit. The room was clean, the check-in was smooth. Very nice breakfast buffet and personnel. Though the check-in took forever. There was only one clerk in the busy morning hours and several check-ins & -outs at the same time.

My room on the 5th floor was really spacious, clean and perfect to relax in the evening. The bathroom is a bit small, the lift in the hotel as well. Staff is very nice, breakfast with a lot of choice. Perfect for a business trip.

Stayed here recently as part of a long weekend in Dusseldorf for the football. My friend and I both booked a room here through Hotels.com and were both delighted with our rooms.||||Mine was on the second floor and had a separate lounge area and study along with two balconies - one of which had a duck living in one of the planters!||||The rooms were were bright, spacious and airy. No air-conditioning but even though the temperatures at night were around 20 celsius the rooms felt cool.||||Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - located close to the train station and only a short walk to the Alt Stadt.

The staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are decent and clean, but this is has nothing to do with art or your expectations from a hotel you would find in the design hotels guide. That said the hotel has nothing to do with "art" - unless you count cheesy calendar style proverb-wall-tattoos like "Being" and "Time" as art. Also the exterior shot in maps has nothing to do with the actual building. Parking was in a slightly rundown, walled off, partially roofed backyard of a former gas station/ repair shop That said the hotel was nice and decent, but the name completely oversells what you are getting.
