I was wildly surprised by Burnt Toast the first time I ate there. Honestly, looking at the tiny bar it’s tucked behind, I expected more of a food truck–style meal—fried, greasy, good, but nothing beyond that.
Instead, I was blown away. A friend and I went this summer and sat outside in the beer garden, where we were quickly greeted by kind, welcoming staff. The menu itself surprised me for such a small kitchen—diverse, creative, and full of options that sounded amazing.
