We stayed in the RV accommodation. I booked it for my father and myself as a nostalgic reminder of his travels with my mother in their own rv. The photos do not show that the unit is directly on main street. The maintenance of the RV was deplorable. The grass was not mowed. The TV did not work; very bad for my father. We had to boil water for tea/coffee in a pot or plug the kettle into a plug in on the floor. Same with the toaster. We had booked for three night, but toilet plugged/overflowed on day 2 and we left early. I spoke with the contact number person, who was understanding, but none of our booked was refunded. This RV should NOT be rented to tourists.

Caution about staying in cabin 2, laundry on one side and neighbour's you can hear on the other. Least comfortable couch and very firm mattress. Limited food options at the shoulder seasons.
Nice and clean and right by the water though.

The cabin was cozy, but advertised internet. Ours wasn't working. Couldn't reach anyone. But, in their defense, they had just opened for the season, we were last minute, and not being able to watch the NHL playoffs will not kill me lol. The view was stunning.

Very nice cabin, right on the cove. Full kitchen. I liked it so much I ended up extending my stay! Once there it's hard to leave

Had a great time staying at burnt cape cabins. Cabin was clean with fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Would have liked to stay for longer . Lovely view and even had a little area to sit around a firepit with wood provided. Little store across the road had a few things if you need something in a pinch but grocery stores 20 minutes away in st. Anthony.
Highly recommended if you enjoy tidy cabins on the waterfront. Lady at the store where you check in was very friendly and helpful but it's a small town so store closes for an hour at suppertime. This was the favorite stop of our trip across Newfoundland. If you are ever near Raleigh definitely won't be disappointed.

These cabins are handy to L’Anse Aux Meadows and are located with an ocean view. The interior and furnishings are dated and has a strong musty smell. |The kitchen is outfitted ok to eat in, however it would be helpful if there were a few extras included such as foil, Saran Wrap, etc. A full size coffee maker would also be better. The cafe was closed, so be sure to bring food or get something to eat before you arrive.

The cabin is clean and we weren't hurting for anything. The mattress feels like it's time for replacement, but that's about it.
The location is very convenient for visiting L'Anse Aux Meadows, and St. Anthony isn't too far away as well.
We had one question for the owner, who answered immediately - no problems there at all. Overall, a good experience.

We booked 2 days. We should have booked 2 weeks. Spotless, beautifully equipped, amazing view. We were in cabin 6. Cabins 5&7 are probably similar. Very convenient for L’Anse aux Meadows. We had a great meal at the Daily Catch. |If you don’t like this cabin, you’re a monster who hates puppies.
