This is a very small 3 room walk thru, there's some neat history, and artifacts, but it's very very quick and unfortunately you don't get much of the historical house feel.

It was a very great place learned alot of really really cool history. And past . And it was very creepy when I was walking down stairs I felt foot steps behind me and my heart was racing and I also felt someone hitting my arm it was a spirits

My wife loved it here she wandered around reading every scrap of info they had. The hostess regailed us with stories and trivia and was super nice. It was raining that day and it was gloomy but we passed a good couple hours inside learning all about the history of Newport.

Very nice local museum, and the guide on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history surrounding the house and also a lot about lincoln county and newport in general. The toothpick replica of the bridge is awesome, and the pictures of jump off Joe's and the coastline throughout the years were also very interesting.

It's a pretty small museum. You'll see everything in about 20 minutes. Currently only open weekends.
